Priceless Car Rental wants to be your top choice for car rental at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).

Priceless is proud to be locally owned and operated.  We began providing car rentals at LAX Airport in 2015, and we feature a fleet of brand new vehicles from Nissan, Hyundai, Toyota, Audi, Kia, Chrysler, Ford, GM and other manufacturers.  Priceless offers hourly, daily, weekly and even monthly rentals, and we have many sizes of vehicles, including sedans, SUV's and vans. 

We are located in the Renaissance hotel. 

1. Upon arrival to LAX, please proceed outside to the lower level outer curb and wait under the Pink LAX shuttle sign. At that sign you will wait for the 'LOT E SHUTTLE'. Once you board the bus please inform the driver that you would like to go to the 'Remote Rental Car Depot'.

2. Upon arrival at the remote rental car depot, cross the street, we are third hotel on the Right Hand side, Hotel Name Renaissanse HOTEL at 9620 Airport Blvd, Once inside the hotel walk past the check in counters. At the end of the Lobby take the Garage Elevator to the 4th Floor

Large passenger vans: when picking up large passenger vans such as 12 and 15 passenger units, it is necessary due to shuttle capacity that only the renter and one other passenger take the shuttle to the pickup counter. The renter will need to pick up the remaining passengers at the airport.

The worst rental car experience of my life. The girl left us stranded bc she didn’t want to rent to us and go home at 12am. Left me and me children to pay out of pocket $350for hotel room. Other rental car companies were booked . Expedia said it was non refundable. The next day more RUDEwomen charged my chard an additional $200 said it was a hoith me or gave me papers to check the car. You guys are crooks and RUDE never ever again.

Locating the shuttle location at the LAX Airport was very difficult. Than following the directions to the hotel for pickup was equally difficult. Once arriving the tiny office right outside the elevator was unexpected and waiting outside while following the directions printed on a poster board seems substandard. However, I felt sorry for your sto pickup took about 2hours. Most unusual experience I’ve been involved with. Good after that.

This is the worst experience i got ever. The charges wereridiculous. They charge me for extra hour and also charged for additional days when I returned the car after hour. As you know the space for conducting business is pretty tiny. Perhaps a tent outside for folks to wait, hold their luggage. Staff is good, polite, efficient, but overwhelmed. Instructions for getting to hotel were confusing because I received two different sets--take Renissance bus ( I did)another telling the customer to take a shuttle of somesortnly one on the Resissance bus. I rent cars all the time. The process was long and confusing picking up the car. Your staff was very lazy and not very helpful. I’ll Uber before renting from this company.

I travel around the world and rent cars in each destination. This has been my worst experience. Sadly, I will never rent from your agency again. I was charged for using my debit card when I had paid for the reservation online in advance. I also paid for insurance in advance and was charged extra at the desk. Your employees were incredibly rude and had this experience in all of my car rentals.

Great service from the staff on site. I rated the vehicle a1 as I had reserved a Dodge challenger online and was told on arrival that they dont have any Challengers in their fleet. This was very dissapointing as I had booked based on that specific car.

We will not be using this car rental place ever again. We asked for an suv but of course when we got there to pick up the car there weren't any so we got stuck with a minivan. The inside of the van was clean but the outside was so dirty. I took picture of the dash when the car was off which didn't give an accurate read of the amount of gas that wasone bar less that full. So that is how much we brought the vehicle back with. The lady at the front desk was tryingto charge us 35 dollars for 3 gallons of gas. Ridiculous!She was so rude about it also. Kept yelling at us "well that's what you signed" my husband ended up getting the keys back and going to the gas station to fill it all the wayup. I was told the full 300 dollars would be returned to my account after 5 to 10 days. Well only 200 dollars was returned. I have emailed the company twice and places numerous calls to them. No one answers the phone and I have ye

When we returned the vehicle there was a very minimal amount of sand and we were told that we'd be charged extra. There was nothing in the vehicle that justified anything but a standard vacuuming job that every vehicle gets upon a rental return. This was quite surprising and will absolutelykeep me from renting with you again.

The pickup experience could be better. Evennthough I uploaded insurance card and driver license online, I had to do it again when picking up. This added time in the cramped office. The office staff was slow at pickup. Lots of frustrsted customers waiting in line under the sun. Maybe provide some shade? Drop off experience was much better.

Lady behind window was extremely rude, was snippy and could tell she had a very confrontational demeanor. Thank godfor the lady next to her. So sweet
