The car had spit from coughing on the steering wheel and dashboard. I had to clean it myself.

The brakes were going out in the car and grounded when coming to a stop. Loose steering and the car was rented to me with less than a 1/8 tank of gas. Could’ve been a betterexperience.

I did not appreciate the lady that asked where we were going and when I told her that we were driving to Melbourne, Florida she told me I would want a Sun Pass because otherwise I would spend 50 dollars in tolls. Which I thought shewas being honest and purchased the Sun Pass. Instead I was lied to and swindled out of another 38 dollars for whenI actually drove to Melbourne there were ONLY TWO TOLLS which would have totaled $5. I would not rent from you again because of the dishonesty.

We reserved 2 minivans but at pick up none was available. Although replaced with 2 SUV the storage was not adequate and we were very uncomfortable. I am uncertain if I will bea returning customer. I am still awaiting a call regarding my invoice.

Overall my experience was good. The car could have been washed and the inside windows cleaned. The inside windshield had a film on it that as did the back window, the care could have been vacuumed out and had an air freshener sprayed in it. It had a musty smell. I will possibly rent againfrom you

Sorry for the bad rating but customer service was disappointing. My rental agreement was cancelled by the facility and they only had an upgrade car available when I arrived. They also changed the two hour window for reserving the car to a one hour window when I arrived. I was within the two hour window when arriving and because of the hassle of switching cars, they made out the time for 15 minutes past the hour which made me look late. I feel like this was a bait and switch process

Bad experience..Not familiar with M. Benz van. Asked for mini van .gas gauge not pointed out. 5 min on 528E saw gaslite came on. Got off exit. Called office was told it wasour problem. Got on 528W to look for gas. Ran out of gas 1 mile from tollbooth. Called ur office for help. Came an hour and half later.. then check engine light came on. Gears shifting as driving. Returned for another car. It was pointed out half tank gas ini this car..No concern given for u .

The experience was beyond horrible!!! The back hatch wasbroken so we could not use it. We had to struggle getting out huge luggage in and out of the back seat. I called the manager and never received a call back. It is horrible that you charge extra for a credit debit card. Disgraceful!!!! I read the reviews but decided to give you a chance anyway. Big mistake!!! I will not recommend or use your company ever again. The only thing left to do is writemy own review!!

I have two comments and I hope you take them as positive criticism to help you improve. The first one is about the people behind the counter. They are very unprofessional, rude, arrogant, and KNOW NOTHING, yes nothing about customer satisfaction. I wish I still remember his name but I do not. So please send these people for training on how to keep your customers happy and satisfied in order for them toreturn back and rent again. Second has to do with hiddencharges. I prove your website

My pick up time was 10am, due to luggage at the airport &the shuttle service I got to your place at 10:45 or so. Shuttle service was slow, I called they said one would be there within 20 minutes & it was half full when it got there. People who were there after me pushed their way in & wehad to wait for another shuttle. Which the driver said would be there in 5 minutes. Which it was another 20 minutes. I finally got to your place & I prepaid and setup my rental online. The girl checked me in but seemed confused as to where my car was. Now being almost 11am my car shouldhave been ready. I waited another 15 minutes for a car, it had just been washed therefore I know it wasn't ready for me. Also there was washer fluid. This was my 1st time renting a car and my son & I were both annoyed.

No where in my information was it explained that the pickup counter was not actually located at the airport, I wasnot on an arriving flight I was with a friend, the pick up processes was delayed significantly when I was on a timelimit to get to my nieces high school graduation. Your directions are not clear, it simply says to go to slots 11,12 or 13, it does not say wait for a shuttle and there are no signs with your company name on them, for these reasonsI would not recommend your company.

I felt I was given poor guidance at pickup regarding the toll situation; the car itself was not in great condition--the check tire pressure light came on within the first few miles; the rest rooms were a MESS on drop off; The "hiddencharges" amounted to a lot of $$, despite the misleading "total" price given on travelocity; I will not be inclined to rent from priceless again

The price due at the time of rental on tracelocity site is way different when you have to pick up the car. I have extra insurance coverage using my Chase card. But instead priceless is saying it is mandatory in Orlando to pay the insurance fee. We have been renting cars and this is the only place where they are pushing this insurance thing. So from $131 on travelocity, I ended up paying $340 at priceless. I even read the fine print and there is nothing there about hidden fees. When travelocity website states that it is $131 due at time of pick up, it should be $131 no more no less. Very disappointed

Terrible experience all the way around. 1 hour and forty minute to pick up the rental, interior windows were a mess, made it difficult to see out of at night. Mileage and gas was documented incorrectly, called as soon as I got to destination. The printed document had full tank and lower mileage, yellow sign out sheet had correct mileage and gas reading. Then I got charged for over mileage, even after I called. I had to call 3 more times to get the issue resolved.I can go on, but out of words

You have deceptive practices. A $75 rental turned into $160. I've never heard of a car rental that forces you to pay 50% of the cost of the insurance, even if you decline it. Our rental agent told us the she uses Alamo for her personal rentals. Zero chance will rent from you again.

I had to add 1qt.l of motor oil. The dipstick read one halfquart below the low mark.The low tire pressure indicator light remained on,I was told to ignore the light and that it was a short. Why not repair it?

I rented through cheap tickets. I was under the assumption that the purchase price for rental would be what was stated which was 80.00. Unfortunately for me when all was said and done my rental turned into 225.00! I spoke to cheap tickets and they informed me that Priceless had not updated their fees etc. So due to a poor job of upkeep with your online promotions I was screwed out of more money. Not impressed and will never use this company again.

Your 24 hour customer service did not answer my call thatI placed Friday evening. On Monday, I spoke to Brianna about my situation and she told me that she would compensatefor my convenience. I gave her my phone number and email so she could get back to me. Then, later when I returned the car, your employee, Fred, was the most inconsiderate, man I’ve ever delt with. He told me that there was nobody named Brianna there and that everything she promised me was not acceptable to him. Fire Fred!

Very rude customer service, got charged 90.00 more then quoted, I didn't have a choice to argue I needed the car asap. And waiting in lines is horrible. I will never ever rent from you again. Wanted to charge more for everything, since I did t pay to use toll thing, I could not use GPS.
