The experience started off a little shaky. There were a couple bumps in the road and errors made, however the staffs willingness to adjust and take care of the errors that were created showed exceptional customer service. It was a last-minute rental and they happen to have the best price so overall it was a very good experience.

This was the worst experience of my life. Customer service was incompetent. I would NEVER!! rent from here again nor would I recommend this place to anyone.

We rented 2 vans. For first can we were over charged fromthe quote we were given. The van had 100k miles on it. Seats and arm rests were ripping. Second van was good but the under seat storage was extremely dirty. The guy at the desk was really nice but he was just a 3rd party.

Hi,I would like to know what’s going on? You are still continuing overcharging again and again our credit card. You charged again my wife credit card of $413.98 Expedia charged my credit card the day of the pickup $425.21 My normal bill should be only : $538.41 (find the receipt below from Expedia). And You took $2,300 as a deposit. This car r(for 4 weeks) instead of only $538.41 I am really disappointed about your company and the business with you! If you don’t refund me my money right away. I have all evidence that you are doing a fraud of my credit card and I will hire as soon as possible a lawyer to take care of this issue.

The lady who took care of us was very nice. The tires on the car were bald, two with the cords showing and we could barely stay on the road when it began to rain. I trustied Orbitz to give us a car rental company who cares about its customers. When I tried to call to replace the tires 4 days went by while YOU negotiated the price and whether you e. I will never, never recommend this Priceless company.

The customer service representative was rude, abusive andthreatening. She was more interested in checking the social status on her three cell phones. She insisted I did notpurchase additional insurance (she was proven incorrect) and refused to resolve the issue. These statements can beverified by a video.
