AFTER HOURS RETURN / UNATTENDED RETURN:
If you wish to return the vehicle outside of our business hours, please follow these steps:\n\nPark the vehicle at our location:\n📍 4220 W Cayuga St, Tampa, FL 33614\n\nMake sure to:\n\nCompletely turn off the vehicle.\n\nClose all doors and windows securely.\n\nRemove all personal belongings from the vehicle.\n\nDrop the vehicle keys in the Drop Box located next to the main office entrance.\n\nOnce the vehicle is received, it will be inspected at the beginning of the next business day.\nIf there are any issues, we will contact you directly.\n\nImportant: You are responsible for the vehicle until our team completes the inspection.\n\nIf you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
WHAT IS A NO SHOW POLICY / GRACE PERIOD TO RENT A CAR ?
Reservations whether Prepaid or Pay Later are considered a No Show if the customer does not arrive within 2 hours of the scheduled pickup time listed on the original reservation. If a reservation is made within the last two hours of our operating hours (e.g., 8:00 PM on when the office closes at 10:00 PM), it will be considered a No Show at closing time. No refunds will be issued for No Show reservations. Prepaid reservations are non-changeable and non-refundable under any circumstances. To rent a vehicle after a No Show, a new reservation must be made. Vehicle availability is not guaranteed and is subject to current inventory at the time of rebooking at the counter. If no vehicles are available, the renter must secure a rental from another company. The provider assumes no responsibility for alternative arrangements.
What is Driver Age Policy (Young and Senior Drivers)
A valid US or international driver\'s license is required at the time of pickup.\nAn international license must accompany a valid national license.\nMinimum age is 21. Renters age 21 - 24 will be subject to a $20.00 per day underage surcharge.
CAN THE RENTAL CAR BE USED FOR BUSINESS PURPOSE?
Rental Vehicle Use Policy
Our rental vehicles are designated for Personal Use Only, including recreation and family travel, and may be operated only within the states of California and Nevada.
Business Use is strictly prohibited unless the business entity is pre-approved and set up as a registered customer in our rental system. Unauthorized commercial or business use will result in a violation of the rental agreement and may lead to penalties or early termination of the rental.
Verifiable insurance documents must be provided by the renter or approved business prior to vehicle pick-up. These documents must remain valid throughout the rental period and must be presented upon request by the rental company or legal authorities.
Compliance with this policy is mandatory. Failure to adhere may result in immediate vehicle recovery, additional fees, or further legal action.
WHAT ARE THE DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR RENTAL CAR ?
You and all Additional Drivers must present a full valid original Driver\'s License and the voucher or booking confirmation document when picking up the vehicle. If your Driver\'s License has multiple parts, you must present all of them. All requirements apply to both you and any Additional Drivers.\nYou are not allowed to have committed any major traffic violations. An International Driving Permit is required in addition to a National Driver\'s License if the National Driver\'s License you or any of the Additional Drivers hold is not clearly identifiable as a Driver\'s License, e.g., it is in a non-Latin alphabet (e.g. Arabic, Chinese, Cyrillic, Japanese). You must also present: Flight tickets You must present a credit card with your full name when picking up your rental vehicle. The credit card must be issued by a bank. Credit cards issued by any other financial institutions will not be accepted. Please note that you must present the originals of all the documentation required. The Supplier does not accept printouts, photocopies, and digital images. Please be aware that additional identification documents, such as a passport, are usually required. International Driving Permits may be required if your Driver\'s License is not issued in the country where you are renting the vehicle. Please note that it is your responsibility to make sure that you have all the necessary documentation, that your Driver\'s License is valid in your intended rental country and for your intended type of rental vehicle, and that you have the correct immigration documents. The same applies if you\'re planning to visit other countries in the rental vehicle. Your failure to do so will result in your rental being refused and/or considered a no-show and you will be charged accordingly.
WHAT IS LOCAL RENTERS POLICY?
ALL RESIDENTS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA ARE CONSIDERED LOCAL RENTERS. \nLocal renter are allowed to drive within 100 miles radius of the rental location Local renter are allowed to drive only 50 free miles per day Additional miles are in the range of $.59 up to .79/mile depending on the class of the car. Option to purchase unlimited miles are available before driving the car off the rental car lot Local renter should provide proof of Residency example past months Fully paid utility bills (Light Bill / Phone Bill / Valid apartment rental Agreement etc.) Proof of Employment (last months pay check stubs) Documents should be submitted 48 hours before the rental date Debit cards are not accepted from local renters. As part of your rental agreement with Priceless Car Rentals, all renters are required to provide a valid local contact number and a temporary U.S. address where they can be reached during the rental period. \nThis is necessary for: Emergency communications Insurance verification and claims follow-up Lost and found item handling Compliance with local and federal regulations \nPlease provide the following: Temporary U.S. Address (Hotel, Residence, etc.): Local U.S. Contact Number (Active during rental): Failure to provide accurate and verifiable contact details may result in delayed service, declined rental, or cancellation of the agreement. \nThis information is kept secure and used solely for rental-related communication.

WHAT IS THE SECUTIRY DEPOSIT POLICY?
The security deposit is the amount collected in addition to the total rental amount on the Rental Agreement. Renter is required to pay an additional $500 - $1000 deposit for every rental / every time. This security deposit cannot be used towards the rental. Security deposit is returned back to renters credit card when the rental car is returned after deducting any additional charges and incidental if any. It takes 5-15 business days depending on the speed of the brank for the funds to appear as a credit on the credit card on file which was used to pay for the rental.\nSecurity deposits can be used towards the incidentials that are determined at the time of the return for example:\nLate Return Fee\nDiscrepancy in Fuel returned\nAfter Hours Drop off Charges \nDeductible on Insurance\nETC.
WHAT IS THE DEBIT CARD POLICY?
Debit Card is accepted only from the renters having a valid Boarding Pass and return airline ticket that matches the rental dates. There is a one time non refundable fee of $75 assessed at the time of the rental. Renters can only rent 4 door sedans on a debit cards. Security deposit will be $500 up to $1000 depending on the length of the rental and class of cars. It usually take up to 15 days for refunds.
