You tried to force me to get insurance when my current car insurance covers rental cars. Looking at reviews this isyour common scam that you use. As a result, I walked out.I was footprints get another ca rental, Avis. Their was no upsale for car insurance. Their car was clean, reliable,more expensive, and customer service person was nice and kGAIN!!!!!!!!

We were picked up by a driver that was watching Facebook videos during the drive from the airport to the rental company. Upon arrival, we were not honored expedias car rental insurance and had to purchase Priceless rental insurancefor an additional $180. This was unexpected and a poor start to our trip. We received the vehicle with 3/4 tank andtags. The tags expired on Dec 2022. Another patron sharedthat they had expired tags in 2/2023

We didn't rent the car because of your insurance policy. The customer service was arguably the worst I've ever witnessed in any capacity, as we watched multiple people leave frustrated, frazzled and feeling completely hung out to dry, to include ourselves. Hearing the agents, yell and belittle customers about a policy that is buried in your websitehen renting. It was truly a miserable experience and would never consider renting from again

I booked online at a great price of under $60 for 3 days but when I got to the office I was told I needed to provide a copy of my insurance policy stating I had a $500K liability clause and if I didn't provide one the new rate would be $145. We can start with the insurance issue, I have great insurance but paid for the collision insurance through Priceless only to be told the my insurance company was not recognized by priceless and had to have a different liability insurance. Then after we got the rental car and drove to our destination, we found out the license plate on the car wagiven a warning, I called the Tampa location only to be told that they didn’t have enough employees to bring me another car or the sticker for the plate. We were nervous to drive the car and had to cancel some of our plans, we weresubsequently pulled over 4 times during our 5 days, it was inconvenient and embarrassing. The van was dirty, smeared windows, napkins everywhere. Just an absolute horrible experience.

The "total price" given when I rented the car was almost 40% lower than the actual price charged (e.g. $108.50 versus $172.37). The main part of the increase was a $10 per day charge for having my own insurance, which is absolutely ridiculous! Why should a car company charge me for havingmy own insurance??? Very deceiving!!!

I rented a van for 7 days reserved in June 2023. I was in Tampa end of Aug 2023 on a Saturday to pick up my van but your company had given it away. I was given a small SUV. Your employees told me to call back the following day. I called back 3 times on Sunday and was kept on hold for 30 min each time. Each time, I was informed there was no van. I nally gave up and realized I've been scammed by your company.

Never rent from this place!!! It’s a scam they add extra charges when you arrive, they are not nice people to deal with, the place isn’t at the airport it’s a hassle to get too. I never complain or make bad reviews but this location and company should be assumed of them self they take advantage of people and the response was you have 2 options I the price. I have about 6 issues with them and everyone before me and after me had the same!
