Easy Shuttle Ride from LAX Airport Terminals
I. Exit the Terminal and Locate the Shuttle
When you arrive at LAX, exit through the glass doors and wait at the Pink LAX Shuttle Zone/Column.
Look for the blue “LAX Economy Parking” Shuttle (Shuttle E). This shuttle will take you directly to the Economy Parking Garage.
II. Go to the Off-Airport Rental Car Area to Reach Our Location
Once at the Economy Parking Garage, exit the shuttle and follow the signs to the “Off-Airport Rental Car Waiting Area”, located on Level 1, near the vending machines on the Southeast Side.
Our Priceless and NextCar shuttles will pick you up from the curb and take you to our Rental Car Office.

IV. After Returning Your Car
Once you return your rental car, we will drop you off at the “Off-Airport Rental Car Waiting Area” at the Economy Parking Garage.
From there, you can board the “LAX Economy Parking” Shuttle (Shuttle E) back to your terminal.
V. Courtesy Shuttle Hours from Remote Rental Car Depot to Our Rental Office
I. Return Location
Please return the vehicle to our rental office at 9750 Airport Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90045. Enter through Airport Blvd. or 98th Street and take a ticket at the secured gate. Drive straight to the back of the main building and follow the signs for NextCar / Priceless Return.
II. Vehicle Inspection Process
Park the car in the designated cleaning and prep area located in the far corner of the lot under the covered service shed. One of our fleet service attendants will inspect the vehicle. If the vehicle is returned in good and acceptable condition, your rental will be closed, the final agreement will be emailed to you automatically, and your full deposit will be released.
III. Shuttle Back to LAX Terminals
After completing your return, you may board our courtesy shuttle to the LAX Economy Parking Garage, where you can connect with the official LAX shuttles to your terminal.

IV. After-Hours / Unattended Returns
After-hours returns are defined as any return made Monday through Saturday from 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM, and all day on Sunday. Please follow the instructions posted on the office door. Be sure to take clear return photos using the app. Renters are responsible for arranging and paying for their own transportation before or after shuttle hours.
A one-time $45 after-hours return fee applies.

V. Important Notice on Late or Unreturned Vehicles
Vehicles must be returned on or before the due date. Cars not returned and recovered by our company will be subject to a recovery and penalty fee starting at $275 and up to $5,000, depending on the situation.

Yes we have courtesy shuttle to take you back to LAX Economy Parking Garage from where you have to take another shuttle to the Airport Terminals.
Reservations—whether Prepaid or Pay Later—are considered a No Show if the customer does not arrive within 2 hours of the scheduled pickup time listed on the original reservation.
If a reservation is made within the last two hours of our operating hours (e.g., 11:00 PM on a Monday when the office closes at 12:00 AM), it will be considered a No Show at closing time.
The minimum age to rent is 21 years and the maximum age is 71 years. Age restrictions may vary by vehicle class and are automatically applied during the online booking process.

Our rental vehicles are designated for Personal Use Only, including recreation and family travel, and may be operated only within the states of California and Nevada.
Business Use is strictly prohibited unless the business entity is pre-approved and set up as a registered customer in our rental system. Unauthorized commercial or business use will result in a violation of the rental agreement and may lead to penalties or early termination of the rental.
Verifiable insurance documents must be provided by the renter or approved business prior to vehicle pick-up. These documents must remain valid throughout the rental period and must be presented upon request by the rental company or legal authorities.
Compliance with this policy is mandatory. Failure to adhere may result in immediate vehicle recovery, additional fees, or further legal action.

The security deposit is the amount collected in addition to the total rental amount on the Rental Agreement. Renter is required to pay an additional $200 - $1000 deposit for every rental / every time. This security deposit cannot be used towards the rental. Security deposit is returned back to renters credit card when the rental car is returned after deducting any additional charges and incidental if any. It takes 5-7 business days depending on the speed of the brank for the funds to appear as a credit on the credit card on file which was used to pay for the rental.

