Easy Shuttle Ride: After you come out of the BAGGAGE CLAIM area, go TO THE UPPER LEVEL (DEPARTURES) under the RED SIGN (HOTEL SHUTTLE). Take the RENAISSANCE Shuttle, get off at the Renaissance Hotel and walk past the check in counters. At the end of the Lobby take the Parking Garage Elevator to the 4th Floor.
Shuttle runs in loops and should be expected every 25 minutes (No call is necessary to request the shuttle)

Verifiable proof of Insurance and / or Boarding Pass and Return Airline tickets (that matches the rental pick up and drop off dates) should be provided whenever requested by the rental car company to determine the mileage and geographical restrictions)
Renter are allowed to drive in LA County only with 10miles per day allowance if renter does not provide the Boarding Pass and returning airline tickets that matches the rental pick up and drop off dates.
SUNDAY / AFTER / OFF DUTY HOURS RENTALS: Just in case if the reservations are for SUNDAY this transactions might be unattended. In this case renter is required to submit all the information for the rental including Drivers License, Credit Card and Insurance and all supporting documents and the rental agreement will be signed by the renter remotely. Car pick up information will be provided 1 - 24 hours in advance. Renter will be Responsible / REQUIRED check/inspect vehicle upon pick up including the 7-10 pictures and noting mileage and gas.
NO CHANGES / REFUNDS ARE ALLOWED FOR PREPAID RENTALS
Reservations are auto marked NOSHOW and Cancelled after two hours of Pickup time with full charges assessed and NO REFUNDSPAY LATER POLICY

The renter and or any additional renter and or authorized additional driver (and the respective insurance companies of each) is primarily responsible for all third party claims of personal injury, including death, and property damage caused or arising from the use and operation of the Priceless vehicle during the rental. If Priceless is required to provide primary coverage (CHARGES APPLY), it shall only be in an amount necessary to satisfy the minimum financial responsibility limits required by law. Where permitted, Priceless does not provide uninsured and underinsured motorist coverage. In those states where Priceless must provide such coverage, Priceless will only provide such coverage up to the minimum limits required by law.PREPAID POLICY

Policies applied to primary drivers apply to additional drivers too.
There is a fee of $20/day and the additional driver should have the same qualifications as the primary driversAFTER HOURS RETURN
Rental should be returned on the date and time mentioned on the reservation.
Additional hours charges are Min. 22/hour up to 45/hour
After Hours / Unattended Return: Park the car on the 4th floor in designated parking spot (or lineup behind the car standing in the lot). Check and take all your belongings. drop the key and parking entrance ticket in the AFTER HOURS DROP BOX in our office. Reply to this email that you have dropped the car with details on miles and gas. Please report all damages and accidents. Renter is responsible for the car and payments until we see the car and close the rental agreement.
A one time fee of $20 is levied for any car returned during off duty hours / after hours.
Cars should be parked in proper parking spots and without blocking any vehicle or objects or operation of any business. Wrong or illegal parking will be charged $350- up to $1000. Please take pictures of the odometer and car at least 8 pictures displaying the entire vehicle when parking so there is not issue. We will be inspecting the vehicle after 0900 am the next day.
Returns to be done during hours of operation. After hours drop off/returns is highly discouraged and no courtesy shuttle is available a one time charge of $20 is assessed if cars are returned after duty hours and will be added to your final bill / invoice.
Cars returned after hours will be checked the next business day at 0900am after we open our office. Any / All damages with the rental vehicle will be responsibility of the renters until the rental agreement is closed after checking the vehicle. It is therefore strongly advised to return the vehicle during our normal business hours.RENTAL COVERAGES
Liability Insurance-all renters should have in their possession proof of Liability Insurance stating the minimum Insurance required by law. Declarations Page of your Insurance (Declaration Page) can be faxed to us at our office +1 310-838-6783 or emailed at ampmcarrentals@gmail.com in cases where renters do not have their own liability Insurance you have the option to purchase it at the rental counter at time of pick up. Any changes post rental to the rental Insurance on Rental Agreement has to be done in person at the rental office and new Rental Agreement has to be made.
Vehicle must be fully covered with proof shown at the time of rental whether by renters own policy or by a CDW purchased at the store or by the customers Credit Card.
Minivans / SUV / Full size Vans / Premium Cars can be rented on Major Credit Cards Only.
Debit Cards / Prepaid cards / Cash is not accepted to rent Full size cars / Minivans / SUV / Full size Vans / Premium Cars
WE do not accept any foreign insurance including Mexico.
ALL Renters: if you have your own insurance then please provide the latest proof of insurance if the document is over 14 days old then renter needs to call the insurance company and have them send us the "Declaration Page" for the policy in effect to our email address ampmcarrentals@gmail.com
insurance ISSUED BY FOREIGN COUNTRY IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. The insurance company should have an office in the United States so we can contact them for verification when needed. We do not call foreign telephone numbers.RENTAL RESTRICTIONS
Cars can be driven in California Nevada and Arizona.
There is NO road side assistance provided if cars are driven out of permitted geographical areas in case of breakdowns or accidents, renter is responsible for all cost and admin fees involved to bring the vehicle to our rental location.
ERROR AND OMISSION ARE RECTIFIED BY CA
Travel strictly allowed in California, Nevada and Arizona only out of travel area/range/zone fee is Min $800 and $.39 per mile plus the actual rental and penalty of $85 from day 1 of the rental date.FINANCIAL POLICIES
Admin Charges (in addition to original toll /ticket / any violation:
For each toll road ticket: $15
Any other ticket : $50 - $75
Delinquent rental recovery: $500 - $1500 (includes track / personnel / documents / reporting to authorities/ collection fees)
Road Side Assistance: $50 (plus the actual fees charged by providers)

