The alignment in the car was not very good. Two hands firmly holding wheel on turnpike. A lot of unexplained added fees- like Recovery & VLF.

The worst rental car experience ever. 1st the site was completely .You will have to Uber or taxi over a 10-15m drive.2nd reserved a full size vehicle and the initial car (2015 Impala) they gave me was in a horrible condition. Seats were stained, cigarette burns on the headliner. Scratches and scruff all over. Refused to take car bc of the Condition. offered an upgrade At a higher rate. The upgrade was no better. The SuV had a key mark from front to rear on the driver side. Horrible stay away

I dont know what Rent-A-Wreck is, but the name sounds terrible. It sounds like I'd rent a vehicle that is garbage.

I remted a full size seat 7 / 5 bags and I got a Dodge Journey which does seat 7 but not sure where I was supposed to put bags. There was no room. I was told that 5 bags willfit, I have room on the roof. I can put stuff under the seats, side panels. To be creative. Since it was last meeting I had to go with it, so we had to leave half of our stuff behind and try to stuff what we could in two small suitcases. The people who sat in third row could not put theirfeet down.

I came around 5:45pm and the lady that serviced me was rude. She was mad that I wanted to use my own insurance instead of the company insurance. She said to me "That is why weask our customers to come in early so we can already havethis stuff done". With an attitude. I understand y'all close at 6pm and trying to get home. But at the same time becourtesy to people who gets off at 5:30 and try to rush by 6pm to rent a car for business needs If you didn't want to stay pass 6pm find another job!

My biggest issue was when we originally requested our rental online there were no blackout dates. We only needed the vehicle from Thursday to Sunday, with intentions to returnit Monday morning. Later we received a call that we had to rent it an additional day because they'd were closed. Maybe they can put in a drop box for returning keys or even add blackout dates on the calendar. Other than that the ladies were very professional & aside from a few spots the vehicle was nice.
