Arriving customers: We offer pick-up from Cancun International  Airport. A uniformed Priceless Car Rental agent will arrange the shuttle to pick you up and drive you to our main office to collect your vehicle. Drop Off Charges: From Cancun Airport To Playa Del Carmen ( One Way ) $15 Usd; Playa To Cancun Aiport $15 Usd. 

For the other locations is Free

Terrible coustumer service, and terrible rental experience.... I was picked up from the airport super late, the person at the reception was rude and forcing me to buy his own insurance ... the car was so filthy...when I complained he said... " eso es lo que pagaste un auto barato" ... " this is what you paid for a cheap car"... I said not a cheapar with a terrible tires, the next day one of them got flat at my hotel's parking lot, it was old tire.... I didn'tget any kind of help from priceless agent, finally I get a different car. More....I already filled the tank with gas, that I put in the one that I returned, money that I never get I learned my lesson..

The whole team were extremely polite and very professional. They are very detailed and honest at explaining the charges, at all time they kept me informed about the shuttle heading back from the airport to pick us up, due to construction there was a small delay but they were really good at keeping me calm and informed. The whole Mexico experiencet beautiful country.

We waited 2 hours for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport and it never came. I had to rent a car on the spot with an other company. Never again Priceless

I was extremely frustrated at the fact I was ripped off andtold the insurance I purchased when I rented the car would not be accepted and I had to purchase insurance directlyfrom your agency at double the price. This was extremelythreatening when we were there a week and a half prior and my sister in law rented a car and had the same insuranceexico is ripping people off.

I was beyond disappointed with both priceless and expedia. I purchased car and insurance thru expedia. It took priceless over an hr to pick us up from airport. Once we arrived a car was not available. They refused to accept the insurance we purchased thru expedia. Would not reimburse us for the rental car. We were stranded in a foreign country wnsportation. The insurance cost more than the car. I would not have rented had I known upfront. I feel I should be reimbursed. The car we finally got was not clean and it didn't drive well. Very very disappointed with both priceless and expedia

I was satisfied with the car and the staff at priceless. The one thing that really irked me was that the car was given to me with an empty tank of gas and they requested I return it empty. I've never ever rented a car on an empty tank of gas. It's pretty difficult calculating traveling distances in order to return a car with an empty tank of gas. Twas returned with the automobile. It's an illogical practice and it would definitely keep me from recommending or renting again from Priceless.

The car was a class lower than we rented with no compensation. We were going to Playa del Carmen and would not be driving back to the rental location to exchange the car for the one we paid for. Like I noted, no difference in compensation was given. We then went around on the insurance issue. Trying to upsell us. It almost felt like we were being helute process, at most, took almost 90 minutes. We will only rent from name brands from now

The staff was ver aggressive and demanded I purchase additional liability insurance which I already purchased through a third party. The car’s air conditioner didn’t work, it blew hot air. I will not rent from them again. I also had a difficult time contacting them once I arrived to be picked up from the airport. I wasted an entire trip waiting be assisted at their location.