Debit Card is accepted only from the renters having a valid Boarding Pass and return airline ticket that matches the rental dates. There is a one time non refundable fee of $75 assessed at the time of the rental. Renters can only rent 4 door sedans on a debit cards. Security deposit will be $500 up to $1000 depending on the length of the rental and class of cars. It usually take up to 15 days for refunds.
Total RENTAL amount on the rental agreement plus MINIMUM $200 (UPTO $1000 DEPENDING ON THE CLASS OF CAR) as security deposit should be available to be charged at the rental counter at the time of the rental. All funds should be on a single credit card.
At the time of the rental pickup, it is the renter's responsibility to conduct thorough inspection of the vehicle by downloading the mobile app and/or follow these steps:

If the renter has provided their own Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) or Auto Liability Insurance at the start of the rental and later extends the rental period, it is the renter’s sole responsibility to renew or extend their insurance coverage for the additional days.
The renter must email a copy of the renewed or extended CDW and/or Auto Liability Insurance policy to: support@ampmcarrentals.comwithin 24 hours of the rental extension.
Please ensure your insurance is valid and properly documented for the entire rental duration to avoid penalties and full liability.
We take delinquent rental very seriously. Cars that are not returned at the office on or before the due date and are repossessed by the rental car company will bear a charge and penalty and recovery min $275 up to $5000.

Yes. Travel is restricted based on your travel documentation. Without a boarding pass and return airline ticket, you may only drive within a 100-mile radius from LAX Airport. Travel beyond that area or to other states or countries is strictly prohibited unless explicitly approved in writing.
You are allowed to drive the rental vehicle in California and Nevada only. Travel to any other state or country is forbidden without prior written approval and will result in substantial penalties.
Unauthorized travel will incur the following penalties: Western U.S. states (e.g., Arizona, Oregon, Utah): $3,000 minimum fee + $0.79/mile + $85/day starting from the first day of rental. Midwest & East Coast states: up to $10,000 fee + $0.79/mile + $85/day starting from the first day of rental.
No. Cross-border travel is strictly prohibited. Vehicles taken across international borders without written authorization will incur maximum penalties and immediate contract termination.
No. Roadside assistance and support are not available if the vehicle is taken outside the authorized driving area. Renters are fully responsible for all costs related to breakdowns, towing, storage, and vehicle recovery—including advance payment for transport back to the Los Angeles rental office.

No. Smoking of any kind—including cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, vaping, and e-cigarettes—is strictly prohibited in all rental vehicles. This policy ensures a clean and safe experience for all renters and prevents lingering odors that make cars unrentable.
A minimum fee of $500 will be charged for any evidence of smoking, smell, or paraphernalia inside the vehicle. If there are cigarette burns, ash stains, or other interior damage, fees may go up to $1,000. In severe cases where the HVAC system is affected, the cleaning cost can exceed $1,000.
Smoke odors and residue require specialized cleaning and may take days to remove, during which the vehicle cannot be rented. This causes financial loss and customer complaints. The fees help cover detailing, lost rental revenue, and restoration of the vehicle to smoke-free condition.
No. Smoke still enters the upholstery, vents, and headliner—even with windows down. The no-smoking policy applies at all times inside the vehicle, regardless of window position.
Simply do not smoke inside the vehicle. If you need to smoke, step outside and keep the car doors closed. This ensures you avoid costly penalties and helps us maintain a clean fleet for all customers.

