Arriving customers

Upon arrival at the Fort Lauderdale International Airport, please follow the signs for Rental Car Center. These signs will guide you to the Bus which delivers all car rental customers from the airport to the Rental Car Facility. Once off the Bus, please walk to Bus Stop 7 where you will board the Priceless Shuttle for a short ride to the PRICELESS OF FORT LAUDERDALE location .The Priceless shuttle runs 24 hours a day.

Renter must present a major credit card for payment at pickup. We don’t  accept AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards.
When the customer wants to pay with a DEBIT CARD there is  $500.00 mandatory deposit.
Florida residents: we require $1000 deposit on a major credit card (No Debit Card Accepted for Florida customers) - 50 miles per day included .

Additional driver fee is 10.00 per day.

Pick up shuttle doesn't run on the advertised schedule. Office staff not helpful and sullen.

Advertised as at airport, not on bus stop sign when you do get there, vehicle had fleas, extra charges. NOT SATISFIED

Stains on seats, check engines lights on with more warning lights coming on during rental, gas tank only half full,bogus need for 500,000$ insurance policy then add on for thirty dollars a day, shuttle dropped us off at wrong sideof airport employee claimed she didn’t speak English. I would like a refund on some of my rental cost

We never got the car. We were told we HAD to take an insurance for $30/day in order to get the car which obviously we refused. It was NOT mentioned on our reservation. Thiswas a scam! I will NEVER reserve from Priceless and I'm telling everybody that Priceless is TOTALLY DISHONEST!

While renting the car, the employee told me my Amex platinum didn’t have liability insurance. After going back and forth with her I said ok I’ll pay the extra for it even though knowing my card covered it. I double checked with Amex that same night and they did confirm I was covered. If possible I would appreciate a refund for the extra insurance
