Arriving customers

Upon arrival at the Fort Lauderdale International Airport, please follow the signs for Rental Car Center. These signs will guide you to the Bus which delivers all car rental customers from the airport to the Rental Car Facility. Once off the Bus, please walk to Bus Stop 7 where you will board the Priceless Shuttle for a short ride to the PRICELESS OF FORT LAUDERDALE location .The Priceless shuttle runs 24 hours a day.

Renter must present a major credit card for payment at pickup. We don’t  accept AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards.
When the customer wants to pay with a DEBIT CARD there is  $500.00 mandatory deposit.
Florida residents: we require $1000 deposit on a major credit card (No Debit Card Accepted for Florida customers) - 50 miles per day included .

Additional driver fee is 10.00 per day.

Upon arrival we found that our insurance was not acceptable. AND your least expensive insurance is $29 per day. This is a total rip off! Had it not been 8:30 at night, we would have gone elsewhere! When we returned the car we hadto request a receipt. I’m sure that if you told customersupfront what to expect you probably would not have any cusa, BBB and state insurance board! I want the $300 I paid for insurance refunded!

Your car company is horrible and misleading to the publiec. The the issue of 500 thousand dollars liabilty insurance is theft.. You are overcharging the public for unnecessary insurance becaue you say so. EvenGeico things you arewrong. You need to be reported to the better business bueau for an investigation. I will never rent from your compaes not go through what me and my wife experience. Upset!You are steeling from people.

I arrived late due to a Delta flight cancellation and rebooking at FFL. Your FFL operation I was dealing with was offsite. No Priceless van ever came by the Gate G at the airport Care Rental facility and I had no number to call to find out when to expect a pickup. After waiting at least 30 minutes, I was forced to rent Avis car. The Avis agent tried to fut was not successful(Avis supports the Payless counter when it closes at FFL .

Absolutely horrendous policies to renting a vehicle. The insurance requirements are absolutely ridiculous and are not a policy of any other first or second rated rental company. You know that hardly anyone would carry $500kin liability coverage and to only accept the insurers who write in Florida is asinine! I showedaid no and tried to push your unnecessary coverage on me. I walked out andrented from another reputablecompany. Failure!!

The amount of the insurance is ridiculous $50,000 on a car that's not even worth maybe $15,000 and then it was already wrecked it had a screw to hold up the bumper and I paid $300 and someone for a couple of days I think that was just like totally ridiculous then I had to pay all these extra fees I just felt like I was railroaded once I got there the car itself

Bad service Even check engine lights on - no clue Finally changed car but gave us step down size car with no clean Not great experience travel with 4 people with small car even if I request the mid size suv I will ask formoney back

Hidden fees, dirty car, low air in tire - lights on in dash, another went low during trip, no SunPass included, ridiculous fees associated with being on turnpike. NEVER AGAIN! 0/10 ghetto

Never ever again!!! Worse experience ever. It wa suppose to be a great Mother’s Day experience and instead it started out like a nightmare. The pick up service was horrible. The agent had to call someone just to answer some of my questions. I could write all day but just thinking of the experience gets me angry and just want to put it pass me.
