Great prices and easy communication!

Horrible experience. Advertised as located in the terminal but it’s not. Waited an hour to be picked up. Then couldn’t get a return ride to the airport after dropping off the vehicle .

This was by far my worst rental experience. He rented us a car that already has a dent. He also changed the price of the rental when we got there. He forced us to take out his warranty and held 1,000 on both vans we rented. We turned the car on Full and he complained and said the van could go past full. I would never rent with priceless again.

Nice staff but very disorganized. Their office is OFF- SITE (not at airport), and there are no signs to inform customers where to wait for shuttle. On the reservation, it shows that car rental is on-site but it’s not. The price of rental was reasonable. Never received a receipt after car was returned. If you send an email it will not get answered. reputable car rental company.

I forget his name, but the gentleman who picked us up and took us back to the airport was very friendly and helpful.

When was picked up to go to rental car agencies we had a small car pick us up after waiting a really long time for them to get us. We had to stack our suitcases on our lap because the car was to small. The car we received was really small and was not your average compact or economy car. They charged extra fee for insurance that was not stated whe

Only negative I can say it just the gas wasn’t filled when we received the rental and the car was in Japanese making it hard to connect to Bluetooth.

The pickup process was not good. They knew our flight arrival time, but had no representative at the airport. An airport security person told us twice they had called but apparently they had not. When I finally reached Priceless we were picked up and taken to the off-site facility. The family owners are extremely nice people. The car was not ae squealing sounds and was difficult to drive. Overall experience was stressful.

Owner’s daughter has been wonderful and super helpful throughout my whole rental process, dealing with all of my extensions and picking me up from airport. 10/10! Highly recommend!

Great customer service.

Very difficult to find information to be picked up at airport. The car we rented wasn't available and out of delay and heat (and with family) we took what was available. The speedometer was broken, the steering wheel was upside down, the door handle was broken and the A/C barely worked. The car was also quite dirty. Staff was friendly but the car

The price put on Expedia is 447$CAD but we got charged more than 600$CAD.