Your insurance usually transfers to cover a rental car as long as you are the renter and only you, your spouse, or a listed driver on your policy operate the vehicle. ⚠️ Permissive use is not allowed; if anyone else drives the car, your policy will not provide coverage. These coverages should be verified by the renter before arriving at the rental counter.
Even if your insurance transfers, you may still be responsible for your deductible if the car is damaged or stolen. Also, loss of use fees may apply while the car is being repaired, and most personal auto policies do not cover this.
Please email or upload your Declarations Page before your rental starts. It must show: your name as the insured driver, active policy dates, liability and collision coverage, and deductible amounts. Insurance Policy – No Refunds, No Remote Changes, In-Person Only
Once insurance has been purchased and applied to a rental agreement, it is non-refundable and non-changeable for the duration of that rental term. No partial refunds or modifications will be issued under any circumstances, including early return, mid-rental changes, or renter-requested cancellations.
Insurance changes during an active rental cannot be processed over the phone or in absentia. All modifications must be made in person at the rental counter, with the vehicle present and the original renter/driver physically present.

To use your own verifiable insurance with your rental, please follow the guidelines below:
Which CDW coverages are accepted? We accept Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) coverage from the following providers: Allianz, TravelGuard, and RentalCover.
Some major credit cards may offer CDW coverage, but usually for a limited time only (typically up to 15 days). Please verify eligibility and coverage limits directly with your credit card issuer and its insurance provider before your rental.
Important: Auto liability insurance does not cover CDW. CDW must be provided separately and must include coverage details and deductible amounts. Send CDW documentation to support@ampmcarrentals.com at least 24 hours before your rental. Renters are responsible for maintaining valid CDW coverage throughout the rental period and must provide proof when requested.
Returning your rental early does not entitle you to a refund for unused days. Charges are based on the full rental period as outlined in your agreement and reservation—regardless of early return, late pickup, or unused time. Once the rental begins, the return time is locked and non-adjustable. Any changes to the return time may result in additional charges at current rates, which are typically higher and subject to same-day demand and availability. For your own benefit, please return the car on or before the scheduled date and time—unless you are prepared to pay for extra time at potentially higher rates. Please also note: there are no refunds for early returns or excess fuel left in the tank.
If the gas levels are higher than the level taken at the time of the rental then there is no refunds / reimbursements.
Additional drivers can drive the rental vehicle for a fee of $20/day (all drivers should be over the age of 25 years and should have drivers license and insurance in their possession)
There are no additional fees for additional driver if they are husband / wife with same address / last name and listed on the same insurance policy.
Only the listed drivers are allowed to drive the rental vehicle.
A penalty of $50 is levied if any other person other than the listed/permitted drivers drives the rental car.
Lost & Found Notice: Please make sure to take all your belongings when returning the vehicle. The rental car company is not responsible for any items left behind. If you need to inquire about a lost item, please email a detailed description along with your name, rental agreement number, and any other relevant details to ampmcarrentals@gmail.com. Important: If your item is found, you will be notified. Shipping is handled exclusively through FedEx. A one-time handling fee of $35 will be charged in addition to actual FedEx shipping costs, and must be paid by the renter prior to shipment.
All damage Major/Minor should be reported to this rental office immediately (anytime during the rental) Pictures should be emailed to our rental office immediately after noticing the event.
Claims report should be immediately filed with your Insurance company and all details should be forwarded to our email address.
All our claims documents should be filled at the earliest and cooperation is desired so there is no penalties and fines levied.
IF PURCHASED OUR INSURANCE HAS A $1000 DEDUCTIBLE Any/All accidents or damages Major/Minor must be reported and filed with the Rental office an Insurance Company. We expect full cooperation from our renters in thise unfortunate circumstances. Documents with claim should be submitted within 24 hours of the incident failing which $1000 up to $25000 will be charged on the credit card on file.
IF A REPLACEMENT CAR IS DESIRED THEN THE CLAIM NUMBER FOR THE PREVIOUS ACCIDENT CAR AND ADJUSTER CONTACT INFO (VERIFIED) SHOULD BE PROVIDED.
If the original car is inoperable DUE TO ACCIDENTS, tow it to 10324 Hawthorne Blvd, Inglewood, CA 90304. Contact us before towing.
Depending on the document submission and fulfillment of request it take anywhere from 30 days and in excess of 90 days for a claim to be settled.
Refueling charge $50 plus $9 per gallon is levied if gas is returned as lesser level than taken at the time of the rental pickup.
Pets are strictly prohibited in all rental vehicles. This policy is in place to prevent allergens, odors, and potential damage that may affect subsequent renters. If pet hair, odor, stains, or any other evidence of a pet\\\'s presence is found in the vehicle, a minimum cleaning fee of $500 will be assessed. This charge may increase depending on the severity of the issue and the time required to return the vehicle to a rentable condition. Any additional damage caused by a pet—such as scratches, torn upholstery, or chewing—will result in further charges beyond the cleaning fee.
Service Animals
Service animals are permitted only with valid certification presented at the time of rental. While we fully respect and accommodate individuals who rely on trained service animals, renters remain fully responsible for any hair, odor, staining, or damage caused by the animal. Standard cleaning fees (starting at $500) will still apply if excessive cleaning is required due to the presence of a service animal.
Excessive Cleaning & Odor Removal
In addition to pet-related issues, a minimum cleaning fee of $500, up to $750, will be charged for any of the following conditions found upon return of the vehicle:
Trash, food remnants, or debris left behind
Dirt, mud, or sand embedded in upholstery or flooring
\\n\\n Spills or stains on seats or carpets
Lingering odors from smoke (including cigarettes, cigars, marijuana)
Evidence of smoking accessories or paraphernalia inside the vehicle (including ashes, wrappers, lighters, or pipes)
Please note: This fee may also be imposed retroactively if a subsequent renter reports persistent odors or cleanliness issues resulting from a prior rental.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us keep our vehicles clean, sanitary, and enjoyable for every customer.
We offer 30 minutes grace after rental return time. Thereafter there will be a charge of $50 up to $85 / hour. Penalties of $85/day plus other fees are levied if rental is over 2 hour delinquent
If called in advance then the charges are anywhere in between $35/hour up to $55/hour (depending on the class of vehicle)
Renter have 5-10 minutes to pay the invoice upon receipt. Thereafter the guaranteed charges are not applicable and might be higher if you call again for a new invoice.

