I was not given clear instruction on how to get shuttle from airport. When I called number I was asked to call another number which I had to do a couple times because of noanswer. It was over an hour before I was at priceless topick up my car. Check in process was also very slow and I was the only one there no line. Probably took an additioreat, and shuttle back to airport was fast.

I was very upset with the lack of information given when booking the reservation about the insurance companies thatare excepted. Mine was not on the list which cost me a large deal more than I was quoted for the car. This opinion should be more easily found.

very disappointed in the whole process took me 3 hours to get out with a car and everything you guys did was a big headache from the beginning but overall the car was nice.

I waited for over an hour at airport for the shuttle. Also, having to show my insurance coverage amounts was a first. People were very nice.

When I booked this car via Rentcars, it said that pick up was at Tampa Airport. This is not the case. We had to wait for over an hour to get a shuttle bus to pick up the car. When we got there, despite booking a 7 seater car, the only car available to us was a 6 seater meaning my parents had to book a separate car at further expense. It was also nocar when I booked it. The employees at Tampa were polite and answered all my questions. Unfortunately, Priceless doesn't accept Amex, and it was my only card. I could not use my son's visa card because He was not there. It also requires the Declaration Page of my car insurance, the first time a rental car asked me for that. The Priceless webpage says the office opens at get a Uber to the airport.

There was no notice that it was an off airport collection, with no details on how to collect the car, the pricing was not made clear prior to booking and the car had melted chewing gum on door frame and under steering wheel which Ihad to clean off (great during covid). Really not happy with the company, gave a bad start and cost us a lot o

We waited for the shuttle for 1:30 minutes. We were calling but no one answered. When we texted we were getting a reply to take the shuttle. So we Uber to car rental office.Took us another 45 minutes to get the car. The clerk couldn’t interpret the insurance so he had to wait on another person to figure out that the insurance was ok. The car had family it posed some discomfort. The Oil light was goingon and off throughout the trip.

Well my experience with priceless rental was interesting on the voicemail it says they offer a shuttle from the tampa airport to the rental car place but no one ever answersthe phone for u to make those reservations so that information is misleading also the car was not cleaned before we used it so thar wasnt really pleasant for us.overall I w then some other rental car places

Priceless was close when I arrive in Tampa. Therefore could not get a car. I requested my deposit back and sill have not receive it. Will never attempt to use priceless. Herman

First location is not at airport and waited 30 min for someone to pick me up. Second, the reps did not speak good English which made it impossible to understand what I was being charged extra for. Third, the car I rented was a Jeepand I did not get that, I was given a dodge instead that did not have the cabin space I needed but that was all they waiting in front of me, no explanation why it took so long. They wouldn’t extend the return!

We were very unhappy with Priceless. We were picked up and driven to a rural location - no cars visible - staff spoke very broken English. It was explained to me that since I did not have any of the approved Vehicle Insurance coverage - I would have to pay an additional $29.99 a day. I requested a phone number to call for a refund or eliminate td I were very uncomfortable in the location and representatives. We are awaiting a response

I appreciated very much being able to call and talk directly to a person when needing to be picked up at airport and you sending the van right away. I also appreciated Robert’s professionalism and courtesy.Priceless car rental has the best rate for a car rental than all the others out there and I will most definitely use you again to rent a car.your policy that you require certain insurance companies to avoid fees.
