If I could give this place a "0" I would. The customer services was horrible at the location but the only positive aspect was the shuttles driver, Edward, he was awesome. When I checked in for my vehicle the rep to all my information and additional payments for hidden fees and deposit to then tell me he had no vehicles in stock. He then assignelights on that included the engine light. I was scared todrive it.

The air in the tires was low so I stopped and paid two dollars for an air pump to put air in them and the low sign was still on the dash. Also I was not happy that they pressured me into paying $30 for tolls I asked if I could not pay with cash at the booth and they said no and the toll booth did have a place to pay cash $2.75 each way was all wes taken

The shuttle driver was rude when we had to return to the airport. We also waited 45 minutes to be picked up at the airport. Tried to call several times and only got a recording. Recording said 15-20 minutes but it was 45 minutes.

The shuttle driver heard me speak to my wife privately inArabic, so he butted in & kept arguing with me. The customer service representative made me pay extra money for a premium car, because he didn’t have the car I originally booked. He then got me an old Nissan Maxima with 68,000 miles on it, disgusting roof interior, and the screen wasn’t on’t do refunds. It took 45 mins returning the car because no one was in the front desk at 5pm

To many unnecessary hidden fees. I had to pay $175 more than what I had originally been quoted. Plus a $250 depositthat I was not aware of. Do better about informing your customers.

We had an issue with our shuttle pickup. We didn't realize that we needed to call a phone number in order to have the shuttle pick us up at the airport.

My experience with priceless was the worst car rental experience I have had. The car was filthy, it smelled and it felt like it was going to fall off the wheels while I was driving it. Also, the employee who did the paperwork for the car was trying to charge me extra money for incidental insurance when I had my own insurance and had purchased add charge me an additional $60. Also, I was told that if I didn't pay the $10/day toll charge I would be able to use any method of payments to pay the tolls in Florida. That was a lie as they only accept cash and he had told me I would be ok to pay on card. I am just very unhappy with my experience and feel I was bamboozled in evert aspect of my dealing with your company.
