Arriving customers: We offer free pick-up from the Luis Muñoz Marín Airport to hotels in the metro area to all clients. Upon arrival, customers may contact our company by using the courtesy line available at the airport or by calling 787-726-7350. The Airport shuttle is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at our client’s convenience.

This was the first time I used Priceless, and also the lasttime. The service was terrible, there were numerous charges that should have been included in the price, the woman who dealt with us in the office was extremely rude and unpleasant. I consider Priceless to a company of cheats and will tell all my friends to avoid it.

Awful service. Shady employees At the checkout counter, Christian (the employee) photocopied mycredit card. When I expressed my concern — because it would be a record of my card numbers and security code. Christian said if I didn’t - sallow him to photocopy he could not rent me a car. Well it turns out somebody fraudulently used my credit Slow service is an understatement. After check in — Took an hour for them to bring us a car

1. The car didn’t have an antenna hence no radio 2. The left front blinker was not working. 3. The late night counter attendant was an idiot. Couldn’t or didn’t want to explain anything regarding contract. 4. The initial online contract price was not what was ultimately charged. There were a lot of idiotic fees (wind & tire) that increased theegardless of price I’ll be renting from a reputable company i.e Hertz, Avis next time.

This was THE WORST experience I've every had with a car rental company!! First of all they didn't have enough staff tohandle all the customers arriving to get their cars. It took an hour or more to finally complete all the paperwork. Ithen had to wait another 2 hours outside in the heat with nowhere to sit which was very painful since I have really bads being clean and washed. When I finally got the car it was filthy!!

The car was fine, however i booked it through Booking.comand made a lot of additional charges and fees that we haven’t considered when choosing this company. They say it’s all on Booking part but it is not supposed to happen

Surprise fees and taxes. When I did my reservation the subtotal was around $300, then by the return of the car the company add more fees and taxes!

The extension of a contract should be happening over the phone. Driving to San Juan just for that was ridiculous.
