Terrible experience

Hello, My name is Luis Gorospe and on October 24, 2021, while I was travelling in Rumania I rented a vehicle online with Priceless Car Rental and, after purchasing a Collision Damage Plan for 88 USD, they sent me an email message commenting that I should pick up the vehicle at Otopeni airport in Bucharest. That message stated that I should go tohe company would deliver the vehicle to me on Monday, October 25, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. My surprise was that when I arrived at Bucharest airport on Monday, October 25, I did not find a Priceless Car Rental counter or any uniformed agent, as I was assured online, and I finally ended up hiring a vehicle with another rental company. It has been almost 2 weeks since this unpleasant incident, and I demand a full refund of that $ 88 as soon as possible. I do not understand why I have not received back that amount of money when I was lied and told that I could pick up the vehicle wit

I found it strange to give a car with no gas at the start of the journey. Extremely terrible customer service, unfortunately, the survey do not allow me to enter negative marks. Overall experience EXTREMELY NEGATIVE!!! Would not recommend to anyone rent a car from PRICELE$$ in Bucharest, Romania.

Arrived, and immediately struggled because the website stated Priceless is located in the physical airport, which it is not. Called multiple times with no answer. Eventually got ahold of someone, who then told me they canceled my reservation because they tried to call me and couldn't get ahold of me. I had no missed called of anybody trying to cao go to Hertz.

Credit card fraud, violent and aggressive personnel, shady location! Currently we are working with VISA, Expedia and Romanian Police to recuperate fraudulent charges. Worstexperience ever had with a rental company!

You stole my money. You wouldn't rent me a car, but you kept my money.

Not a serious or legitimate branch by any stretch of the imagination. Refused to rent the car unless I paid an additional $1,600.00, even though the reservation was fully paid for a total value of $407.50. Bait and switch tactic takento the extreme. Few other details: - No Priceless Car Rental counter in the airport, as advertised. Was driven to an the situation - No uniformed agent as advertised. Theworst rental experience ever
