Priceless is proud to be locally owned and operated.  We began providing car rentals at LAX Airport in 2015, and we feature a fleet of brand new vehicles from Nissan, Hyundai, Toyota, Audi, Kia, Chrysler, Ford, GM and other manufacturers.  Priceless offers hourly, daily, weekly and even monthly rentals, and we have many sizes of vehicles, including sedans, SUV's and vans. 

We are located in the Renaissance hotel. 

1. Upon arrival to LAX, please proceed outside to the lower level outer curb and wait under the Pink LAX shuttle sign. At that sign you will wait for the 'LOT E SHUTTLE'. Once you board the bus please inform the driver that you would like to go to the 'Remote Rental Car Depot'.

2. Upon arrival at the remote rental car depot, cross the street, we are third hotel on the Right Hand side, Hotel Name Renaissanse HOTEL at 9620 Airport Blvd, Once inside the hotel walk past the check in counters. At the end of the Lobby take the Garage Elevator to the 4th Floor

Large passenger vans: when picking up large passenger vans such as 12 and 15 passenger units, it is necessary due to shuttle capacity that only the renter and one other passenger take the shuttle to the pickup counter. The renter will need to pick up the remaining passengers at the airport.

Need a better phone/contact system. Get a phone that you can actually speak to someone with. This would help business and questions. Tried to call the phone # and hard to navigate the system and then you dont get to speak to anyone. It was someone's answering machine. Not helpful.

Management Staff are rude and very confrontational with us and other guests as well. Not willing to assist in solving issues especially pertaining to insurance. “ if you don’t like our policy, Budget is up the street”. If it wasn’t for a time restraint, I would have left! Others did....Terrible location, with non-existing return vehicle directional signage! Will not rent again from you or recommenced. Competitors pricing is exactly the same! Lack of vehicle toselect from! In LA once a month....

Gave 9 to customer service but really should be a 1 then a 9. Returned vehicle promptly when contract stated 430pm, handed keys to a woman. She checked car, said everything good and I left. Next day get a late charge/drop box chargeon cc. I called office they said I returned car late, I did not. Agent on phone believed me and gave me a credit Thank you but had to take time from work to clear up this problem.

The check-in process at the desk at LAX was horrendous. It took ONE HOUR from the time I arrived at the desk to thetime I got into the car. One of the clerks was flippant when I asked if I should allow the same amount of time to return my car. EVERYTHING ELSE WAS GREAT. The car was great. The price was great. Checking in was a nightmare. Not all of the people waiting in line could fit in that tiny little room. The rest of us had to wait, in the sun, out on the roof top.

Great price but very poor selection of cars. The car I was rented had damage across the entire vehicle and was pretty dirty inside.

12/11 the rental car showed the malfunction signal when Iwas driving on highway and didn’t turn off. I pulled the car over and called the Priceless. The lady staff asked tosend the photos (because had no car manual in car) so that she can find out what’s the problem. I did, waited and called again. The male staff answered the call. He told methat I just had two options: call and pay the towing or drive back the car for priceless. He made me extremely upset.

We had rented a van for 8, luckily 3 people canceled and a SUV was all that was available. Wait time for the shuttle to the rental site took a long time compared to other car rental companies we have delt with out of LAX

I rented a car in distress after an accident. The customer service agent at the counter was a little rude. No people skills. After registration, everything was pleasant. I enjoyed picking my car and the return process was easy. Thank you!

The shuttle needs to labelled better. It is hard to see the Rennaisance Hotel name until it is almost past.

I would prefer to rent from you when in LA but only time I have been able to rent from you is when cars are availableon Expedia. I have never seen cars available on your websire

The bracks on the car were awfull, it smelled bad, the gas gauge didn't work properly and the change oil "now" light never turned off. I know the contratc that I signed mentioned the drop off fee that is charged when you leave the car out of office hours, but it really should be tols tous verberlly as well when renting the car.
