Arriving customers: We offer free pick-up from the Luis Muñoz Marín Airport to hotels in the metro area to all clients. Upon arrival, customers may contact our company by using the courtesy line available at the airport or by calling 787-726-7350. The Airport shuttle is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at our client’s convenience.

I was received with the absurd news that my reservation got cancelled due to lateness to pick up my vehicle. My flight got 2 hours delayed and you should be familiar with this type of issues. Is the second time I get this ridiculous news on my arrival. Be mindful that a flight delayed andall the process behind it is enough hard time for a passention got canceled. I decided not to move from the counteruntil I got my reserved vehicle.

Had to wait over an hour to get car. I texted the confirmation and then again advising our plane was delayed... they said my reservation was canxelled even though i had already paid. Luckily they had a car... then I was charged $285 additional for fees. Total cost to rent economy car for 4 days was almost $600... plus deposit of $250. Complete whole time.

The customer service was terrible. The car was very dirty. Iwas double charged. Expedia quoted 133.00 and I was charged 293 00. I arrived at tge rental company at 10:30 pm and didn't leave until 2am. The first rental i was given was durty and had mechanical issues with the tires, the second rentalwas dirty with mechanical problems. I will neve

The staff was extremely rude. When I called to ask for directions on where I meet the shuttle for pickup, I was told that I just called and needed to wait, and then they hung up in my face before I could even tell them that I did NOT just call them. Then once I returned the car i asked another staff lady how long does it take for the shuttle to cy been waiting 30-40 minutes. She got an attitude and tried to raise her voice at me.

I am very disappointed in your fradulent business practices. I will post my reviews elsewhere online too. I was overcharged for my PREPAID rental by over $250. I was told I would be upgraded to a midsize car for no fee, however was charged $118 for that midsized car I would have preferred NOT to drive. I was charged twice for the 6 fees and taxes.ut I did. Nearly $1000 for plain car for 1 week is unacceptable.

Horrible experience, hard to switch my car 3 times. No radio in the first car. The second car was dirty, had bad wheel bearings, and the battery died on me twice. Had road side assistance coverage, called and no one answered, was stranded for 2 hours, a random person helped me jump the vehicle. I didn’t even get reimbursed. Horrible customer expeompany ever again.

Returning the car no one could explain where to wait for the shuttle since was the next building. I was charged fortolls when there is no tolls working because they are hacked.

I’ve been charged additional fees which have not been explained, despite requesting. I will be disputing it with mycredit card company shortly if they are not itemized & explained to me in full by Monday.

El servicio al cliente en el counter muy bien, amables y con buen carisma pero en la limpieza del carro pésima al segundo día de tener el carro nos encontramos con una invasion de cucarachitas y fue lo más bochornoso en eso tienen que mejor y darle un mejor mantenimiento a los carros

It was a very disappointing experience. - The shuttle arrived after a long delay - Long wait to sign the contract. - I was charged more fees/taxes on top of the fees/taxes I paid while booking online. Also, nowhere in the booking was mentioned any more taxes & fees. - Waited very long for the car to arrive, and on asking the front desk, we were ruaged - Then on asking again, we were given a diff car. Dismissive customer service. All you hear from the staff is, "We are understaffed." Cars are poorly maintained. 1st time renting, the car didn't have high beams. Learned that in a scary manner, while driving at night. 2nd time, the side panel came off the car while driving in the highway. Both times, customer service was horrific. Wait time is atroabsolutely nothing to address these issues.
