I have a close to an 850 credit score. I was asked to pay another roughly $50.00 based on perceived lack of coverage ofmy insurance. I have never had that happen at any of the majors, So I will never ever rent from priceless again. What might you do?

had to return first vehicle due to unbearable lingering smoke smell in car; second offered vehicle had almost 100,000 miles but had no choice to reject as I had a meeting to be at. It was also very not really clean. wiped down the dashboard myself not knowing if it had ever seen a cleaning rag. will never rent from this company again - location was fine and attendant was helpful but could not assist more due to managing done over the phone.

I'm still in shock by not only the vechicle condition and type and the service provided. Asking for pictures of ID and credit cards is not PCI at all. Further more i was charged for an ezpass that was not in the car. The attendant filled out the damage report without me present and just handed it to me. you should not be in business and I will bereporting you to American Express Travel as a vendor they should cut ties with.

Car wasn't clean, it had just been turned in and was rentedright back out to me at regular rate, other than that everything was fine
