Arriving customers: We offer free pick-up from the Luis Muñoz Marín Airport to hotels in the metro area to all clients. Upon arrival, customers may contact our company by using the courtesy line available at the airport or by calling 787-726-7350. The Airport shuttle is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at our client’s convenience.

The vehicle was dirty. It was never cleaned. I was given a car with tire lights on. Car was not running smoothly every time I pressed the gas it was as if the car was tryingto rush but did have a weird sound. Only has the vehicle for two days. Dents everywhere and the bumper was stickingout. But yet had so many fees, sanitation fee? Clean wherethere to pick up my vehicle? $127 extra dollars never renting there again

When I left the lot, the tire pressure light came on. Took it back. I was given the option of a different vehicle or wait for the tire to be checked out. I waited 30+ minutes the 1st time so I opted for a different vehicle. I asked would it be another long wait and was assured that it wouldn’t take long. 20 minutes later, the original vehicle waspent the next few days putting air in the same tire.

The check in took 2 hrs of waiting and the car had al I t of dings but they did acknowledge that. The bathroom was not in service which sucks when you got to wait in line for 2 hrs. However the drop off of car went fast and smoothly

Customer services was horrible, i was trying to talk to a manager she never was there=, they supposed to waive airport fee that never happen , reservation have a different price what they make me paid over there , no one check the car w me when i pick up, the front guys was helping me he never answer my question he have attitude, i send a email onswer me yet, they never waive the airport fee , my mom dropped me off at the rental place ,,

I waited over 2 hours to get attended, 1 hour to actually receive the car. The alarm on the car would go off randomly. the passenger door would always state is was open. they washed the rug and with the heat it had a really bad odor.the manager on site would not help the employees so the customers would not have to wait hours for a rental. we arrital until about 1:30pm. NEVER AGAIN!!!

When arriving to the rental car to pickup the vehicle therewas a line with at least 30 people waiting. We were told that there were no cars available even though we all had made reservations in advance. We were told that there was nothing they could do and if we wanted we could go somewhere else or wait as vehicles were return and given to us. Were tired and hungry after a long flight and the wait at the rental car we accepted to take a car that had just beenreturned and not cleaned up. We were told we were going to be granted a 10% discount for taking the car without cleaning it. A month later I had to call the rental company to request my $250 deposit since it was still reflected in my credit card statement and the 10% discount that was offered was never adjusted to the final cost of the rental. What a nightmare!

There was a long wait of over one hour to pick up the vehicle. After I returned the vehicle on time and was given a final receipt, I received a message that the contract was still open. It took a few days to clear this error up on the part of the rental company..

2 1/2 hours in line before I even my made it to the counter to sign paperwork. I will never rent from this company again. Such an awful start to our vacation. Nelson was great doing what he could, as fast as he could, but there wasno reason for him to be the only one working that day.

Ha sido la peor experiencia en mi vida rentando un carro. No habia vehiculo disponible. Me tuve que anotar en una lista de espera. Nada de remuneracion o descuento por las horas perdidas en aquel lugar. Si uno renta en base a horas especificas, es porque a esas horas es que se necesita un vehiculo. Casi 3 horas de espera, con hambre y viendo a todoe da por los turistas que nos visitan y se encuentran conesto. Lamento no tener nada positivo que mencionar. Los baños sicios, basura desbordada, no habia papel de baño, carro sucio, la fila de carros entregados y sin mover, no empleado disponible para recibirte afuera en entrega o recogido, nadie verifica el vehiculo cuando lo entregan y te dicen verifica tu el carro bien......etc..... Al momento, con todo el que hablo les digo que no los usen nunca y lo segure haciendo. No quiero que nadie tenga laxmisma pesadilla mia. Compren carros, organizacion en el area, recluten

Honestly I had a horrible experience! First I had to wait literally 2 hours to get my car, when I arrived from the Airport because there was no one to “wash it” and there was only one guy because the other ones went to lunch. Then the entertainment system on the car would disconnect constantly from my Apple Car Play, making me miss a couple exits

Unfortunately, the employees that were there that night were not helpful at all. The person that was giving out thecars was apparently athe employees that were there that night were not helpful at all. The person that was giving out the cars was apparently alone all the cars were dirty me, and at least three more customers had to get the cars aledures they just hand out the car and said please leave because I’m alone I have a lot of cars

It should not take 3 hours to get a car I reserved in advance. Employees wasted time talking to each other, and I waited almost three hours with only 5 people ahead of me inthe line. I recommend improving your process, because every customer that leaves your business was extremely unhappy from what I saw as I waited in line. Not a good first exp to spend even more time to get a car. Upgrade your systems and Make it more streamlined.

In addition to having charged us the most expensive rate for a compact car, they never refunded the $250 deposit. I do not recommend this company

The person at the counter was very friendly BUT he was the only working at the counter(a second one came after 40-45 minutes) and the waiting time was one hour. The car was very economic but the bumper was broken, a lot of scratches, 3 missing wheel ring cover, one carpet missing and dirty seats. This is the 2nd time I rented with this company and it wasn't cheap, I paid too much for the overall condition of the car. Check out was very easy and took me only 15 minutes. Shuttle was quick, easy and the two drivers were very friendly and pleased.I'm from San Juan but live in USA. I visit the island often and I would like to see a fair car for the price and more staff for check in. Thanks.

Was over charged, tank was not full and had to get a mechanic to fix the gas tank release mid road trip!!
