Shuttle Info:
 
Upon arrival at Orlando International Airport, please proceed to the Ground Transportation Level (1st Floor of the Terminal) which is one level below the baggage claim level, call us 954-360-8000 and wait for the shuttle. Our designated pick-up locations are: A11, A12, A13, B11, B12, B13, and C277. 
 
Renter Qualifications

Minimum rental age is 21 years. A young driver fee from $25 plus tax per day applies to drivers under the age of 25. Maximum rental age is 74 years. A senior driver fee from $25 plus tax per day applies to drivers aged 70 and above. To pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, a credit in the main driver's name, customers from outside of the US may be asked to show a Passport or ID card.
 
We require a $250-$550 deposit on all rentals, depending on form of payment.  On a prepaid reservation, we will collect the deposit at the rental counter at the time of the rental, and will refund the deposit at the completion of the rental.
 
IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION, PLEASE LET US KNOW AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. WHEN FLIGHT DETAILS ARE PROVIDED, WE WILL HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR UP 2 HOURS AFTER FLIGHT ARRIVAL. AFTER THE 2 HOUR WINDOW, YOU WILL BE CONSIDERED A NO SHOW AND WE MAY OR MAY NOT BE ABLE TO HONOR YOUR RESERVATION DEPENDING UPON AVAILABILITY. IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL PRIOR TO ARRIVAL BY 12 HOURS, OR YOU FAIL TO SHOW. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY CONTRACT TERMINATION.  PLEASE CALL 954-360-8000 TO CONFIRM
 
Payment Info 
 
We accept many methods of payment, such as credit cards like Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Please note that the primary renter must be the cardholder and must present a valid card at the counter. We do NOT accept cash, checks, prepaid cards, or gift cards as methods of payment. Please note: Payments with a credit card may require the credit card PIN. The deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card for 10 to 15 business days after the end of the rental period. Customers who fail to cancel their reservation at least 48 hours prior to pick up time, fail to show up for the reservation, or do not qualify for the rental will not be refunded. All cancellations must be through the original booking source. UNUSED RENTAL DAYS. Should the renter decide to return the vehicle to our branch earlier than originally planned, we shall NOT refund or prorate for unused rental days.
 
Insurance and Coverage Requirements
 
To rent a vehicle, coverage is mandatory. Customers must meet the physical damage requirement using one of the following options: Accepted Coverage Options Personal Auto Insurance Must include Collision and Comprehensive coverage and be verifiable at the counter. Policy must be active with at least 30 days remaining from the rental date A Declaration Page is REQUIRED (printed or mobile app) Must match the renter’s name, address, and policy details Credit Card Rental Coverage Coverage must be verifiable at the time of rental The full rental amount must be paid with the same card A $2,500 security deposit applies Optional Damage Waiver (CDW/LDW) Available for purchase if you do not provide your own coverage Security Deposit Deposits are based on your insurance deductible and range from: $250 – $2,500 Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI) $19.99 per day + tax Personal Insurance Requirements If using your own insurance: Must provide: Insurance ID card + Declaration Page Policy must show: Coverage limits Policy number Effective dates Must include: Collision & Comprehensive coverage Minimum $300,000 liability coverage Must meet at least Florida state minimum requirements Accepted Insurance Companies We only accept policies from the following providers: State Farm Liberty Mutual GEICO Progressive USAA Esurance Farmers Nationwide Allstate Travelers AAA Infinity (Subject to verification at the counter) Important Restrictions Insurance must match the renter’s name and address Policies from Puerto Rico, Canada, or any country outside the U.S. are NOT accepted Insurance must be transferable and collectible Proof must be shown before vehicle pickup
 
Drivers
 
Additional driver fee is $14.99 per day per driver.  Drivers 18-24 are welcome but will pay an underage fee of $25.00 per day and cannot rent Premium or Luxury cars, vans, SUVs, convertibles, trucks or sport cars.  Please note that extension rates are subject to change.
 
 
Geographic Restrictions
 
ALL cars are restricted to the State of Florida. Vehicles that leave the state of Florida will be charged a penalty of $1000, the towing fee to return the car to our branch, plus the total cost of the rental..
 
TOLL POLICY- You are responsible for the payment of all tolls incurred during the rental period. We offer Sun Pass, an optional electronic toll payment service whereby all toll charges and any other toll-related fees you incur are covered during the rental period. Sun Pass services with us must be accepted at the time of pickup and applied for the entire length of the rental. Sunpass service is USD 16.99 per rental day & covers tolls incurred ONLY in Florida. Customers with Sunpass portable transponders may NOT use their transponders in our rental vehicles, as Sunpass does not acknowledge some devices & customers will be responsible for the charges incurred. If you choose not to purchase the optional SunPass service at the commencement of your rental, and you utilize a toll road, you will be charged for each toll, plus an admin fee of $40 per toll. SunPass does NOT cover red light camera violations or other moving violations drivers incur. SunPass service does NOT cover airport parking.
 
Other

Miscellaneous Charges  Missing Key: up to $1,500  Late Fee: $100 after 1 hour grace period, and additional days for each day after plus $100 late fee per day  Missing booster seat: $100.00  Missing GPS: $140.00  Missing Gas: $12.99 per gallon.  Cleaning and Smoking fee: flat rate of $450.00  Payment of Tolls and Infractions, plus an administrative fee of up to $40.00 for EACH Toll or Infraction incurred during the rental period plus the toll amount.  You authorize us to: process separate payment card charges in your name for all amounts due us, including parking tickets, red light tickets plus administrative fee up to $150.00, also for the repair of the damage to our vehicle (if any).
