Priceless is proud to be locally owned and operated.  We began providing car rentals at LAX Airport in 2015, and we feature a fleet of brand new vehicles from Nissan, Hyundai, Toyota, Audi, Kia, Chrysler, Ford, GM and other manufacturers.  Priceless offers hourly, daily, weekly and even monthly rentals, and we have many sizes of vehicles, including sedans, SUV's and vans. 

We are located in the Renaissance hotel. 

1. Upon arrival to LAX, please proceed outside to the lower level outer curb and wait under the Pink LAX shuttle sign. At that sign you will wait for the 'LOT E SHUTTLE'. Once you board the bus please inform the driver that you would like to go to the 'Remote Rental Car Depot'.

2. Upon arrival at the remote rental car depot, cross the street, we are third hotel on the Right Hand side, Hotel Name Renaissanse HOTEL at 9620 Airport Blvd, Once inside the hotel walk past the check in counters. At the end of the Lobby take the Garage Elevator to the 4th Floor

Large passenger vans: when picking up large passenger vans such as 12 and 15 passenger units, it is necessary due to shuttle capacity that only the renter and one other passenger take the shuttle to the pickup counter. The renter will need to pick up the remaining passengers at the airport.

Worst car rental experience of my life, by a very wide margin. Just plain awful. I wish I read the online reviews of this business prior to making a reservation. It was horrific and unprofessional from beginning to end. If this is a franchise, I would not want my name associated with thisoperation. It's basically a scam. Just plain horrible expein.

Please make it clear to customers that they need their insurance declaration page as proof of coverages if they're rejecting any rental coverages pertaining to rental coverages.

You lied a out price. I paid more than double when all was done. No ride to and from airport. Place was hard to find! Horrible rental car place. I would give you a negative score.

Main problem is depending on a hotel shuttle to get to the rental place. These shuttles don’t go that often. Also, notification should be emphasized way ahead of time about needing to show proof of insurance right away. Most rentalcompanies do. It require this. But, price is right!

Your company is the worst car rental company I have ever used. The unlimited mileage advertised on the Expedia website has many restrictions which are not clearly stated until I got to your rental office. The van they gave us was nasty, stinking and dirty! The morning we went to return the nasty, stinking and dirty van, no one was there! The employees wasn’t there! I would not NEVER recommend this company to no one! You ought to be ashamed of yourself how conduct business!

Absolutely terrible. Offices were closed when we arrived, despite our email from Expedia saying it was open until midnight. To make matters worse, the office was also closed on sunday so we couldn't get any resolution, and the phone number provided said it was after business hours and the emergency option just made us wait longer until just disconn

I took a picture of a dent next to the gas cap before taking the car. Upon return this dent because a big deal. Ifmy picture didn't clearly show this dent then I would have been liable. Yet your records were never checked to verify if the dent has been there from the last customer or the last 10 customers. So how many customers would be held Your return is very quick. The instructions on gettingto your location from LAX using the long term parking shuttle was not much use when the shuttle driver was not aware of your location and told me to wait for the Metro bus. The Metro bus dropped me off down the road at the corner.The car did not have windshield wiper fluid, which was needed during the light rains during my trip

the price I paid they jack the price up without telling me after I got the receipt in the email the car is full of gas even more then when I rented it they did not give the car I rented gave me a smaller version they never answer their phones I will never recommend this ever

Lot is filthy, there are only 2 people who can work which creates long waiting times. Received a text that I didn't turn in the car and would be charged $150 per day in addition to legal fees. Will absolutely NEVER rent from you again.

Here’s the thing, the experience was bad in some ways andgood in others. The check in was a mess. People all around me complaining of their car rental. Initially they triedto give me a very old and smelly car. It was real crap. Iwent out into the lot and asked for a particular car, andthe agent was willing to give it to me. That made all theth a real clunker or something better. I travel 125-150 days a year, so I do know about travel
