2. LOCAL RENTER QUALIFICATIONS
A Local Renter is defined as any customer presenting a driver's license issued by North Carolina or South Carolina.
Local renters must:
- Present a valid driver's license.
- Present a valid credit card in the renter's name.
- Present proof of full coverage automobile insurance.
- Provide a refundable security deposit of $1,000.00.
- Are limited to 100 miles per day.
- Additional mileage will be charged at $1.50 per mile.
Local renters may not operate the vehicle outside the approved operating area without prior written authorization.
Priceless reserves the right to request additional documentation and deny any rental that does not meet qualification requirements.
3. PAYMENT METHODS
- The primary renter must present a valid credit card in their own name.
- The credit card must have sufficient available funds to cover all rental charges and the required security deposit.
- Accepted credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and Discover.
- American Express is not accepted.
- Debit cards may be accepted for non-local renters only and are subject to management approval. Customers using a debit card will be charged a Debit Card Processing Fee of $25.99 per day plus applicable taxes. Additional qualification requirements may apply when using a debit card.
4. SECURITY DEPOSIT
A refundable security deposit ranging from $500.00 to $2,500.00 may be required depending on: - Vehicle category.
- Insurance qualification.
- Customer profile.
- Rental duration.
- Payment method.
- Local renters require a minimum security deposit of $1,000.00.
The deposit may be used to cover:
- Vehicle damages.
- Fuel charges.
- Toll charges.
- Traffic violations.
- Parking tickets.
- Cleaning charges.
- Unauthorized rental extensions.
- Vehicle recovery costs.
Deposit release times vary according to the renter's financial institution and may take several business days.
5. INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
This rental does not include Collision Damage Waiver (CDW). If you have your own insurance coverage, you must provide a printed declarations page from your insurance company confirming that you have the appropriate coverage for this rental. If acceptable proof of insurance cannot be provided at the time of rental, the customer will be required to purchase CDW and Liability Protection at the rental counter.
We only accept USA insurance from the following companies:
- GEICO
- State Farm
- Allstate
- Progressive
- USAA
- Liberty Mutual
WE DO NOT ACCEPT CANADIAN OR PUERTO RICO INSURANCE.
Insurance Requirements:
- Declaration page must show a minimum liability coverage of $300,000.
- Coverage must have been active for at least 45 days prior to the rental date.
- Declaration page must match the home address shown on the driver's license.
- Declaration page must be printed and available at the time of rental.
- Insurance policy must have been issued at least 24 hours before rental pickup.
- Insurance deductible may not exceed $500.
If the customer uses their own insurance: An Insurance Verification Fee of $12.99 per day will apply.
The customer's liability amount for the rental vehicle may be up to $5,000.
Additional fees and charges may apply according to the Rental Agreement.
Third-party insurance purchased through travel websites, credit card companies, online travel agencies, or other third parties is not accepted as primary coverage. If the customer's insurance policy does not meet the requirements listed above, the rental transaction may be denied or the customer may be required to purchase coverage offered at the rental counter.
6. ADDITIONAL DRIVERS
Additional Driver Fee: $14.99 per day plus applicable taxes. All additional drivers must be present at pickup. Additional drivers must meet all rental qualifications and present valid documentation.
7. FUEL POLICY
Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as received. Failure to return the vehicle with the same fuel level will result in: - Fuel replacement charges.
- Prepaid fuel options may be available.
- No refunds will be issued for unused fuel.
8. TOLL POLICY
Toll programs may be available for purchase at the rental counter.
Personal toll transponders are not permitted.
Removing, disabling, or tampering with the vehicle's toll device will result in a charge of up to $500.00.
The renter remains responsible for all toll charges incurred during the rental period.
An administrative fee of up to $50.00 may be charged for each toll transaction processed after the rental period.
9. GEOGRAPHIC RESTRICTIONS
Vehicles may only be operated within:
- North Carolina
- South Carolina
- Virginia
Operation outside these states without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Unauthorized travel outside the approved operating area will result in: - $1,500.00 administrative fee.
