Arriving customers: We offer free pick-up from the Luis Muñoz Marín Airport to hotels in the metro area to all clients. Upon arrival, customers may contact our company by using the courtesy line available at the airport or by calling 787-726-7350. The Airport shuttle is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at our client’s convenience.

Our friendly customer service representatives at Priceless of Aguadilla can help you find the rental car and service you need!

Upon arrival, please call 787-890-3010 to alert the location of your arrival. Customers need to ride the airport shuttle bus to the car rental facility and wait at the designated pick up area for off airport car rental companies. The Priceless shuttle will circulate between the location and the facility every 10-15 minutes.

There are beautiful beaches, restaurants, hotels and other tourist attractions available!

There was no windshield fluid. They have listed in the office that there will be a charge of 250$-300$ if the care has sand in it, etc. The trunk had sand in it when I rented. Also, I would never go through expedia again since I had to return the vehicle and they wouldnt give me the moneyback.

There was not enough staff which caused major delays. The mandatory full coverage insurance came as a surprise. Ibooked through a 3rd party booking agency and this was not made known upon booking. Very inconvenient and disappointing.

1. Website and location states 24 hr NOT TRUE drop off was 7:30 pm i arrived at 6:30 pm after waiting along with another customer called the number at 6:50 pm after numerous attempts and rings female picked up. Stated it reopensat 9pm. General manager was called and then we were told the person would be there in 5 -10 minutes. Eventuallyere 8 people waiting to return and 1 for an 8 o'clock pickup. The 8 waiting to drop off all had flights and their boarding was at 8:15 pm IT WAS 8:05 PM WHEN I LEFT AND ALL 8 STILLLLL NEEDED TO BE ATTENDED.

Please state the rules about insurance coverage and policy holder names . We had to pay extra since my name is not the same as policy holder and that I am a driver Otherthen that the employees and driver to airport was fantastic both times

I was charged a total of $300 when originally it said $189!!! BE CAREFUL when booking for a price that it will go up once you hit the counter vehicles need maintenance and quite attention. I saw other customers while waiting complaining for the condition of vehicles. Definitely needs to improve in every way imaginable.

It took over an hour for shuttle pick up. Took 3 hours to get the vehicle. The process to get the vehicle took longer than my 2:45 minute flight from Orlando. Also, the location opens at 9pm even though my reservation said i needed to drop off at 8pm. My flight was at 9:25 pm. Overallabsoluto horrible experience. It was not worth the savingoke.

I was told that the deposit would go back to my card when Ireturned the vehicle. However, when I returned it, I was then told that it would take 10-14 business days. This information should be communicated upon renting because it can determine which card one uses. This was a big disappointment for me.
