Priceless Car Rental wants to be your top choice for car rental at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).

Priceless is proud to be locally owned and operated.  We began providing car rentals at LAX Airport in 2015, and we feature a fleet of brand new vehicles from Nissan, Hyundai, Toyota, Audi, Kia, Chrysler, Ford, GM and other manufacturers.  Priceless offers hourly, daily, weekly and even monthly rentals, and we have many sizes of vehicles, including sedans, SUV's and vans. 

We are located in the Renaissance hotel. 

1. Upon arrival to LAX, please proceed outside to the lower level outer curb and wait under the Pink LAX shuttle sign. At that sign you will wait for the 'LOT E SHUTTLE'. Once you board the bus please inform the driver that you would like to go to the 'Remote Rental Car Depot'.

2. Upon arrival at the remote rental car depot, cross the street, we are third hotel on the Right Hand side, Hotel Name Renaissanse HOTEL at 9620 Airport Blvd, Once inside the hotel walk past the check in counters. At the end of the Lobby take the Garage Elevator to the 4th Floor

Large passenger vans: when picking up large passenger vans such as 12 and 15 passenger units, it is necessary due to shuttle capacity that only the renter and one other passenger take the shuttle to the pickup counter. The renter will need to pick up the remaining passengers at the airport.

The only downside was the tiny space in an elevator lobby that was the rental office. Only two customers at a time, no privacy because you're right on top of each other, while people use the elevator. Had to wait outside in the sun.

The staff were rude and overall a very bad experience. Onreturning the car, the employee was making an allegation that I put scratches on the car without even bothering to check for the damages recorded at the time of renting. Waited nearly 45 minutes to even get the car. Never renting again and told the friends to never use priceless. Sorry.

I waited almost an hour to pick up my car. I then had to prove extra insurance. Also I was charged more than what I was quoted. Drop off was great.

Just look at any review on Google. Awful company and terrible cars. Regretted using this company, never will again and will actively go out of my way to recommend that people do not use this company.

The car we ordered was not there when we arrived (and we were on time). Nothing similar was available. The Corrola we had to take had a door handle missing. The shuttle wait time was longer than expected since one shuttle was servicing a "special" requirement. Getting to the place took us out of the way. Would NOT go thru PriceLess ever again.

Overchrage me for "missing" 1/4 tank of gas after confirming everything was fine during the return of the vehicle. Vehicle was provided with empty tank and return with empty tank, but somehow I owe 1/4 tank of gas with a $45 overcharge.

Priceline needs a "Sign" in front or on the side of the Renaissance Hotel to let customers know where they are actually located. There should also be signs in the parking garage to direct customers to the 4th floor, I felt lost and discombobulated when I had to return the car. This was not the car I rented. I rented a Jeep and I got a very small Nissan. The staff was very unfriendly and not willing to help me out. There was a surprise about insurance costs. I rented the car for $ 401,- the cdw was around$10,- a day and the surprise another insurance for $ 25,-a day which was not in the offer. This is not what we agree last time we rented at priceless because in this case less is more. Hope to hear from you.

I was bit concerned after reading the reviews but I had no issue with the friendly lady at the counter or the guy that showed me the car. The only issue I had was the a/c had a light smokers smell and a couple burn holes in seat and carpet, also the check engine light was on all week! Carran ok tho

Their customer service staffs and claimed “ owner” where very insensitive and very unprofessional regarding my concern being stuck on the freeway with mechanical trouble. Electrical issue plus engine service , oil and tire pressurelights came on shortly water renting.

No signs showing where the location is. Had to ask the hotel stuff. Line to get a car and return the car is too long and very cramped. Should have a larger office and more employees to deal with customers.

Without a doubt the worst place i ever rente d from. Hard to access, why was i charged to use a visa, all kinds of strange rules other car rental places dont have etc etc
