Priceless Car Rental wants to be your top choice for car rental at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).

Priceless is proud to be locally owned and operated.  We began providing car rentals at LAX Airport in 2015, and we feature a fleet of brand new vehicles from Nissan, Hyundai, Toyota, Audi, Kia, Chrysler, Ford, GM and other manufacturers.  Priceless offers hourly, daily, weekly and even monthly rentals, and we have many sizes of vehicles, including sedans, SUV's and vans. 

We are located in the Renaissance hotel. 

1. Upon arrival to LAX, please proceed outside to the lower level outer curb and wait under the Pink LAX shuttle sign. At that sign you will wait for the 'LOT E SHUTTLE'. Once you board the bus please inform the driver that you would like to go to the 'Remote Rental Car Depot'.

2. Upon arrival at the remote rental car depot, cross the street, we are third hotel on the Right Hand side, Hotel Name Renaissanse HOTEL at 9620 Airport Blvd, Once inside the hotel walk past the check in counters. At the end of the Lobby take the Garage Elevator to the 4th Floor

Large passenger vans: when picking up large passenger vans such as 12 and 15 passenger units, it is necessary due to shuttle capacity that only the renter and one other passenger take the shuttle to the pickup counter. The renter will need to pick up the remaining passengers at the airport.

When I arrived at priceless rental car my reservation wasat 8:45 AM. I did not leave the facility until after 9:45AM. The facility is on the fourth floor of a parking garage there is nowhere to wait most of the customers have to stand in the sun with no covering while waiting. The car was great but the experience was not.

The rental location is not safe for children or people with disabilities; there is no place to sit while waiting to be helped; the office was short staffed; the staff was overwhelmed and rude; the wait to be helped was too long; there was absolutely no professionalism; there are no signs entering the garage to direct you where to go to return the cuttle driver was a complete nightmare! I will never everwork with Priceless again.

Area picking up the car is small and had to wait 25 minutesin the sun. People workign for Proceless were very patient and efficient. Car was fine.

I would rent again from Priceless. One thing is I thought our car had a little bit of a smoke smell in it. Didn’t like that.

Kids liked jeep but everyone hated having to manual lock and unlock all doors. I read fine print for insurance butothers picking up cars did not and felt like a way to scam people out of a few hundred.

Horrible experience and very rude people. Called once during the rental and the person basically said your problem we are closed and called back on Monday. I will tell everyone I know to NEVER rent from this agency.

Overall, a good experience. I would rent again. The only minor issue was finding my way to return the vehicle was nottoo easy. Found the hotel but was unsure where to go and what to take as far as driving in the ramp.

July 1 the day I got the car I was disappointed and upset on how the customer service handle my car rental. The agent was incompetent in handling credit cards. She swiped (4) four of my credit cards multiple times which resulted to 9Allianz insurance policies issued. The multiple duplication insurance policies caused all of my credit cards on holded me to use my card during my 3 weeks vacation in LA/Vegas. Priceless didn't care at all.

The car was clean, but the smell of whatever was used as a deodorizer was so strong and overpowering. The woman who brought the car to us and checked it out with my husband for scratches and dings, brushed me off when I asked a question. She raised her voice and told me she was going over the details with my husband and I could check with him. Thaned the contract!

Vehicles were ok. But customer service was so-so at best.You need a better waiting area for customers waiting to be served rather than just having them wait our in the sun.Also those unexpected additional fees are something else.

You said nothing about hours or about charging $20 for after hours returns, nor what to do when you got there. You held on to $200 of my moneyed only returned 100. I tried to call you and there wa no way to contact the checkout desk.It took 1'2 hour to find the right gate to the return lot.