AFTER THE INITIAL 10 MINUTES THE RENTAL RATES ARE USUALLY HIGHER AND MIGHT NOT BE POSSIBLE TO FULFILL THE REQUESTS
Excessive cleaning charges for TRASH / DIRT / STAINS / sand / smoke / cigarette or weed cleaning will be minimum $500 up to $750. This fee is also applied if the next renter complains of smoke smell in the car.
All our rental cars are for personal use only
Business use of our cars is not permitted
Security deposits (less incidential for eg. Gas / after hours fee / deductibles etc) are processed on the same day of the rental return. It takes 5-7 business days if returned on major Credit Cards. In case of debit cards it would take approx 7-15 business days.
With prior approval after hours unattended rentals can be done for a nominal fee of $75/rental to cover the logistical fees and charges.
Any online duplicate bookings (IF) has to be cancelled by the renter himself by going thru the conformation email. If you are unable to cancel the booking yourself then call the website where you booked it thru (Expedia / Orbitz / Priceline etc) and request for cancellation of reservations / bookings that you do not need. This must be done at least 48 hours before the rental pick up time and date to avoid the charges to be non-refundable. To find the contact details for cancellations please visit the website where you booked the reservations in the first place and contact their customer service department.
It is our policy that you must return the rental vehicle and wait 5 business days before making another online reservation. If you wish to extend the rental you have to call at least 24 hours in advance before your due back date/time.
There is a one time fee of $25. This has to be done at the start of the rental. This saves you from penalties and fees more than $50/toll. PLEASE NOTE There is no booths/NO CASH / no barriers. Only cars with transponders and account are allowed. Then you will only pay actual toll amounts. ELSE: IT WILL BE CONSIDERED VIOLATION AND YOU WILL PAY APPROX $50 TO $75 EACH TIME YOU ENTER TOLL ROADS
If you receive a violation/ticket while you are driving the rental vehicle then please pay withing 24 hours even if you have to contest this ticket and deal with the parking violation bureaus. If this ticket is received by our office we charge $50 up to $75 for admin fees / processing and handling charges, this fee is in addition to the ticket and penalties amount and other fees levied by the parking violation bureaus which can be anywhere from $100 to $500 more.
Although we do inspect and maintain each rental vehicle for its roadworthiness it is also renters responsibility while renting the vehicle to observe the following:
If rental car is driven for more than a week or more than 500 miles then for every week and every 500 miles renter should check FLUIDS LEVELS AND TIRE PRESSURES to maintain safety of the renter and passengers. You are welcome to bring the vehicle to our office so we can do these inspections.
There is a fee of $75 every time a debit card is charged by the rental car company. We strongly suggest that the renter use the credit card and credit card payment is highly desired by our rental company. This approval has to be taken in writing at least 24 hours before the rental date and time. Debit Cards are not accepted from local renters or renters that do not have a boarding pass and a return airline tickets that matches the rental dates
When you reach the counter on the date and time of pick up please request the rental agent / staff to provide you with the booster / child seat. Cost of renting the booster seat will be approx $10 - $12 / day
The drivers license, credit card and insurance information should all be in original and should be in the same name. Additional drivers can be added, provided they have drivers license and insurances (fees applies). All documents should be valid and in original (Paper / temporary / online documents are not acceptable)
Any kind of smoking in the rental vehicle is forbidden and prohibited and will incur a minimum charge of $500 up to $1000. This charges can also be determined and levied after the renter returns the vehicle if observed and found smoke smell and paraphernalia in the car later. Rental cars might be equipped with smoke detectors / accident damage detectors
THERE SHOULD BE AT LEAST 5 DAYS GAP BETWEEN 2 ONLINE RENTAL RESERVATIONS EXTENSION OF RENTAL SHOULD BE DONE 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE AT NEW RATES ON THE DAY OF EXTENSION.

