Car was dirty. And the windshield washer hose was disconnected. We cleaned the car and fixed the hose.

Car smelled like weed. Very typical of cars rented in Tallahassee. Car did not get as good gas mileage as I expected, but solid car for trip.

I was very impressed with the young gentleman behind the desk, Luke, and his customer service skills. The car was inexcellent condition and clean. I had a great experience!

Was not informed I couldn’t use my insurance, tried to use the insurance thru Expedia (who I booked with), and agent told me I couldn’t, so I was forced to use the rental car place insurance at $30+ dollars a day. I was told I couldn’t cancel, and I should’ve read the fine print on Expedia website.

I rated my recommendation to friends and family the lowest possible because your new company focus is to plaster your company logo on every side of the car with QR codes hoping that this will increase your business. In reality, what this does is identify that the driver is a tourist and creates added opportunity for thieves. This puts the renter atre until you take the advertisements off of your vehicles.

The customer service was great. This location has limited availability due to hours of operation. I was not able to pick up car due to office being closed. The car wreaked of cigarettes' and had not been cleaned and vacuumed.

The facility was dirty. The car had not been washed, vacuumed, or wiped down. I will NEVER rent from them again and would not recommend this business to anyone.

Ended up canceling my reservation because I only needed aone-way rental and your services do not provide that. Called the location in Tallahassee to cancel the reservation and was told that I had to call Orbitz and that they cannotdo it at their location. Was not helpful or friendly.

The car was pretty terrible. Uncomfortable and when you press the brakes the car would shake. In order to put the seatbelt on (driver side) you would have to keep the door open which can be dangerous for a single woman traveling alone. The alignment was also completely off. The car wasa 2019 which for me is too old to rent. I will probably gextremely nice and very helpful but the guy outside was inappropriate and scary. Yuck!

Was an absolute pleasure and definitely will be back for the next time I need a rental.
