Took 45 minutes to get car and was far from the airport. Was repeatedly given incorrect documents with additional fees on them. Arrived to return car at 7 AM no one was there and random woman picked me up in an unmarked car at 7:30to get ride to airport after no one picked up phone. Wasworst car rental experience I have ever had.

Be sure to check all fluids, we had zero windshield washer fluid from day 1 of the rental not good when an obstruction happens to fall and stick to the windshield.

VERY large cracked window (traveling with children = scary, especially on FL roads), wouldn’t accept insurance eventhough we have 300/500k top notch insurance, got charged for toll pass even though we were told our NH EZPass wouldbe sufficient, which always was when traveling to FL. Guyat desk was great but very limited on rectifying situation

I asked for this rental a month before I was sure to leave town. I never got the car because they told me that the car was unlimited but I can only drive in Florida. Why wasI not told that in the first place? Why would a third party like Orbit/Priceless take my money not call to tell me that you can’t travel out of the state, and why did not Priing because my time was wasted. Someone else come in and they never said to them Florida only.

The guy that checked us in wasn’t kind or friendly. The guy that checked us out was amazing. If proof of insurance is required at check in let your guests know prior to arrival. That was hard for me to get.

barely spoke english, didn't explain several things which ended up costing me almost $200 at checkout and another $175 afterwords. never, ever, ever going to use Priceless again. the business practices are extremely shady and misleading.

I had rented a minivan and there was no minivan. I was given a grand cherokee but that did not fit our stroller and all of the people needed, so we had to take two cars. I was forced to pay an extra $100 for car insurance even though I have car insurance. This whole thing was a scam

The experience was strange. We also did not get a midsizecar like we paid for we got a compact car. My husband is 6 foot 4 inches so he wasn't comfortable being in a compact car. We also left paying twice the amount promised online due to fees at the office. At rental office we were told it was a down payment we paid online however, online i rental that ended up costing more than a well know rental company. At the airport we got dropped off and picked up where the rental company shuttle desired vs closest to our flight as we are used to experiencing with other shuttles.

I cancelled my rental at the last minute as when I arrived at your location they would not accept my personal insurance even though your website says it does and wanted to charge me another $500 for insurance. I will never rent from you again

Was told TWICE that Priceless had a facility at Punta Gorda airport and reserved a car. Day before arrival called again to indicate flight would be two hours late. Upon arrival called for the shuttle ride to pick up the rental vehicle. Was told there was no facility at Punta Gorda and somehow get a ride to Tampa. Was left without a rental vehiclaged. Will NEVER use Priceless again. Should be renamed Useless.

Didn't realize it was offsite from the airport. Had to wait for the shuttle for over 30 minutes. Got the car with extra charges for insurance because my insurance was "not enough" even though I've rented a car several times while traveling. DONT EVERR IN YOUR LIFE BOOK A RENTAL WITH THIS COMPANY! I was confirmed for a pickup with this rental company after hours which I don’t know how you confirm and charge someone’s card if you’re not even open at the time I set my pick up for so I had to wait for 2 hours in the airport and eventually get in a über because they were closed. they refuse to take insurance purchased via expedia. there are always hidden charges which make it more expensive. Car was not ready or clean, the rep asked if I wanted the carto be cleaned (which could be done after he finishes with the other customer). this is unacceptable in COVID era.
