Priceless car rental is located in the iconic North Hollywood, CA,  just a couple miles from the Bob Hope Airport (BUR) and we are happy to service both airport and local customers with great, affordable rental cars.
 
For our incoming BUR Airport customers: On arrival, call 818-240-3710 to alert our shuttle that you have arrived.  Pick up area is outside next to the door marked baggage claim.  Our shuttle driver will call or text you when we are on the way to coordinate pick up.

This company did not exist. We took an uber to find the car lot behind a fence, no cars, windows boarded. No one responded to our texts or calls. WORST EXPERIENCE WITH CAR RENTAL EVER. The ad said “Late model Mazda or comparable”. I was told I could not rent without buying the company’s insurance which I have never been forced to do. I was able to negotiate down from $15 a day to $9 a day. I was forced to put a $250 deposit fir the car. Another first. The first vehicle was taken from another prospective renter. It was a near 20odometer had over 229,000 miles, I was told it has a new engine. The Pathfinder had a crack across half the windshield, had many scratches and the rear bumper was coming detached. I called later and said I wanted to swap. The next vehicle was a 10 year old Ford Explorer with “only” 121,000+ miles on the odometer. At least it was in better condition. Upon returning the second car on Nov 2, I asked for a credit receipt that for $250. I was told the fine print said refund “within 7-9 days”. Haven’t not seen a crediton December 9, I called to check. This company is a fraudulent scam. They charged my credit card upfront when I made the reservation months in advance,but when I arrived at the airport and called for the shuttle, they said that they did not have any cars available and they were going to call me if they were able to get a car for me. I never received a call back from them and had tmy money back that they had charged in advance.

If I could give a zero got all I would. It was such bad business, I never received my car after I paid in full for the entire 10 days. I was going to be late and I contactedthe company. The guy never answered and after calling for3 hours he said he didn’t have any cars and he might havea car later or the next day. How do you take money and gualogs and text to back up my complaints.

I called for over an hour to try to get picked up to start my vacation. No answer. No voicemail nothing. Had to rent a different car on the spot. Will never use your companyagain. Very disappointed.

Utterly and completely DISAPPOINTED!! My first time renting a vehicle. I had such high hopes. After flying across the country, I was ready to pick up my rental, only to findthat they had NO car available to me! Forcing me to pay $155 for a taxi!!😡 I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Priceless Burbank is a scam that looks like they stole a car and tried to give it to me for rent after waiting over an hour to just get the car. The car was damaged and dirtyupon arrival.

Priceless Car Rental is not a reliable business. We called them to notify them that our flight was late. They didnot care. We went back the next day and no one was available in person or by phone. We never got a car or a refund.

I never received my car. Would call and no answer phone didn’t even ring ended up having to rent a car from Hertz.I was traveling to visit my sick brother and this was thelast thing I needed to worry about. I would love my moneyback. I will never recommend you!!!!!

this was the WORST car rental experience I have ever had, and I am working to get you REMOVED from Expedia . Upon arrival in Burbank, there was no answer for over 45 minutes, and no shuttle. I NEVER GOT THE CAR THAT I PREPAID FOR. Then I had to go pay double and rent elsewhere. I am horrified that you even sent a survey, as this is the worst e after multiple requests. Worst business ever.

I never received a car nor did I ever receive a call to inform.me of anything. I was lied to repeatedly by the management nor was I ever contacted for any refund. This is absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with .I had to go to another rental company to get a car. I sat at Burbank airport for over 3 hours waiting for a car that never camtil Tuesday to get another car which cost me another $250.00 and missed 2 days of appointments because of the incompetence of this rental company. Nor have I ever heard since my initial communication with the manager on Sunday the 9th of January 2022 from the company or that manager. I cannot expect to be compensated for the amount of money it hascost me though I definitely should be. You probably will not respond to this either and that is a great disappointment. When I arrived the gates were locked up. I called a different number on the sign, as the one listed on Orbitz did not work. There were no cars available. Bad neighborhood! It took Orbitz over 2 weeks to get a hold of them to refund my money. This is not a real car rental place but alooks shady! Beware! Orbitz should not do business with

My schedule to pickup my rental car was at 8 am! We waited over 40 mins, with multiple attempts to call the office and no one picked up any of my calls. So we left and went to bob hope enterprise instead!! So yeah, we would never get a car from there again.
