Rental Requirements and General Qualifications

Collection procedure (free shuttle bus service): take the skyconnect people mover to the rental car center. When at the rental car center, go downstairs and follow the signs to off airport car rental and take the PRICELESS shuttle to the PRICELESS office. The journey is 1 mile and usually takes 5 minutes. Return procedure: return the car to the PRICELESS location and take the 5 minute shuttle back to the airport.

Additional driver fee is $15 per day per driver.

Pick up and drop off from 23:01 till 05:59 are made with our prior consent for the extra Out-Of-Hours Charge from $125.00 plus tax

All renters must have verifiable collision coverage for the rented vehicle. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CANADIAN INSURANCE.
Remember no credit card provides SLI damages to third parties due to collision. WE ACCEPT ALL MAJOR INSURNACE POLICIES WITH THE DECLARATION PAGE FOR VERIFICATION, EXCEPT THE FOLLOWING: INFINTY - THE GENERAL AND DAIRYLAND
Inquire about optional coverages at the counter –
CDW (Ecar- Fcar) is $26.99 per day with a $1,000 deductible.
CDW (ifar- Mvar) is $32.99 per day with a $1,500 deductible.
CDW Gold is $49.99 per day with a $500 deductible.
SLI is $19.99 per day. PAI/PEI is $8.99 per day.
Coverage provided by 3rd party carriers may be acceptable if the policy has been prepaid for a minimum of 30 days from the date of the rental and will provide collision and comprehensive insurance benefits to cover the rented vehicle, and Verification required. Physical Damage Coverage is required and must be provided by one of the following:
1. Your personal auto policy with collision coverage. DECLARATION PAGE / Verification required.
2. Your credit card's 'Primary Rental Vehicle Coverage'. Verification required.
3. Your purchase of the Physical Damage Waiver. Verification required.
4. We require insurance verification as part of the rental process. Your insurance must be paid in advance for 30 days beyond the pick-up date of the vehicle, with a Collision /comprehensive deductible of $250 or less and $50,000 liability minimum .
12/15 passenger vans we don’t accept personal coverage.
We offer two coverages
Basic $75 ($2500)
Deluxe $95 (1500)

- Rental vehicles cannot be taken out of the state of Florida.
- Any renter who takes the vehicle outside of the state of Florida will be charged a minimum fee of $1000 USD plus an additional mileage charge of $0.50/mile.
- A fee of $150 USD may apply for vehicles not returned to the pick up location.

- The renter must present a major credit card for payment at the time of pick-up. NO AMERICAN EXPRESS.
- When the client wishes to pay with DEBIT CARD there is a mandatory deposit of $500.00.
- Customers' personal insurance will not be accepted when paying with a debit card.

Return Vehicle with Same amount of fuel level as indicated at time of vehicle acceptance. Refueling charges will otherwise apply.

A valid US or international driver's license is required at the time of pickup.
An international license must accompany a valid national license.
All renters must have verifiable collision coverage for the rented vehicle.
The most common method of providing collision coverage is through the renter's personal or commercial auto insurance policy shown on the declaration page. Another common method of providing verifiable collision coverage is through auto rental damage benefits provided by a credit card issuer upon presentation of proof of coverage policy. When the renter's credit card does not provide benefits for damage to the rental car because the vehicle is "excluded", the insurance verification process must be completed to confirm the coverage of the rental vehicle, including, but not limited to, that the deductible of renters insurance does not exceed $500. Renters may choose to purchase the optional Collision Damage Waiver, if available where they intend to rent the Priceless vehicle.

Minimum age is 21. Renters age 21 - 24 will be subject to a $20.00 per day underage surcharge.

2 hour grace period from pickup for all reservations. Reservations not picked up within 2 hours will be considered void.
