Arriving customers: We offer pick-up from Cancun International  Airport. A uniformed Priceless Car Rental agent will arrange the shuttle to pick you up and drive you to our main office to collect your vehicle. You can also call +52 (998) 234 6130 or (998) 457 8973 for additional pick up instructions.

Drop Off Charges: From Cancun Airport To Playa Del Carmen ( One Way ) $15 Usd; Playa To Cancun Aiport $15 Usd. 

For the other locations is Free

Terrible customer service, no regular shuttle, wrong or No information provided to get to the rental location, extremely expensive insurance. Better to go with bigger companies.

I never was able to rent the vehicle. I was told over the phone I would be eligible for a refund. Upon initiating a request for a refund it was never approved

Overall, a bad expecience. BAD: -Dirty car, -wipers do not work properly -Empty wipers water container -Empty Gas tank, really, really bad, annoying having to find a gasstation before enjoying our trip, also a cheap trick of station employees to make money on the extra gas we leave at the return, I noticed that 2 previous customers receivedan insurance fee on the web page (expedia) and branch employee mentioned that is NOT valid in Cancun, they screwed my budget by charging me extra $200usd, this make me wait about 2hours,, because customer that arrived before me, took too long to accept extra charges. Good: - fast on receiving the car and taking us to the airport

Auto muy maltratado, piezas sujetas con cinchos. Cualquiera diría no quiero esa unidad. Pero yo no quería un auto para andar demás sino para moverme a los puntos que tenia que visitar por trabajo.

Terrible service, it is far from the airport, the worst thing is that they want to charge you too much for insurance expenses even though I already bought one before traveling, I do not recommend it to anyone

Horrible experience. The staff is unprofessional. They have almost $1200 in hitting see if I can convince you that you have to bend and you do not according to the police which is why they did not charge us. Do not go there. You’llprobably end up being one of those kidnapped Americans.

I reserved car through Expedica.ca. Upon my arrival at the airport there was no one waiting for me. They sent me a text message, saying to wait at "Friends and Family" exit.I did that, waiting for 1.5 hours. Nobody came even afterI followed up with text messages "where are you". I had to go to rent from Hertz, any car they had available, anothposit and never gave it back to me, had to go through Expedia to get money back.

Car had little gas, no windshield washer fluid, and all 4/tires were low on pressure. Minor dent, smaller than a dime charged $136. Counter man was hard to understand and when I left I had no idea what insurance I had purchased.I will call Expedia to vent my concerns and frustrations.
