Priceless Car Rental wants to be your top choice for car rental at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).

Priceless is proud to be locally owned and operated.  We began providing car rentals at LAX Airport in 2015, and we feature a fleet of brand new vehicles from Nissan, Hyundai, Toyota, Audi, Kia, Chrysler, Ford, GM and other manufacturers.  Priceless offers hourly, daily, weekly and even monthly rentals, and we have many sizes of vehicles, including sedans, SUV's and vans. 

We are located in the Renaissance hotel. 

1. Upon arrival to LAX, please proceed outside to the lower level outer curb and wait under the Pink LAX shuttle sign. At that sign you will wait for the 'LOT E SHUTTLE'. Once you board the bus please inform the driver that you would like to go to the 'Remote Rental Car Depot'.

2. Upon arrival at the remote rental car depot, cross the street, we are third hotel on the Right Hand side, Hotel Name Renaissanse HOTEL at 9620 Airport Blvd, Once inside the hotel walk past the check in counters. At the end of the Lobby take the Garage Elevator to the 4th Floor

Large passenger vans: when picking up large passenger vans such as 12 and 15 passenger units, it is necessary due to shuttle capacity that only the renter and one other passenger take the shuttle to the pickup counter. The renter will need to pick up the remaining passengers at the airport.

many issues, pressure for insurance, poor area for pick up,staff interaction problems, many customers upset, pre carinspection not transparent, inside windshield dirty, additional daily costs, shuttle needed from airport to a hotelto the parking garage, one hour to reach site from baggage pick up, customer care zero and many other things

Despite a 30 minute wait the service was great and very professional. Make sure you can have your auto insurance email a copy of your personal coverage which is a requirement

The customer service was not the best. The company makes you use your full coverage insurance even if you purchase insurance through a third party. Fees and pricing are just as expensive as bigger name rental car companies

Stood outside 1 hr for check in. Add: Bring proof of auto insurance to marketing ads.Easy chk in w/proof of insurance, thanks Rosa. Add: Only 7 pictures permitted to app.The car was dirty on the inside. When I mentioned it to the man in charge, he said that I can return it dirty. Rosalind made an easy car return. The price was very good! Flipside: Ths myself, & lack of concern 4 dirty car, may/may not be worth the low cost. Saved $$$.

Nice car but the website doesn’t mention all the rules and extra costs you’ll end up paying when you actually get the car. Also I still haven’t received my deposit back. Overall I’m really not satisfied and I’ll never rent a car from this company again.

There seem to be a lot of chaos in the renting and returning procedure which was as much the fault of your clients maybe more so than your staff so clear expectations on everyone’s part would be a good start car is very nice although I would like to see less window stickers identifying itas a rental car

My flight was delayed for hours, and when I arrived at priceless they canceled my reservation. I was allowed to rebook the reservation at three times the price. Thank you for gouging me because my flight got delayed, very unscrupulous.

The Spanish older lady at the front desk yelled at me for asking a question.. . I never felt so belittled in my life and I wanted to say something back but I was there aftera 14 hour flight and it was midnight and was desperate toget to my hotel to rest.. plus I had a doctors appointment at 7 AM in the morning. The staff talked about other customers in front of me. The vehicle was filthy. Waiting outside in the cold for upwards of 45 minutes to an hour was completely unreasonable and distasteful. I will not rent from them again and I would never recommend them.

The car was new so I had no issues but the service was horrible. The whole process is miserable. I waited ona line for 2 HOURS to pick up a car. Then to return I gave the keys and received several messages stating I would be prosecuted for not returning the car had to deal with that for hours because no one answers the phone. I will tell anyone thas it on point.

overall it was great just I ordered a small suv and was given a full size so i had to pay more for gas but at least it was a nice car. also i was shorted $15 initially on my deposit refund hut it was resolved after i called asking for it

Everything was great except there was a girl at the customer service who was extremely rude and has a bad attitude.She wanted to decide which car and which color to give meand i already booked the car online before. I went outside to where you park the cars on the roof and asked the girl that was cleaning the car (she is super nice by the way) yet. I forgot the name of the rude girl but she was short, tanned, and speaks Spanish.

It took exceptionally way longer to get the car. The service was extremely slow and there was no place to sit down while waiting for your number to come. Very frustrating.
