Arriving customers

Upon arrival at the Fort Lauderdale International Airport, please follow the signs for Rental Car Center. These signs will guide you to the Bus which delivers all car rental customers from the airport to the Rental Car Facility. Once off the Bus, please walk to Bus Stop 7 where you will board the Priceless Shuttle for a short ride to the PRICELESS OF FORT LAUDERDALE location .The Priceless shuttle runs 24 hours a day.

Renter must present a major credit card for payment at pickup. We don’t  accept AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards.
When the customer wants to pay with a DEBIT CARD there is  $500.00 mandatory deposit.
Florida residents: we require $1000 deposit on a major credit card (No Debit Card Accepted for Florida customers) - 50 miles per day included .

Additional driver fee is 10.00 per day.

The car have a the tag faded but it was also expired tag. I noticed it at the end of the rental. What a bad experience.

Hidden fees and Insurance scam. I would never use this company and have contacted Florida attorney general about thiscompany. and have registered a complaint with Expedia

I have auto insurance and paid with a credit card that supplemented my auto insurance policy. Unfortunately Your representative would not allow me to waive your $30 a day charge. I was force to pay an additional $360 in insurance. He said that I would have lost my $200 deposit if I cancelled the rental. You should return theortunately Expedia did not no indicate that your rental company’s insurance waiver was different from other companies.

Was totally.misled and felt i was.totally robbed of 236 dollars was forced to pay.for insurance when i came with all the insurance credentials reqested on your website i am currently in pursuit of reimbursement due your questionable policy.ethics

Never received car. My flight was delayed so I emailed Pricele$$ twice. When I went to pick up car they had cancelled the car and I lost my deposit. I showed they both emailed that I sent and wad told, I had send emails to priceless and not them and renting a car would now cost over double what a was originally quoted.

This is the worst place to ever come rent a car. If your final price when booked was the price you wanted it will be doubled upon arrival. This place has too many tricks to bump up your final rental price. And whatever you do don’tscratch the car or damage it at all because you will end up paying for a new car. Several people left the office wheipped off. And I didn’t even rent the car and they kept my deposit.
