My experience was horrible not even 24 hours the car broke down on me the check engine light popped on the car had no oil, antifreeze,and the tire pressure light was on I would never rent from them again I rented from them in October 1, 2020 and here its October 12, 2020 and then still haven’t refunded my money back

Representative did not explain anything well. We had to ask about the initial damage declaration. Didn't take ourAmex card...said reader wasn't working. The car drove OK, but had multiple rattles that we could not identify.

People working behind desk were RUDE at best! We waitedover 2hours to get our scheduled rental as it was rainingand no one wanted to go out in the rain. To make things worse there was no working restroom!!!Man behind desk was worst service I’ve ever had at a car rental

Great experience. I only waited 15 minutes for the shuttle. Driver was pleasant and van was nice and clean. The counter person tried to sell me the extras but I did not feel pressured to do so like some rental companies. The price of the car was very reasonable and it was clean. I would definitely rent from them again.

I have never been made to buy additional insurance when renting a car. My current insurance ID card with one of the best insurance companies in the business (NJ Manufacturers) was always sufficient. I did not expect the 14.99 a day surcharge. It really sucked.

I have not been reimbursed for my deposit of $250 at thistime. Also they are alleging I owe a toll fee, but have not provided a time,date or location. I did not miss any toll booths and paid cash at all toll booths.

First off when calling, I was never informed that this company was off site from the airport when I told them that I would be flying in and was looking for an on site rentalcompany. Second, was hung up on when calling about a pickup, then waited 20-30 minutes for pickup. After arriving at the rental facility, 5-6 customers online with multipletiple employees walking around not assisting. Waited over40 minutes before I got to the desk.

Had to wait nearly an hour to for shuttle to transport me from airport terminal to rental car lot. Had to wait more than 30 minutes for shuttle to transport me from rental car lot to airport terminal. Shuttle wait should never be more than 15 minutes and should preferably be under 10 minutes.

Website, corporate, local call center and local rental office are all independent. Nobody honors what the other entity agreed. Even the different reps don't honor what the other rep promised. I feel like customer service is a joke and it's not by accident. Nobody picks up the phone, Youguys hassle the customers who are there on short vacation. Take a serious look, guys! There is only so much hurt and disrespect you can inflict on customers and continue to stay in business.

One week after rental return I have a charge of $250.00 still on my charge card. Had to dispute charge with my creditcard company because this is a charge on my account not adeposit. Bad, Bad, coustomer service and I would not rentagain.

Had a mini van reserved for one month prior to pick up. Vehicle wasn't available for us when we arrived. We were downgraded to a smaller vehicle with no compensation. Worstexperience with a car rental agency in a long time. Can't imagine us returning.

Counter guy insisted I buy $10/day cdw for deductible. Thisshould be disclosed when I made reservation. Also lied tome about tolls.There are NO tolls on I 95 which he said there were. Nice car....bad service

I drive a suburban for a daily driver so I wanted a full size suv when I rented. I was gi en a nissan armada, what a piece of crap. Terrible fuel economy and a tiny fuel tank. It was roomy and pretty comfortable, but I couldnt drive past any gas stations. I recommend getting some expeditions/suburbans/navigators/yukons to fill that segment.

I was forced to get insurance. I had the paper work from my insurance company showing that a rental car was covered. I had my insurance slip that was valid. I have a travel credit card with paperwork showing car insurance coverage . I rented a car at this excat location last year and used the same forms and was approved for a rental! The person at the counter said "you can't use credit card and combine your insurance at the same time" and that this was "a new thing" and that, "it's in the system" although he wouldn't show it to me. It was around 8 pm I couldn't callmy insurance company to verify even though I showed him the coverage my insurance company gave me as mentioned...My car had the warning light maintenance required on the whole time . He said it was "no big deal" and to just ignore it. Is he a mechanic? How long have they ignored the warning light? Could it not malfunction while I'm driving it leaving me stranded? Could this not lpotentially do da
