Rental price went from 180s in booking to $444 in person.I understand the Toll being added, but as per associate Iwas unable to decline insurance and was even told that insurance would not be valid if purchased through Expedia. Ifelt like I was forced to purchase extra items.

I'm NEVER ever renting with this company, my flight was delayed but there is no way to reach anybody, the phone number that I dialed 5 times has a recording of airport directions. After getting an Uber and riding for an hour I got there and they had canceled my reservation because I was late and they had no cars! Their shuttle took us to the airporter, driving on the shoulders, crossing meridians, insulting other drivers on the road, calling them bitches. Overal

I booked through Travelocity and did not realize your office closed so early. Your office was closed and I was left stranded at Orlando airport. I was there for the entire weekend, but you didn't have a phone for me to call. I read the online reviews about how you guys charge excessively hight deposits, and then you never return deposits so I was I paid, even though I never was able to get a car from you. I will never use you again.

Automated recording on their office line says Orlando airport shuttle arrives every 15-20 minutes. We waited 1 hour & 15 minutes for the Priceless Car Rental van. The man atthe rental counter gave me keys for a Nissan Altima. I didn't pay for a sedan. I paid for an SUV. He refused to issue me SUV keys that I had reserved and he told me that itdful of SUVs ready and sitting on their lot. We had already wasted so much time waiting endlessly for the shuttle,so I left with the Altima. Biggest mistake of the day! Be sure to demand that you receive the rental category that you reserved! A glass bottle with a straw inside of it was rolling around the floor when turning corners, plus there was a goopy TicTac stuck to the floor in the back seat.The following morning, the tire pressure sensor told me 1tire was low at 22psi. Since we had a 2+ hour drive ahead of us, I had to pay $2.50 at the gas station to fill with

Overall customer experience was OK but the cust service team should following up and showing that they care (and not just say 'we care about your customer experience). This will entice repeat customers in the off-peak season. I arrived at Orlando airport 8:45pm had to wait more than 30 min for a shuttle. Get to your office and only 1 person working the counter for a bus load of people. Did not leave your office until 11-1130pm. Weird question was asked by counter person, what type of car did I drive at home, I guess to put me in a same type car. But I picked a SUV becad him it shouldn't matter what I drive at home, I want a full SUV which I requested and want.

The only thing we didn't care for is that when we got into Orlando October 25, which our plane was in early. But after going to designated spaces of 11. 12 or 13, we waitedan hour for a shuttle. Especially seeing other car rentals arriving a couple times aa we stood there waiting. Other than that, it was a good experience.

My car was not available. Called your office and no one answered. No representative was at airport to advise us that cars were not available. My family and I waited an hour and then decided to take a taxi who charged us $30 bucks. So irresponsible on your part.

We were told we had to rent the toll pass for $20/day when we were just driving from ORL to MLB. The total of the tolls was $6 R/T and Priceless wanted to charge me $60 when cash was accepted at the two toll booths between ORL & MLB. They made us turn around after driving 30 min to go back to the office to re-write the contract and all the associacar was given to us on less than 1/2 a tank of gas. Unacceptable.
