Delivery and Pickup:  We offer FREE Airport and hotel pickup and delivery.  Please submit your flight information ahead of time. A rental representative will greet the customer with a Priceless sign and their name on it at the Arrivals Lobby. 

Location hours of operations:  Monday -Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm,  Sunday 9 am - 4 pm. (After hours car returns available by appointment)

Financial Policy:
We charge security deposit as just a hold and release it at the close of rental.
Credit card deposit for all cars (except MiniVan) - $1,000.00.
MINIVANS deposit is $1500.00 plus amount of rental charges available on credit card at pickup.

We do not accept American Express card.

Poor customer service. Agent was rude i booked a 7 days rental only used the car for 4 days she charged for the full week plus $30 a day for insurance even though my creditcard cover my insurance.

Rental office needs to consider a computerized system. Not very efficient shuffling through mounds of paper. Office staff was courteous and helpful.

Worst Car rental experience ever. First off, Car ended up costing me an extra $160 Cad more than expedia quoted, clerk charged Insurance which she said was manditory, which knew was BS. Secondly it was a 13 Corolla with 232,000kms. Car had to be boosted every day and the truck wouldn't close. Real nice car. Never again.

Hidden fees at the moment of renting the car. The office was close at the moment of return: 11:30am. Plus I’m stillnot reimbursed for the US 1000 deposit.

Car looked to be someone's personal vehicle. The car was damaged all around, hub caps broken, scratches and dents every where. I had to take a video of the damages to ensureI was not charged.

Rented a vehicle that resulted in having a flat tire. Priceless was notified and their resolution to the problem was handled in quite professional and efficient manner. Customer service was very fast, friendly and efficient. Would definitely rent from this company again.

The office space is very unappealing. I asked to use the bathroom and it had no paper. The car was old, stalled on a hill and felt very unsafe especially driving downhill. Someone hit me in the back causing damage to the rear bumper, but when I called Priceless no one answered. The accident was reported to the police who informed me to exchange inre were no injuries to personnel in either vehicle. I didand when eventually spoke to priceless representative, I was ridiculed and told that I should have gone to the police station to obtain a report of the accident. One thousand dollars were charged to my credit card despite the fact that my card carries insurance for liability, added to that I was hit in the back therefore not at fault. The information of the accident was emailed to you without an acknowledgement or response. There was a gentleman that was helpful and pleasant but overall the experience from priceless ha

Absolutely the best car rental place in Jamaica! I rent a car from them every few months when I visit Jamaica. Pleasant customer service and vehicles are in great condition.Would definitely recommend!!

You over charged my credit card. Expedia total was $1141.70 for 28 days rental and my card was changed over $3000.00.

I was not pleased they gave us car that has bad tires and we could not even get in touch with them by phone they took $122 out of my money and did not even explained why the service was not good

We dropped the car off and they said we took great care of the car. Gas was filled to where it was when picked up. I would never recommend because when I checked my bank account, they charged the $1,000 that was supposed to be only "on hold". Not sure what happened but now I'm out $1,000. Absolutely would not recommend.
