The hidden fees that raised my price from the quoted 63 dollars to 213 dollars is just insane. It is very dishonest, my personal car insurance and my credit card cover rental cars, but you forced me to purchase your insurance. I certainly will not be renting from your company again.

We booked this rental online and the price that we were given was not honored. Classic bait and switch! Once we arrived, the agent charged us $200 more! Very poor service in this respect. I will make sure everyone knows that this company does not stand behind confirmed prices and rips you off!

45 minutes waiting at the airport for pick up. no one picked up the phone. i rented an economy and ramon alvarez said he can offer me an upgrade for a dodge ram, i said but iwill waste more fuel in the ram. i told them give me the economy. then he said we don't have none. the ram was the only thing they had. it was 4am so i had no other choice buever again i will use this company and i will let everyone know not to use it . horrible

I would've put zeros instead of 1 if I could. Only had 1 person working. The wait was long but was expected with 1 person working the counter. Did normal driving on the streets ofPR. Later found out the car was deemed too dirty and was charged the full $250 deposit to clean it. Customer service has been no help in answering why I can't receive the $250 back returned that it was overly dirty because it was fine.

Horrible service, I waited two hours at the lot for a car , the associate forced the roadside assistance and the wind/tire coverage saying it was mandatory. He had a very unprofessional attitude. I would never go back to this location .

The worst experience I have ever had. From hidden fees that tripled the original price to a car that broke down on the second day to no clear explanation of my bill. I wouldlike to speak with management about what I was actually charged for with an explanation.

There are too many fees that should be charged up front when I initially booked the car online. A $112 car rental quickly turned into $263 real quick. I can understand an extra $70 from the toll pass I purchased but I still ended up paying an additional $81. This makes you seem dishonest asa company and I am not satisfied with that.

I had to wait 3 hours after the reservation time to get the vehicle. The agent had earbuds in and was having a phone conversation the entire time I was at the counter. Upon return, he added additional fees to the reservation without explaining. The fees were removed, which let’s me know they were unnecessary. Finally, I am very uncomfortable with the agent taking a picture of my information on their personal phones.

It took over 30 minutes to rent the vehicle with no line. I paid for a midsize and was given a compact... when I asked for the difference to be refunded, the answer was We cant do that. Never again. When i returned the vehicle at the scheduled time, i was told that I owed an additional $33... I said no, my prepayment was full payment but was told You don't have a choice, we already have your card. Never again. I'm actually livid and have told the story a bunch of times. You owe me $50.

Claim to charge you one price and the charge double. Whentrying to resolve the issue the staff won’t return your calls and give you the run around. Very obviously a scam company that just takes advantage of customers.

Based on the add I saw and the details explained in the website I thought the car was going to cost approx. 120 dollars, when it came to cost 183. I would review again the email and the add on the website and if I have any complaints or the charges are not explained accurately I would contact you back to request a refund for the difference.

Too many hidden fees. In addition to what I paid for the vehicle online, including taxes and fees, they charged me for additional taxes and fees upon arrival. I returned the car since the 1st of August and as of yesterday the 7th they tool 8 dollars from my debit card for what reason i dont know. Horrible.

Never ever would I rent again from priceless. It was the worst rental experience ever. I travel very frequently and I have rented cars domestic and international and this place was horrible. Upon returning the vehicle, they included hidden fees that were not disclosed. I also talked to the manager “Liza Rivera”. All she did was rushed me out of her office. I wastreated like it was my first time renting a car. The worst experience ever.

Very bad experience with the lady who checked me in. Very rude and gave me an accident car in the lot. She really made me feel offended when she asked if I wrecked the car whenI complained the issue to her while I didn't even touch thecar. She doesn't deserve to serve customers at the counter. This was my first time in San Juan and she was the very first Puerto Rican I spoke to. She doesn't deserve to be out there representing friendly Puerto Rican.

I was disappointed that when I arrived in San Juan and called Priceless to arrange a pick up that nobody answered thephone even after allowing it to ring for 5 minutes. My family and I then caught a taxi from the airport to our hotel (costing me $18), with the shuttle bus picking me up atthe hotel the next day. When I asked about a credit on my bill for $18, I was told that I had to speak to the manager who was neither present when I picked the car up nor when I returned it

With the exception of being told that the insurance was $14.99 per day when it was actually $16.99 and obligated to pay for the toll sticker as well as the tolls and other costs which were not stipulated until I picked up the vehicle, I can't complain but won't rent from them again