- Plus $0.50 per mile traveled outside the approved territory.
Vehicles may not be transported by:
- Ferry
- Boat
- Train
- Aircraft
- Commercial transportation carrier
Vehicles may only be operated on paved roads.
Driving on beaches, unpaved roads, or off-road areas is prohibited and may void all coverage and rental protections.
10. VEHICLE USE RESTRICTIONS
The vehicle may not be used for:
- Illegal activities.
- Racing, contests, or competitions.
- Driver training.
- Towing.
- Commercial transportation.
- Transporting hazardous materials.
- Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Any violation may result in termination of rental protections and additional liability.
11. TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS AND TICKETS
The renter is responsible for:
- Parking tickets.
- Toll violations.
- Traffic citations.
- Red-light camera violations.
Any other moving or non-moving violations incurred during the rental period.
An administrative fee of up to $50.00 may be charged for each violation processed by Priceless.
12. CLEANING AND SMOKING POLICY
Vehicles must be returned in rentable condition.
Additional charges may apply for:
- Excessive dirt.
- Pet hair.
- Stains.
- Odors.
- Interior damage.
Cleaning charges may be assessed up to $450.00.
Smoking or vaping inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
Smoking violations may result in charges of up to $450.00.
13. VEHICLE INSPECTIONS
A vehicle inspection is conducted before delivery and after return. Customers are responsible for reporting any pre-existing damage before leaving the rental facility. Failure to report existing damage before departure may result in liability for damages identified upon return. Damage charges may be applied to the payment method on file.
14. VEHICLE RETURN
- Vehicles must be returned on the date and time stated in the Rental Agreement.
- There are no refunds for early returns.
- Unauthorized rental extensions may result in additional charges and vehicle recovery procedures.
- Customers returning vehicles at any airport location without authorization will be responsible for all associated costs, including parking fees, recovery fees, towing charges, and administrative fees.
15. AFTER-HOURS RETURNS
After-hours returns are available.
Customers must:
- Park the vehicle in the designated return area.
- Lock the vehicle.
- Place the keys in the designated key drop box.
- Take photographs of the vehicle.
The renter remains responsible for the vehicle until it is inspected by a Priceless representative.
16. CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY
Reservations may be canceled without penalty up to 48 hours before pickup. Cancellations made within 48 hours of pickup and no-shows are non-refundable.
Vehicles are held for up to two (2) hours after the scheduled pickup time, subject to office hours and vehicle availability. Failure to arrive within the hold period may result in reservation cancellation and vehicle reassignment.
A reinstatement fee may apply if a reservation is reactivated.
All amounts paid at the rental counter are non-refundable.
17. AIRPORT SHUTTLE SERVICE & ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS
Complimentary shuttle service is available from Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT).
Upon Arrival - After collecting your luggage, proceed to the Arrivals Level (Lower Level) and follow signs for Ground Transportation.
- Please wait in the Commercial Vehicle Pick-Up Area (Inner Lanes).
- Upon arrival at the designated pick-up area, contact our office 8338177276 and a complimentary shuttle will transport you to our rental facility.

18. GENERAL CONDITIONS
- All sales are final.
- No refunds are provided for early returns.
- Priceless reserves the right to refuse service to any customer who does not meet qualification requirements.
- Priceless reserves the right to modify these policies at any time without prior notice.
- By signing the Rental Agreement, the renter acknowledges and accepts all terms and conditions stated herein.

- Minimum rental age is 21 years old.
- Maximum rental age is 74 years old.
- Drivers between 21 and 24 years old are subject to a Young Driver Fee of $35.99 per day plus applicable taxes.
- Drivers between 70 and 74 years old are subject to a Senior Driver Fee of $14.99 per day plus applicable taxes.
- All drivers must present a valid driver's license in their name.
- Temporary driver's licenses are not accepted.
- International renters must present a valid driver's license and passport.
- If the driver's license is not written in the Roman alphabet, an International Driving Permit (IDP) is required.
- All drivers must have held a valid driver's license for at least one (1) year.
