Car had traction control issues and connection of phone to usb to play music was spotty but great gas mileage and Trish was great with helping us process picking it up and getting our deposit back afterwards

No Air conditioning, Car was so loud like it needed a muffler. Had to check in remotely with an associate in Dover, NJ as the associate at Jersey City location went home sick. This took over a hour to do as the associate had me on hold forquite sometime and the remote process was less than ideal. It is hard to read a contract on your phone nonetheless initiuppose to initial was on top of the text from the contract.Was a overall horrib

The people I dealt with in person were not friendly, helpful or informative. I was told that my receipt would be emailed to me. It never was. I called Priceless and spoke with Trish. She was very helpful and friendly. The car smelled of cigarette smoke. The air conditioner did not work. Upon reviewing my bill there was a charge I believe is incoied with the overall experience.

There was no rental counter, had to call a number, who took all details, and said pick up keys from a storec.. (tiger mart) They forced me to get supplementary liability insurance, and said i had to buy that else they couldn’t rentme the car.

There is no front desk at the pickup location or anyone working there. Check-in process is sketchy and done via the phone - no assurance that someone isn't stealing my information that I gave them over the phone. Cost of car was more than what Expedia quoted me. No process to check out and mark the damage of the car before renting it so wheI did the damage that was there prior to me picking up the car.

Car was crashed and extremely dirty, I had to clean it myself because odor was unbearably strong. Rest was fine. when I returned they didn’t even remember about the crash it had, and the man complained about a couple of empty chips packages by saying it was “dirty” how funny it’s that !!! I had to spent 20 dollars on alcohol wipes to clean anyways, car did the function for what I rented .

Vehicle had a dashboard light when picked up. Tried to add air to the tires and still didn’t go away. Also the credit card hold is entirely too long. I was told there would be a “$500” hold and that it would be released in 4 days. It’s 4 days later and the $561 hold is still on there.

The car was not available for time booked. The agent called Angel at the garage was unhelpful and initially said I could not have a car. The EZPASS I paid for was not in thecar causing problems with NJ Turnpike Authority and meaning I paid for each toll. There were warning lights on in the car Angel said to ignore. The car was dirty outside. Tri EZPASS missing. The deposit of almost $350 was taken, itwas too large and not necessary; still waiting for returnof deposit.. All in all it was a stressful experience andrent a Wreck is a good name. But rent a Wreck with crap Customer Service would be more appropriate. Bye.

Customer service is good. Easy transaction. But the car needed maintenance, was dusty inside and very dirty on theoutside.. i spent $25 cleaning it.

Woman from the Delaware office was super helpful and madesure the process went smooth. The men at the rental location at the gas station were not friendly and really didn’tseem like they wanted to help. Rosalyn from the office was the best! So nice and accommodating

Really bad experience and I'm never gonna rent from there again. The car was awfully dirty and I have sent the pictures to the company. The people who work on the site are anything but professional and the whole thing was very sketchy.
