Arriving customers: We offer free pick-up from the Luis Muñoz Marín Airport to hotels in the metro area to all clients. Upon arrival, customers may contact our company by using the courtesy line available at the airport or by calling 787-726-7350. The Airport shuttle is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at our client’s convenience.

Our friendly customer service representatives at Priceless of Aguadilla can help you find the rental car and service you need!

Upon arrival, please call 787-890-3010 to alert the location of your arrival. Customers need to ride the airport shuttle bus to the car rental facility and wait at the designated pick up area for off airport car rental companies. The Priceless shuttle will circulate between the location and the facility every 10-15 minutes.

There are beautiful beaches, restaurants, hotels and other tourist attractions available!

Tienen un supervisor grocero, un tal.Jorge que me trato como si yo no tuviera inteligencia y fuera un cualquiera. El vehiculo estaba sucio, apestoso y manchado. Sonaba como una "maraca" me daba verguenza salir en el vehiculo. ME DEBEN DEVOLVER MI DINERO. FUE UN ROBO. TENGO FOTOS DEL VEHICULO (SI SE LE PUEDE LLAMAR ASI) TODO SUCIO, LLENO DE FA redes ya que soy PROFESOR pero en algun momento lo hare para que no ENGAÑEN A NADIE MAS.

The same day I rented I called abbot the car not having working front lights. The customer service agent mentioned the manager will call me to resolve the issue. I had to contact the company next day since no one called me. I spentthe entire length of my rental (4 days) without working front lights. This was the most horrible experience I’ve ever had at any car rental. The car was trashed, had so many dents/scratches plus stains all in the seats and trash in the consoles. Upon arrival they charged me $150 in unexpected chargesthen come to find out when I returned the car they tried to charged me twice for a car I had already paid for so in would not recommend them nor ever come back to this rental car place!

The charges for windshield protection and road assistancemost be optimal not be forced, if I have and insurance from my American Express is enough to cover your car, I Don’t need your insurance is another way of making money, waitto see my comments in the internet.

The door was locked and they questioned what we were doing there even though we had just talked to them and told him we were walking over. Then he told us that we needed to rent their toll pass as rental cars were not allowed to pay cash at the tolls in Ponce. That’s false. he refused to take closed up pictures of the car existing damages, so wem to their email. Wouldn’t let us wait for our shuttle atthe rental location.

We waited for over 2 hours to pick up our car and over an hour to drop it off. Outrageous fees. Worst car I've ever driven. Will not repeat this experience.

We had to call 2 times for the shuttle service. When they came, they said my name was not on the list for cars. Rather then saying let's go to the office, he proceeded to take my luggage out of the van and said there were no extra cars.. Finally after a heated discussion he agreed to takeme to the office. After Making a call, he determined that a valid reservation. Funny how he had numerous calls tochoose from. Not very happy with priceless.

lamento darle 1 punto esta es mi razon esa compania son unos estafadores y estan usando su web side para lucrarse ellos ., yo hice una reservacion d un auto por una cantidad de 1,700.000 y algon mas . cuando llegue a recajer el auto tube q agregar seguro pagar taxes pagar hasta poe el sanitaizer. no se q sanitaizer ellos hablan. la cosa fue que mea dinero q ya habia pagado. eso le esta restando clientesasu web. x mi no volvere a usarla

The car rental was booked with Expedia. I paid 299.70 in advance, that included the taxes. When I went to pick-up thecar I was told I had to pay an additional $10.95 per day for liability, when I told the representative that I already had my own coverage. I was charged $10.95 per day plus tax fees along with other additional fees that I was untold $600, which is ridiculous. I am waiting to here back about the over charges. Thank you.

When I arrived to collect the car, they tried to get me to purchase their insurance because we didn’t have adequatecoverage although we had collision coverage and newer vehicles. They then mentioned they’d have to hold $250 deposit but when I checked out my bill had duplicate charges I had to request to be corrected and they said they hadn’t ch The manager was very condescending and even mentioned Iwas lucky I wasn’t charged more.

Upon return of car they try to hit you with charges that were not divulged by either Orbitz when reserved or when car was picked up. When I complained manager refused to explain and threw me out of office. Disputing charges with American Express

The first day I was driving it did come up on the dashboard saying service was required. So just please make sure that all your cars are serviced before renting them out.

More staff needs to be added to this location, the wait took forever both times and was very frustrating. The alignment on the car was also awful. Rental cars need to be serviced regularly so that they drive safely. Would not recommend.

The wipers needed to be replaced. The front window was dirty and the young man was not cooperate. When asked about the vehicle the agent said it was a 2021, when it was a 2018. Not a good experience all around.

Very shady. We were given bogus information. The guy keptchanging his answers and the answers he gave us were different than what was posted. He didn’t mark down the damageto the vehicle prior to us getting it and when we asked about it he said they already had pictures. We took a videoourselves before and after the rental times.
