Arriving customers: We offer free pick-up from the Luis Muñoz Marín Airport to hotels in the metro area to all clients. Upon arrival, customers may contact our company by using the courtesy line available at the airport or by calling 787-726-7350. The Airport shuttle is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at our client’s convenience.

I won’t rent a car again in priceless. The guy in the counter told me that it was going to be around 400 and something and the confirmation was for 261.00 but when you arrive to rent the car they charge you all hidden fees so it wasn’t 441.00 it was 584.00 in total. While customer service agent was courteous, I was shocked that I and many customers there had trouble renting the cars!!! WHY?? Priceless car rental at PR was heartless and DID NOT HONOR many reservations made and prepaid. Instead, the $600 fees grew to almost 100% more. My Geico insurance agent informed customer service that Geico fully coversELESS RIPOFFS. I witnessed people being stressed, leaving without cars, or stranded.

I was incredibly disappointed at the customer service at their counter and overall all the extra charges that were not disclosed up front when I reserved the car. When I asked about the extra charges the counterperson told me that I should have read the fine print. The car was handed to me without a full tank of gas and I only noticed until I arrver worried about that when any other rental companies. Iwill not recommend nor use your company anymore. It was extremely disappointing.

CAR WAS DENTED, SMELLY, SEATS WERE STAINED. I RENTED THE CAR THRU TRAVELOCITY AND PAID 175.82 WITH TRAVELOCITY AND WAS SUPPOSED TO PAY 122.94 AT SAN JUAN COUNTER AND I WAS CHARGED 156.99 INSTEAD BECAUSE SOME HIDDEN FEES. THIS IS NOT GOOD FOR BUSINESS. I WILL NOT RENT AGAIN.

Honestly,I never thought the rent would be so expensive. They charge fees for the use of unused tolls it s a Scam. In addition too other fees that do not correspond. The car was dirty ,they do not have Good maintenance control. They gave mena car without the drivers airbag working. Very Bad Experience.

Customer service was horrible. No one was pleasant or greeting. Upon returning the vehicle there was no one in the facility for about 30 minutes. Transportation at the airport took forever to arrive. My vehicle had absolutely no gas and it was late night which forced me to have to go to the gas station.

This has been the worst car experience in my life and I have rented a lot of cars. 1st, Expedia quoted me $360.46 including insurance and the counter charged me $499.01 over $130 difference. After I signed the contract I waited 2 hours and I didn't get the original car. I received a car that was dirty and smelly. The attendant, who was missing most other cars and he couldn't get it out.. Awful customer service, too many hidden fees.

The worst experince of my life. The 1st car was damaged and it was the battery and I had to change it. The second card turn on the check engine and making extrange loud noises. I talk to Diego Saldaña manager and told me to go to the rental car and he will help me. He gave me a credit andgave me a SUV. My rental was for 9 days. I decided to extee worst thing. In August 31 I got there and I went to theoffice to close my contract and for my surprise it was closed. And the charges are wrong. He took a picture of the bill With his phone to his computer and send it to accounting. He told me to gave him one hour. Nothing happens thatday. Next day (yesterday) I call him twice and don't answered. He call me back. I explain him that I have not received the contract With the corrected balance. He told me togave him one minute and I still waiting and that was yesterday sept 1st. I keep calling and he don't went to answer

When I arrived to pick up the vehicle I reserved online several unfortunate events took place. 1. I was forced topurchase collision insurance coverage because my own personal car insurance covered my vehicle which is a 2014 FordEdge and I was told by the representative it had to be 2017 or above. 2. They didn’t have the compact vehicle Ibut I had to wait an hour for the vehicle to be washed. Waited almost 2hrs with my 82yr old Mother.

El precio no es real del que muestra en Expedia. Mal servicio al cliente por parte de la agente. No lo recomensaria.. y no vuelvo a rentar con la empresa.
