Arriving customers

Upon arrival at the Fort Lauderdale International Airport, please follow the signs for Rental Car Center. These signs will guide you to the Bus which delivers all car rental customers from the airport to the Rental Car Facility. Once off the Bus, please walk to Bus Stop 7 where you will board the Priceless Shuttle for a short ride to the PRICELESS OF FORT LAUDERDALE location .The Priceless shuttle runs 24 hours a day.

Renter must present a major credit card for payment at pickup. We don’t  accept AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards.
When the customer wants to pay with a DEBIT CARD there is  $500.00 mandatory deposit.
Florida residents: we require $1000 deposit on a major credit card (No Debit Card Accepted for Florida customers) - 50 miles per day included .

Additional driver fee is 10.00 per day.

Understaffed. Rude personnel. Did not get the size car we reserved. After a ridiculously long wait for shuttles and then SURPRISE, MANDATORY additional insurance costs to be added we did NOT rent a vehicle from this. Disgusting business approach. ** I had to enter a number in all questions above in order to complete survey. It's funny that I'm receiving this survey given that I was never able to pick up my car, nor did anyone ever call me or follow up in regards to the reservation. I booked this through Orbitz and have not been able to get my money back. I arrived at the airport around 8:00 p.m. And attempted to contact priceless in regards to my reservation and never a ride to the rental center, I finally encountered a another shuttle that told me that priceless was likely closed. They were able to talk with someone and confirmed that. They also indicated that this was not the best place to rent a car from. Clearly, they were correct. I never heard from them and I'm still waiting to get my money back. Do not use this company!!

Coerced to buy $24.99 insurance per day. Could not refuse it according to representative at counter. Other customers equally annoyed and some walked out declaring "they willnever rent from this company".

The facility was closed when I showed up for my prepaid rental, 4 hours before the posted closing time. When I called for the car the next morning, I was rudely told that my reservation had been cancelled (without prior notice or explanation).

This is the worst rental car company I have ever seen. They have all kinds of hidden fees and they cancel your reservations if you don't get there at the exact time you say you're going to be there. Rent from anyone but this company.

The car was never picked up. The rental was cancelled on site at time of picking up the unit. They wanted to imposeinsurance even thou I have my own insurance either plentyof coverage. I was told to indicate this once a survey arrived at my email in order to get a full refund. They onlyneeded to verify the the car was not rented.

Was not told about SLI when we booked this car around spring this year (2023) on Expedia - Travelocity.. Customers should be told upfront at booking processes at this outrageous charges then. End up canceling my reservation and lose my deposit because of the hidden fees. Based on Expedia my car costs $250 but when I got there they asked for extra $700 ( $500 for insurance and tolls and $200 for deposit). That was the most terrible experience I had with car rental companies.

My fault. Didn't notice that Priceless doesn't take AMEX.I pay AMEX for rental car insurance included with each AMEX paid rental. So Priceless cost me a lot extra for insurance. Will never use again.

Was forced to pay Sun Pass at 19.95/day.. total rip off..have rented there before and could opt out of that.. There is no way I can use $180/in 7 days for tolls. Have a Sun Pass and have not used that much in 2 years. Francisco made a new set of rules..the sign said you can opt out. He would not rent me a car unless I paid for the Sun Pass

This company has the worst customer service very unfriendly when addressing any of your concerns or issue. I booked on Orbitz.com and they charge a very low charge per day for cars in order to lure you to use them. Once you arrive they dont take your insurance and add additional feels whichthan the cost of the rental is way more than going with the ol never use this company they need better customer service practices.

Was not satisfied at all. Hidden costs.. I had to take your car insurance even though I was covered with my own car insurance ( I’m from canada) and I have full coverage for car rental. I feel I’m entitled to a refund from theinsurance that I HAD to take from priceless.. will not recommend this company to the many friends and family that Ie this right

The ladies at the front desk were pleasant however, when our flight landed, the shuttle did not come to pick us up. We tried calling the office multiple times and no one answered. We were waiting at the airport for almost two hours. Then, we decided to take a taxi to your establishment, andit was at that time we found out that the shuttle was outofer us, all the cars were sold out since we took the last vehicle.
