Arriving customers: We offer pick-up from Cancun International  Airport. A uniformed Priceless Car Rental agent will arrange the shuttle to pick you up and drive you to our main office to collect your vehicle. Drop Off Charges: From Cancun Airport To Playa Del Carmen ( One Way ) $15 Usd; Playa To Cancun Aiport $15 Usd. 

For the other locations is Free

When I arrived at Cancun airport I was informed that the company´s offices are half an hours drive from the airport.I called a company to confirm the location and was informed that they have oversold their cars and no cars were available for me. Good thing I am familiar with Cancun because if it would have happened in any other location I wouldreserve with you again. A cancelation message is minimum I expected.

There was nobody waiting for me at the airport in the "Friends & Family" area as described in the reservation. I called and I was told they didn't have any cars available. I wasted 2 hours of my vacation trying to find another car last minute, having to pay triple the ptice and putting my family through a lot of stress. This is the worst car rental

At 10 pm when we arrive at the airport was nobady there to pick up us , we have to wait and to pay hotel until nextday

- I rented a car and wanted to pay with my Visa Credit Card insurance, and they did not let me!!! I know for a fact that is possible, did research and talk to Visa before going. When I got there, they would not let me and wanted to charge 5 times the value of my car worth insurance. - In addition to that, I rented a car in dollars. When I got thereion to mexican pesos much higher than current quotation. I felt robbed!!!

these questions are non applicable to our situation. We never rented a car from you. We apparently "reserved" one through expedia, but could not communicate or even find anyone that could tell us anything about it. IF anything waspaid to you for this service it should be refunded immediately.

We couldn’t find your agency upon landing in Cancun, and nobody was answering the phone for about 1 hour of me calling. Eventually, we ended up just having to rent another car. Please issue me a full refund. Thank you.

Insurance too expensive, they does not accept travelocityinsurance. Radio does not work; poor customer attention
