A uniformed Priceless Car Rental agent will arrange the shuttle to pick you up and drive you to our main office to collect your vehicle. Drop Off Charges: From Cancun Airport To Playa Del Carmen ( One Way ) $15 Usd; Playa To Cancun Aiport $15 Usd. 

For the other locations is Free

The man who rented the car to us was very rude. He tried to rip us off so many ways. He overcharged the peso exchange rate. Made us put a $1300.00 hold on the car. Forced us to buy insurance, and because we were in the middle of the city, and new to the area, he knew we really had no choicebut to accept it. There was almost no gas in the car, so wary, since we didn't know where we were!! Then, he overcharged our credit card US $61.95!

Price: Total charge as per receipt was USD 288.90 however the actual charges were USD 347.88. Which is almost USD 60 more. This was never reimbursed. Car: A downgraded lower class car was provided instead of full size car. Car: Thecar had issues with ignition keys, A/C noises and app connectivity. Agency: Agency was bargaining the cost of insuranded up paying USD 35 / day for 7 days.

Windows weren't cleaned well and headlights weren't very bright. I had to drive with high beams because it was too dangerous to drive with the regular headlights.

We received an email with our balance due upon arrival, when we arrived we were being charged additional hidden fees and the deposit was $800 instead of $150 as stated on email

Horrible customer service, noone was at airport to transport us to pick up car, we had to pay a taxi, they moved location and notify us, and they wouldnt answer the phones, it took us three hours just wasted we didnt get to resort till late and lost the day, never again

Price of rental was twice as much in person, i made reservation trough expedia and gave me a cheaper price and did not warn me about a hold of almost 500 us dollars. Very unhappy, you guys should honor price given at time of reservation and please let customers know in advance of the money you have to put in for the so called hold

I couldn't make the trip and was not allowed to cancel the reservation, not even 24 hours after booking, so for this no refund policy I will hesitate to refer anyone to use Priceless.

This is the worst rental car ever. Customers be aware priceless rental car will not accept any insurance that is not there’s. And it is very expensive. Just to give you an idea for an economy car 7 days the charge is 328 dollars. The cars do not have Gas and smell bad. They do not clean the cars, but in the contract there is a clause where they cr any bad smell. Don’t waste your time, energy, and vacation. This company is a Fraud.

This was a terrible experience from the beginning. long wait for the bus to take us to some rundown building with very little cars. Once we got checked in they wanted $800 deposit to rent the car. This was outrageous when asked whyit was this much we were shown a pricing sheet that didn’t even have $800 listed we were told he was giving us a diswe rented a car from enterprise for $200 out the door including deposit. This place is a SCAM

I paid for insurance coverage of $55 before I left on the trip. The charged me for the coverage and full amount of car $77.21. Of course I was ready to possibly pay a LITTLEmore for additional fees. My bf and I get to Priceline & the rep says that I have to pay $1k-2k depending on the coverage I want. He tells me that my coverage is no good. I w We ended up leaving because I know a scam when I see one. They never refunded me.

We went through two cars that were all dirty and the conditions of the vehicle cosmetically were totally subpar. Also, they tried to stick me with $1000 deposit but when I make the trade to go to a different dealership or rental car place next-door they totally change their minds and lower it to 600 which is still very high. The way they do busin getting the car, they were older American couples that were very upset with the service. One small example the carthat I ended up getting had no gas in it zero so I had togo to a gas station and once at the gas station I find out that there was no gas cap. I went back to the rental carplace and they told me that it was totally OK. That’s totally unacceptable so I stay there on till they took a gas cap from another vehicle and put it on mine .

I never did get the car, nor rented from you guys!!! I paid for the rental online which was $19.20 for 4 days, but when I arrived to pick the car up the guy wanted a depositof $900usd plus insurance and I wasn’t about to pay all that money, so I left! Online it asked me if I wanted to but insurance or RISK IT ALL? I chose risk it all and the guyno! The experience was horrible! He had an attitude problem out of this world! He was rude!

It was a total fiasco, first of all it took more than an hour to have someone to pick us up at the airport, then they did not have the car that I asked for. They also wanted to block my credit car for 20k us. So I decided not to renta car here.

The employees were fine as far as customer service, but thequality of the car was terrible. Completely filthy. And the hidden fees were ridiculous. Forced to pay over $400 for insurance when we got there, basically robbery. If we didn't have small children with us, we would have walked outand rented somewhere else. Never again.

Priecless refused to give me the car I had booked and paid the full amount for because I wouldnt purchase their additional $285 liability insurance. I explained I had my own insurance. They said my insurance couldnt possibly apply to Mexico. The atmosphere became very menacing as several employees stood around me abusing me. I rang the intermediary (VIP carsry (otherwise it would have been in the quoted price). i.e.fraud.
