Would have been more convenient to return car to airport instead of returning it off-site then waiting for the shuttle to go the airport. It added an extra hour to the plan.

We forgot the original credit card used to reserve and Priceless absolutely refused to work with us and we ended uphaving to pay way more than what we had originally reserved the vehicle for. We reserved an SUV, and were given a van. The van was not clean and only had a 1/4 tank of gas. They were very difficult to work with. Would never rent from again

The lady at customer service was pushing us to take duplicate charges. And scared my wife telling her if we give the car unwashed she'll charge us $200.

I have been calling you and left a message but there was no answer. You charged me $126.00 on 04/26/2019 when I made the reservation, and another charged $211.74 on 05/10/19 when I returned the vehicle. We had to wait one hour for the shuttle at the air port on May 6th, in the hot sun with no where to sit down. Also, youadded fees I was not told about. Also, I had to put the caron my credit card because I was the sole driver. Originallywe were told it could go on my friend Beth Ludwig's card, as we planned. Coming home on the 11th did go smoothly.

Shuttle wait was over an hour and barely got on it. Car that was requested was Jeep Grand Cherokee and got a NissanRogue, agent said it was comparable I don’t think so. Carhad scratches on outside I pointed them out when picking up Agent told me not to worry about those they were concerned with dents. When returning another Agent gave me a hard time about the scratches. I told him about what originalAgent told me he was OK with it.

I didn’t like all of the hidden fees I was confronted with at the counter . Mislead by Travelocity and felt mislead by your staff —pressured about using services I never used to run up the vehicle costs. Paid more than what was disclosed.

It was very frustrating to be given NO advance warning whenbooking on Expedia that I would not be allowed to drive the car out of Florida. This is a ridiculous policy, especially if my insurance covers it. Pick up time was a bit long, even though not many people were there. Secondly, while the car was clean, the floor was soaking wet for days. Not only was this annoying because it wet our feet multipletimes, but the car started to smell of mold.

You need to specify drop off is at pu location, not ‘MCO’; has to wash interior windshield couldn’t see out of properly; interior of car was dirty overall; on hold for a long time to speak to service; will not rent from Priceless in future

Passenger seat was very dirty, we asked for another car which they provided. They were a bit aggressive on paying $9 per day for unlimited tolls, saying all the highways are toll and there was no cash option. If we didn't pay the $9/day ($126 for the whole rental) we would be charged $50 for each toll. I declined. Turned out there were a few toll highways which we easily avoided.

The car was clean on the outside but the seats were gross. I almost didn't want to sit in it. They has tons of water outlines throughout.

I paid in advance for my vehicle and upon arrival I was told that Priceless was sold out of vehicles and I was stuck at the Orlando airport with my 3 year old son who has a special disability. I did not receive a car until 3am and the vehicle that I received did not have any gas so I neededto find a gas station at 3am with my sleeping child. The Nissan Versa which I received ran horrible and the check engine light was on. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had renting a vehicle!

There was no shuttle from the airport to the car rental company. After 90 minutes we had to take a taxi. Our car was only 1/2 full of gas when we left with it. In trying to reach someone to discuss the problems it was next to impossible to talk to someone and when we did they did not compensate us in any way for having to take a taxi. Very disappointed overall.

The car I drove had a check engine light on and a low tire. I was charged an excessive fee for allowing my fiancé to drive us to our destination - it’s like they were just waiting for this to happen as soon as we left the fee was charged. and they never even bothered to point out he wasn’t on the contract. When we called to inquire about the fine, the manager was terribly rude and condescending. Not a good experience at all.

So many hidden fees! I called before hand to get details and half of the fees were not disclosed. The car was filthy and had multiple dents. The deal for the truck was not attached. The gentleman that helped me seemed nice but handed me off to somebody else that handed me a piece of paperand said circle anything you find wrong and come find me.Very unprofessional!!! I will never use your services again! I will tell anyone that asks what a poor experience I had with your company.

I was told by your Sales agent- I needed the toll package of $9.99 a day, as the toll stations "DO NOT TAKE CASH" and all the roads in Florida were toll roads. This was a complete LIE! I called within 24 hours of renting the car to cancel this additional charge on my contract. Customer Service stated someone would call me back that afternoon. Nobody did. I called back 4 times until, the agent, said I had to cometo office in Orlando, fully knowing I was out of area. I'mrequesting credit !
