I was first given a car with dents and scratch. I refuse totake. they given me a better on that wasn't clean and had car emblem missing and few minor dents. I know that your prices was reasonable but was not expecting the cars in the condition they were in. I rent cars at least 3 time a year. This has been my worst experience.

the car was dirty when received, the service was very very slow and the gas tank was not full when received . I also had to add air to the front tires because before i got half way to my destination of Pacoima CA the light came onto notify me ythe the tires were in need of attention.

I have rented a ton of cars from all rental companies over the years and this was the worst experience ever. Found ithard to believe its actually a rental car business. Firstcar I was given had been wrecked. It has visible bondo and spray paint job. Inside & outside were filthy and smelled like an ash tray. Switched cars only to get one with dents, cracked windshield and heavily soiled front and back seats.it proved to be dangerous as when gas pedal pressed it stalled

The car was a wreck, too used, too crashed not even the driver door handle worked, the shuttle is a hassle not evenAC have. Otherwise the costumer service from the ladies was amazing but also the space where you rent is smaller than a bathroom so only could fit 2 people max.

The price was reasonable for 1 week unlimited mileage full size car in LA. Service was fine except that nobody was there at time of return. They were late and had people waiting.

We arrived at 8:30 am on a Saturday to find a long line of people crammed into a small office space. Although timeson website said it opened at 8am, the hours posted on thewindow said 9am. Once she arrived at 9am, The attendant was rude and acted bothered about questions regarding my rental agreement. They insisted I needed to pay the toll road fee, although I found out later that it was to use the carpool (2p+) / express lane which wasn't necessary at all. Also,The car was very mediocre!

The service was the worst car rental service I have seen inmy 45 years of renting cars. Over 40 minutes to get our car. Upon return of the car they filled a false claim for scratches on the underside of the car,. These were not noted on the initial inspection and we did not cause.them. This process took over 45 minutes. Absolutely the worst service and very sketchy behavior., Now I will write to Yelp and Google regarding this "service".

Not much information was provided at rental time. Hidden fees were suddenly added under some pressure of not leaving with the car. In the end, it went well with the rental but we couldn't call this a smooth transaction. Other customers around seemed as confused as I was.

Luckily I took video during the walk around prior to us leaving the lot because when we returned the car 10 days later they accused us of smoking in the car, which we did not. I argued with 2 different people making accusations & saying I would lose my deposit. I then showed them the video of us picking up the car. In the video there are 2 cigarette burn holes on the back seat & you can hear my husbandsay that the car smells like cigarettes. That sounds likean easy way to hustle your customers

This was by far the worst experiece I've had renting a car and I've rented hundreds of cars. First the location is not ideal and it took 45 minutes for the bus to pick us up and that was only after we called twice. The employees were beyond rude. The car was filthy and only had 1/2 a tankof gas. Manager said he would give me a discount that never happened and we asked twice. I was yelled at by an employee. This was just absolutely horrible.

If there was a 0 option that’s what I would have put down. 1 is still giving y’all too much credit . Car was filthy, ladies working the front desk were rude and dont know what good customer service entails , office space was too small for the amount of people there picking up and dropping off their rentals , no air conditioning , just terrible.I’d never rent here again.

The service was fine and car had no issues. Getting to Priceless from LAX was a pretty long wait for the shuttle tocome for a car rental, other shuttles came multiple timesin the time the shuttle came once for us. Even worse, on the way from the hotel/car rental going back to LAX the shuttle took around 40 minutes to pick everyone up! I finally called an Uber to pick me up, and the shuttle and my Uber showed up at the same time, again, about 40 min of waiting! That’s unheard of.

I read a lot of bad reviews and was a little worried about renting my car from here. But I’m glad I kept my reservation. Stephanie was great at getting me checked in and ready to go. I have rented at many other places before and byfar she has the best customer service! I would definitelyrent from this location again. And the price of their vehicles can not be beat!

They didn't have any cars to fit my family when I arrived all the way from Ohio though I had the reservation set for months. No one called or notified me and My 6, 4, and 2 years olds had to wait around for 3 hours after traveling all day just to be pushed to another rental company. We never received a car from Priceless

I wanted an inexpensive rental car. Which I got. While the car drove fine- it was beat up. Both bumpers had been replaced and the paint didn’t quite match, every surface hada ding or scratch and the upholstery was dirty. none of my friends would rent that.

We reserved a mid size SUV and received a mini van and it only had 1/3 of gas in the tank. Exterior: The van was missing two hub caps, it had deep scratches and dents from the bumper to bumper, the passenger door was a different color. Interior: The van had a cat odor, black stains on the seats,floor boards and roof. There were large and small holes allover the floor boards. The vehicle did not drive well I seriously thought the transmission was going to fall out of the vehicle.

there was no notice to me to tell me where to pick up the car - no shuttle ever came by - I took a Lyft. I could not get our out of the parking lot - the ticket that I was given required $85 - so I had to go back up and get anotherone.

Poor customer service,very rude, wait hr and half for the car, after 6 hr plane ride. When went to drop off the car wait 20 minute for them to inspect the car. I felt like I just waste my money with this company. That was my 3rd trip this year. Never had a experience like this. I should of read the rating before I rent the car from this company.There is reason why this company has 2.5 rating.i ask forreceipt, I was told they are busy, can’t print the receipt. We waited over an hour for the car to be ready. Staff failed to adequately explain the toll system in California which caused us to incur additional expenses unnecessarily.Seriously understaffed location.

Office way to small. no where to sit and wait the 1 1/2 wait it takes to get your car. Suggested folding chairs outside. Only 2 people working the counter for pick up and drop off. A lot of waiting and confusion going on.

I will never ever use your co again. You can NOT get through to anyone on the public #. When I arrived, we waited over an hour for the bus. When I callled I punched in every single # to get a live person rather than a VM. I did at the end of my agreement have a VERY nice conversation with a woman named ROSA who was great who called me back after i got some voice mail where I could leaveThe issue is HIRE more staff to answer the calls. You can not get through to anyone anyone!!! Very frustrating!