We accept all major credit cards. DEBIT CARDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED AT THIS LOCATION FROM LOCAL RENTERS AND DRIVERS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS
All debit card holders can rent Compact cars / Intermediate and Full Size Cars/Sedans only.
Each cancelled RESERVATIONS THAT ARE SECURED ON CREDIT CARD WITHIN 48 HOURS OF PICK UP TIME WILL BE CHARGED $50 (OR ONE DAY RENTAL) + APPLICABLE TAXES AND FEES
A ONE TIME FEE (non refundable) OF $75.00 WILL BE ASSESSED WHEN A DEBIT CARD IS USED.
1. Credit card must have a Visa, Master Card, Amex or Discover logo.
2. All cards / documents should be in the same name (as the driver)
3. Renters must present a return airline ticket and rental date BOARDING PASS
4. Security Deposit $200-$500 in addition to the total rental amount IS ASSESSED ON EVERY RENTAL before the start of the rental period.
5. PREPAID RESERVATIONS ARE NON REFUNDABLE, NON CHANGEABLE AND MARKED NO SHOW IF NOT PICKED UP ON THE DATE AND TIME OF RESERVATION, Renter should provide all documents and charges as applicable on the reservation and additional charges for any other services including but not limited to Additional Drivers, Addnl Mileage, Geo Restrictions driving, insurance, etc.
Refunds if any, take up to 15 days.
Additional Days are $75 plus your daily rates (Minimum).
Delinquent rentals that are not paid in advance will be billed at min $85/day (starting from the first day of the rental plus $ 200 as admin and processing fees)

OUR MAX LIABILITY IS ONLY UPTO THE MAX AMOUNT PAID FOR THE ACTUAL RENTAL AMOUNT PAID BY THE RENTER .
ONLY Major credit cards are accepted to rent the vehicle.
Cancellations:
Any cancellation within 48 hours of pick-up date/time will incur a fee of $50 or one day rental which ever is higher, Cancellations within last two hours will incur a fee of $100. Cancel and re-booking online will incur additional charges (Min. $50). Full amount will be charged for No-show when the renter fails to pick up the vehicle on standby on the date and time of the rental.
Each cancelled RESERVATIONS THAT ARE SECURED ON CREDIT CARD WITHIN 48 HOURS OF PICK UP TIME WILL BE CHARGED $50 (OR ONE DAY RENTAL) + APPLICABLE TAXES AND FEES

Cancellations made up to 24 hours before pick-up are subject to a fee of $50 or amount paid online, whichever is lesser. There will be no refund in case of cancellations made after that or no-shows.
Get 100% refund on insurance if it is canceled before pick-up time. This will be canceled automatically with your car cancellation.
Deplaning Renters at LAX Airport should have the required total rental amount and additional $200 to initiate the rental.
In order to use a debit card as a method of payment at time of rental, the following policies must be met:
1. Must have a Visa, Master Card or Discover logo.
2. A ONE TIME FEE (non refundable) OF $150.00 WILL BE ASSESSED WHEN A DEBIT CARD IS USED.
3. Renters must present a return airline ticket/confirmation - and boarding pass on issued on the day of rental. 1 fully paid latest utility bill and latest paycheck
1000.00 should be deposited as a security deposit in cash or cashiers check from a major bank prior to rental start date. Funds will be refunded after 48 hours of returning the car. The funds will not be available for you to use until after the vehicle has been returned-up to 15 business days-or your bank has applied the money back to your account. Driving License and Credit Card must be in the renters name. Prepaid debit and/or gift cards are not acceptable methods of deposit.
Min. Road side assistance charges are $175 up to $1000 in addition to admin, delivery and processing fees.
$100 WILL BE CHARGED IF RENTAL IS CANCELLED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RENTAL TIME.
Multiple reservations / reserving then cancelling then reserving the rentals under same name will be cancelled and $100 per reservation will be charged to the renters credit card on file.
Debit Card Additional Qualifications:

Renter should fill our the pre-qualification form (subject to approval)
Debit card renters should provide 2 verifiable reference with address and phone numbers
Renter should provide proof of full coverage insurance including CDW and Liability (Declaration Page) sent on the day of the rental to our office
Should provide Employers Details and supervisors telephone number
Should provide 2 forms of ID and 2 utility bills which are fully paid
Should provide social security card for verification along with the paycheck stubs issued within the last 2 weeks
Should provide return airline ticket and boarding pass of arrival on the day of the rental
Vehicles allowed to be rented on debit cards are Economy / compact and midsize cars only
SUV / VAN / or any other vehicle cannot be rented to renters with debit cards.REFUELING POLICIES
You agree to return the vehicle with the fuel gauge reading at least the same level and provide a copy of a fuel receipt dated within 12 hours of return and within 10 miles of the rental location or pay an estimated refueling fee based on the fuel cost of $ 9 per gallon plus a $ 12 refueling fee.RENTER QUALIFICATIONS
Simple Requirements:

