The experience was horrible, I’ve never in my life rented from someone who makes you show your auto insurance before leaving with a vehicle, or a return flight ticket... my mother passed away and I needed to come to California to handle her business, and the rental experience was one morething I had to deal with

Picking up the rental was relatively fast and easy. However, dropping off the rental was absurd. It was very confusing about how the process worked. The day of return was disappointing at best. I would still recommend it for the price and quality of my vehicle, but the return process needs to beeasier.

Uncomfortable check out area - very slow. Waited over an hr and only 4 people ahead of me. Had to wait for shuttle over 40 minutes at LAX airport - called x2 to determine what type of shuttle. Crazy charges for bringing before 8am.

Long wait in a non-air conditioned area in the parking garage and the car was dirty when we got it. The check engine light came on the next day and we called but nothing was done. Poor customer service from young non-experience employees and smelling waiting area. This is totally BAD......

Staff pleasant and efficient. Suggest better directions to the rental area, also better rates for extra day/s (and e-mail to confirm extra day/s payment). Also advise that gas gauge beyond/above full would be OK vs must have gas receipt within 10 miles and 12 hours.

From all car rentals i used in Los Angeles, i am very sad to say that PRICELESS ist the very last option.The first problem was, that we booked the rental online and on the spot it was twice as expencive because of hidden costs of 200USD. efore departure I photographed everything exactly, because due to the behavior of the seller we were afraid that we would be charged for this pollution afterwards. ittook us about 30minutes there during this time there was a couple who were shocked by the double cost as we were and another couple discussing a rockfall in the window, although the customer took pictures of this rockfall before departure.

The only issue we have was the time spent there. I don't understand how the paperwork can take so long. We have dealtwith National and literally spent less than 5 minutes from start to finish. When we returned the car (before heading to the airport to catch our flight) we stood in a line of 7 people picking up, worrying we were going to miss our flight because of how long it took with each customer. The price however was fantastic.

the time for drop off and return are not in the renters interest. you charge us more for dropping off early. I had to wait for almost 2 hours for my car and then when it wasdelivered it had an tire light on for poor tire. the team did immediately get me another car but they had to cleanit first and they handed it to me while it was still dirty.. the wheel was sticky and the cup holders were filled with crud. they did clean it out. the car was not that clean but it did work for the 12 days

Problem with the rate, the confirmation I had was a $100 less than what I was charged; sent an email but no response. No window washer fluid, tires were low, only half a tank of gas. 1st car was filthy, inside and out, heard problem when car was started, and had to ask for a different car. Will not be renting or recommending Priceless...

Priceless is great! One of the things I don't like about other airport rental car agencies is that they take forever atthe counter signing me up for the car. And trying to sell me things I don't want. Priceless isn't like that at all. I just initial or sign a few things and I'm on my way. It's very easy and fast. Extra items are available, and mentioned, but nobody wastes my time pressuring me to buy them. I was leery of the shuttle service, but it was also fast and easy.

Although the price was right the checkin process was horrible. First it would be nice to get an email ahead of time to submit a copy of your insurance. I waited for about 45 minutes to check in because the people ahead of me werehaving problems getting their insurance proof. Also the woman working could move a little faster. It seemed like she had all the time in the world while I was ready to start my vacation. The car was fine, nothing special and thecheckin was fast. Thank you

I was completely disappointed with this car rental. To start, when we received the car, the woman helping us did not know how to lower the seats in the trunk so we could put our luggage in. When asked how to lower it, she said she did not know and walked away rudely. Additionally, we told her that we had an early flight on the morning that we were supposed to return our rental. She told us to leave the car, and drop off the keys in the lock box, without telling us of a $20.00 charge. Very poor

I never got my security deposit back. The car smelled like someone threw up in it & it was poorly cleaned. The customer service was horrible & the original price of $475 I was told I would pay I didn’t wind up paying. I wound up paying over $600 for the crap car. peterzhanay94@hotmail.com

Lack of info where you take shuttle from LAX airport we were at the rental car shuttles stop and no bus stop there You didn’t specify that a bus of the hotel is the one that bring you to the rental facility Car was very dirty fromthe outside

Just quick heads up, during my experience with your costumer service I hit a bump. Dealing with a costumer who was waiting for awhile to be serve due to heavy demand. The representative should never had her cellphone out at all answering text messages,, that would be the lease of her problems at the moment in hand. To me it would been faster if she didn’t have to use her iPhone as distraction. Thank you!!
