Priceless Car Rental wants to be your top choice for car rental at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).

Priceless is proud to be locally owned and operated.  We began providing car rentals at LAX Airport in 2015, and we feature a fleet of brand new vehicles from Nissan, Hyundai, Toyota, Audi, Kia, Chrysler, Ford, GM and other manufacturers.  Priceless offers hourly, daily, weekly and even monthly rentals, and we have many sizes of vehicles, including sedans, SUV's and vans. 

We are located in the Renaissance hotel. 

1. Upon arrival to LAX, please proceed outside to the lower level outer curb and wait under the Pink LAX shuttle sign. At that sign you will wait for the 'LOT E SHUTTLE'. Once you board the bus please inform the driver that you would like to go to the 'Remote Rental Car Depot'.

2. Upon arrival at the remote rental car depot, cross the street, we are third hotel on the Right Hand side, Hotel Name Renaissanse HOTEL at 9620 Airport Blvd, Once inside the hotel walk past the check in counters. At the end of the Lobby take the Garage Elevator to the 4th Floor

Large passenger vans: when picking up large passenger vans such as 12 and 15 passenger units, it is necessary due to shuttle capacity that only the renter and one other passenger take the shuttle to the pickup counter. The renter will need to pick up the remaining passengers at the airport.

The person at the desk of the LAX Priceless car rental office cancelled my reservation 20 minutes before I was scheduled to pick up the car. I honestly don’t know why you would send this survey to us. We received a text message when we landed that stated y’all didn’t have a car for us. We had to jump hoops to getour deposit back through Expedia which was BS. I had reserved our car back in July. Great job.

I will never ever try to rent from this company again. Wheb i arrived to LAX there were no shuttles available to take me to the counter which I found was not nearby...The calls I made to the number on my documents went unanswered over and ove no answer. I had to book another rental because no one at priceless ever answered or returned my calls, wr any funds that have been spent.

The counter location is terrible not leaving any room for additional guests waiting to pick up their rental. Also, the level of professionalism was not very good from two of their staff members when trying to resolve a guest issue. Our experience was ok, but not great.

-was charged 75 to reopen my reservation that I booked through Expedia. The money I prepaid through Expedia was not included on my contract and I was charged by Priceless way more for my vehicle than I was supposed to be. I askedfor a receipt and never received one. My car was dirty and stained when we picked it up, there was no gas in it at. Advertising low rental fees, charging more then agreedupon and then not providing a receipt

Worst experience ever. Scheduled a vehicle reservation a week in advance, received a message the same day, a few hrs from pick up, informing me that rental vehicle reservation could not be accommodated. Asked for refund and refusedto refund the payment! I will not recommend!

The wait to pick up the car in LA was too long, close to anhour. At the very least they could have provided a tent to stand under in the hot sun. Also I returned the car a day early since i had an early flight, I left the keys in the dropbox, car was returned in good condition. Nevertheless I wascharged $20 for returning the car during off hours (office cet rid of that fee.

Very hard location to locate. Very tiny office. The kids working the check in desk were rude. I have never been asked to complete and email my own inspections and the employees couldn’t be bothered to come look at the damage we wanted to point out. The car was not provided with a full tank of gas, as promised. We could not get out of the parkingiceless again nor will I refer anyone to priceless. I will detour everyone I can.

The free LAX shuttle signs described in your website infodidn’t list a Renaissance Hotel shuttle. I called your #at least five times with no answer. After waiting I called Uber for $25.00. When I arrived and found your well hidden tiny office, I waited 1/2 hour in the hot sun through a long line, I was then told I needed proof of insurance, wwas not made clear up front. It added further delays. Allthis caused me to miss a meeting.

Didn't rent the car, had a death in the family, couldn't get a hold of an agent to cancel the rental so I reverted to my credit card company to cancel the rental.
