Arriving customers: We offer free pick-up from the Luis Muñoz Marín Airport to hotels in the metro area to all clients. Upon arrival, customers may contact our company by using the courtesy line available at the airport or by calling 787-726-7350. The Airport shuttle is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at our client’s convenience.

Our friendly customer service representatives at Priceless of Aguadilla can help you find the rental car and service you need!

Upon arrival, please call 787-890-3010 to alert the location of your arrival. Customers need to ride the airport shuttle bus to the car rental facility and wait at the designated pick up area for off airport car rental companies. The Priceless shuttle will circulate between the location and the facility every 10-15 minutes.

There are beautiful beaches, restaurants, hotels and other tourist attractions available!

I was told that the deposit would go back to my card when Ireturned the vehicle. However, when I returned it, I was then told that it would take 10-14 business days. This information should be communicated upon renting because it can determine which card one uses. This was a big disappointment for me.

When I pick up the car the guy from customer services wasreally nice, but the car was really dirty and the I was stoped for the police twice because the car doesn’t have stop light. And when I went to return the car and explain everything happened the manager says oh I can’t give you anydiscount really rude. And I don’t ask for any discount thathe car because doesn’t have stop lights

My rental broke down and representative had the nerve to say the reason it broke down was because I brought the vehicle an hour late. I received no apologies. I didn’t get a discount. I didn’t even get a courtesy rental. I missed my flight with Jet blue, Because I had to wait for tow truck. I incurred extra expenses. My experience was aour customer service was awful.

Tienen un supervisor grocero, un tal.Jorge que me trato como si yo no tuviera inteligencia y fuera un cualquiera. El vehiculo estaba sucio, apestoso y manchado. Sonaba como una "maraca" me daba verguenza salir en el vehiculo. ME DEBEN DEVOLVER MI DINERO. FUE UN ROBO. TENGO FOTOS DEL VEHICULO (SI SE LE PUEDE LLAMAR ASI) TODO SUCIO, LLENO DE FA redes ya que soy PROFESOR pero en algun momento lo hare para que no ENGAÑEN A NADIE MAS.

The same day I rented I called abbot the car not having working front lights. The customer service agent mentioned the manager will call me to resolve the issue. I had to contact the company next day since no one called me. I spentthe entire length of my rental (4 days) without working front lights. This was the most horrible experience I’ve ever had at any car rental. The car was trashed, had so many dents/scratches plus stains all in the seats and trash in the consoles. Upon arrival they charged me $150 in unexpected chargesthen come to find out when I returned the car they tried to charged me twice for a car I had already paid for so in would not recommend them nor ever come back to this rental car place!

The charges for windshield protection and road assistancemost be optimal not be forced, if I have and insurance from my American Express is enough to cover your car, I Don’t need your insurance is another way of making money, waitto see my comments in the internet.

The door was locked and they questioned what we were doing there even though we had just talked to them and told him we were walking over. Then he told us that we needed to rent their toll pass as rental cars were not allowed to pay cash at the tolls in Ponce. That’s false. he refused to take closed up pictures of the car existing damages, so wem to their email. Wouldn’t let us wait for our shuttle atthe rental location.

We waited for over 2 hours to pick up our car and over an hour to drop it off. Outrageous fees. Worst car I've ever driven. Will not repeat this experience.