Only 2 extensions of rental agreements can be done over the phone. Thereafter renter must be physically present with the car and all docs to renew the rental period of the car and new rental agreement must be generated. Rental cars are allowed to be driven only in the states of California and Nevada) if cars are driven out of this area then there will be a charge of minimum $2000 PLUS $.39/mile for all the miles driven on the car during the duration of the rental.
If you have purchased the RSA at the start of the rental, then we will assist you once during the rental for: Roadside Assistance is an optional assistance service that provides coverage at a reasonable additional daily charge. In the unlikely event of operational difficulty or unexpected emergency, we'll bring you fast, reliable assistance — especially helpful when you're in an unfamiliar city.
Lockout Service---Gain entry when keys are locked inside the vehicle.
Jump-Star---If your vehicle experiences battery failure, we'll provide a jump-start.
Flat Tire Assistance or Tire Replacement---We'll replace a flat or damaged tire with the spare, or get the car towed to the nearest service facility. (Please note that the renter might incur the cost of the tire repair or replacement, depending upon the circumstances.)
Delivery If you run out of gas, we'll deliver 3 gallons to your location and bill you separately for the fuel.
If you have not purchased the RSA at the start of the rental then: Please call your own Road Side Assistance (RSA) Provider We can still assist you with the minimum charges/fees of $125 up to $450
In addition to the above the cost of replacement parts is charged extra if needed. Cost of key replacement will be extra Cost of tire or windshield replacement will be extra

UNFORTUNATELY NO., INITIAL RESERVED RATES ARE ONLY FOR THE INITIAL DATE AND TIME OF THE RENTAL. When extensions are made they will be on the prevailing rates on the date of the call being made we will give you the best rates possible and send an invoice for you to pay immediately. You will have 5-10 minutes to pay the amount on the invoice to avoid additional rate increase and penalties. Reservations made without calling while still renting the current rental is not honored at our office.
