Arriving customers: We offer free pick-up from the Luis Muñoz Marín Airport to hotels in the metro area to all clients. Upon arrival, customers may contact our company by using the courtesy line available at the airport or by calling 787-726-7350. The Airport shuttle is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at our client’s convenience.

It was horrible, we had to wait two hours to get our car. The people that work there are horrible. They would just stand around never renting here again

Company brand says no surprises! First surprise was that we needed to pay $100 for tolls even if we didn’t use them. On top of the extra fees. Not professional at all especially when u brand yourself as a no surprise company

My experience was dreadful, tasteless and very unprofessional customer service. They charged my card numerous timesfor incorrect amounts, they gave me a faulty vehicle to drive off in that ended up falling apart on me and I was charged for an accidental charge when I was never in an accident to begin with, they tried charging me for a car that hmployee. My account was overdrawn leaving me to struggle while on vacation. I would never recommend

I did a reservation with insurance the person at the desk charge me again $143. for the insurance even though I told him I paid for it he said in case I didn’t . Other thing to have more persons to work by 4.00am it was only on person and took a lot of time more than 1/2 hr taking care a customer and the rest of people there were wait returning wewere getting late to our departure

First car was very dirty, brakes making noise, tires wornedout, shocks worn, very poor maintenance,. Went back neck day to exchange vehicle, nobody wascat the counter, had tocall twice to get somebody to come help me. Extremely poor customer service and vehicle maintenance. I will NOT be using this company in the future

I have problems with the billing since they incorrectly stated that I delivered the car 2 days later and they have not refunded the deposit. I have been complaining for more than two weeks.

There are so many things I would like to tell you, but I’m not sure if I will have enough room. During a 10day rental the "Check Engine - Oil" light came on 2 times. Which I added 1 quart each time. Im still waiting for my $250 deposit to come back still. if the depositcame back at the 10 days as promised i'd give 4 more stars