Proof of Insurance
Boarding Pass issued On the Day of Rental and Return Airline Ticket on the day of return.
DRIVERS UNDER 21 years of age are not allowed to drive our rental cars.
Normal age to drive our rental car is:
$0 : Age 25 to 65
$20/day : for drivers between 21-25 and 65 and above

If you are not arriving at LAX Airport and do not have a boarding pass and a return airline ticket then you are restricted to driving only 10mi/day and allowed to drive within 25 miles of the rental location (unlimited miles and CA/NV/AZ driving will cost $20/day or $.39/mile should be paid before taking delivery of the rental vehicle) if not then min penalties of $1500 will be charged in addition to any and all original charges paid on the rental agreement.
Valid US or international Driving License and form of payment required at time of pick up. International license must accompany valid country license.

New rental agreement cannot be generated/done/performed if the renter has a previous claim on an accident or tickets that are not cleared and settled
Duplicate reservations (More than 1 Reservations made in the same name ) will be cancelled. There is no refunds on prepaid reservations. All cars has to be in different renters names with their own original documents (Drivers License / Credit Card and Proof of full insurance i.e. Auto Liability and CDW)
Reservations are held for 2 hours during duty hour and will be considered NO SHOW thereafter. Renters are advised to book a new reservation with new rates and dates which might be higher.
RENTERS UNDER 25 YEARS CAN RENT ONLY ECAR AND ICARS AND SHOULD HAVE MAJOR CREDIT CARDS AND FULL COVERAGE INSURANCE
ALL DRIVERS: The driver must present a valid driver's license and credit card in their name upon pick-up. A Major credit card is required to pay as a deposit and TOTAL rental charges (including taxes, fees and other add-ons and rental deposits) when renting any vehicle before picking up the vehicle and drive off. The entire deposit amount is held by the car rental company. Please ensure sufficient funds are available on the card.OTHER POLICIES
All cars are cleaned reasonably and if dissatisfied renters can get the car normal washed and provide the receipt for one time reimbursement (up to $12 / rental).
The make / model / year / color (interior and exterior) of the car varies and cannot be guaranteed.

Non refundable deposit of $450 will be charged and credited towards the rental when booking is made.
For electric cars vehicle will come with 75% initial charged battery.
Only authorized drivers (on rental agreement) allowed to drive.
All rental car to be returned to our office on the 4th floor of the Renaissance Hotel LAX Parking Garage. Cars that are not returned at the office on or before the due date and are repossessed by the rental car company will bear a charge and penalty and recovery min $275 up to $5000.
There will be rate difference +/- 5% (usually higher) if vehicles are not picked up and dropped off at the exact time on the rental agreement.
Disrespectful talk, foul language, cursing words, not following the rules and restrictions, failure to provide documents that are needed for the rental, abuse of vehicles or services might lead for grounds for denial of rental vehicles.

NO SMOKING : $250 WILL BE CHARGED FOR ANY TRACE OF SMOKE / ASH OR CIGARETTES THIS APPLIES IF THE NEXT RENTER COMPLAINS OF SMOKE SMELL IN THE CAR
If some one other than the renter returns the vehicle then there is a one time fee of $50
Minimum charges for pet hair / or smoke or any residues of pet hair or smoke is $350
Tires and windshield are the responsibility of the renter. We provide cars that are roadworthy. Nails. flat tire, drained battery is the responsibility of the renter charges apply if assistance is requested (it is advisable to have your AAA card handy)
IF THE CARS ARE RENTED FOR MORE THAN 7 DAYS OR OVER 500 MILES THEN it is the responsibility of the renter to check all fluids and water and maintain levels or bring to our office so we can do the inspection (during our work hours 0900 - 1700)
Only 2 extensions can be done over the phone. Renter has to be present with the vehicle at the office to do the additional extensions of rental car.
EXTENSION OF RENTAL:
THERE SHOULD BE AT LEAST 5 DAYS GAP BETWEEN 2 ONLINE RENTAL RESERVATIONS EXTENSION OF RENTAL SHOULD BE DONE 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE AT NEW RATES ON THE DAY OF EXTENSION BY CALLING OR EMAILING AND PAYMENTS (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY). Charges and rates on the rental agreement are valid only for the original dates. Extension of rental is subject to availability and higher rates and fees.
THERE SHOULD BE A GAP OF AT LEAST 5 BUSINESS DAYS BETWEEN ANY TWO ONLINE RESERVATIONS
NOTE: ALL CARS ARE AUTOMATIC SHIFTS. MANUAL CARS / STICK SHIFTS ARE NOT RENTED BY OUR COMPANY.
