PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS
To reach our downtown location from the airport, please follow these steps:
Arrival at the Airport:
Once you have collected your luggage and cleared customs, proceed to the Ground Transportation area.
Transportation Options:
2. Taxi: Taxis are available at the Ground Transportation area. Provide the driver with our downtown address.
3. Ride-Sharing Services: Uber and Lyft services are available at the designated pick-up zones. Enter our downtown address into the app.
4. Public Transportation:
SkyTrain: Board the Canada Line Sky train to the waterfront station. From this station, our location is 5-10 mins by walk.

Drivers age and driving license requirements apply to additional drivers. The number of additional drivers is limited to the number of passenger seats in the vehicle rented. Request to add drivers is made upon pick up at the rental counter. Additional drivers should present the required license documents along with the main drivers for authorization at the time of pickup.

Please park your vehicle in the designated parking areas.
Drop your keys in the key drop box located next to the counter.
Kindly note that our shuttle service operates from 8 AM to 11 PM, and will not be available after hours.
The renter will be responsible for any damages that occur until we reopen.RENTAL COVERAGES
If renting a vehicle in the Luxury/Exotic category transferred coverage is not accepted. Inquire at
the counter for the rates for insurance,RENTAL RESTRICTIONS
Travel to or within any other state is strictly prohibited. Customers driving within other provinces and/or states will be charged 0.59 Cents extra km for every km driven during the rental.
Customers that fail to inform and clarify of travel will be penalized.FINANCIAL POLICIES
All major Credit Cards - VISA, Mastercard, AMERICAN EXPRESS, JCB, UnionPay, DISCOVER. For
debit card, or cash rentals please get in contact with our office for approval. We do not accept
Prepaid Cards.
Deposit: A minimum deposit amount of $500.00 will be held in your card at the time of the
rental. If under 25 you are required to keep a minimum deposit of $1500.00. For luxury cars
deposits can range from $2500.00 - $15000.00. At the time of pickup, a valid credit card with
enough funds in the name of the primary driver must be presented for pre-authorization/charge
of deposit. Deposit will be held against your credit card during the rental period as a guarantee
in the case of damage or theft of the vehicle. Once the vehicle is returned this deposit will be
released automatically and the bank/credit card company will process it in 3 to 7 business days.
Please note that this does not represent your total excess liability. For debit card, prepaid card,
cash deposits please get in contact with our office for approval.
Note:
In the case of failure to present a valid credit card or a lack of funds for car rental charges and
deposit, a car rental agent may refuse to release the vehicle. No funds paid will be reimbursed.
In the case of payment made by credit card not in the name of the main driver, the driver may
need to supplement evidentiary materials for scrutiny of payments or the car rental agent may
refuse to release the vehicle. No funds paid will be reimbursed.
If you have made a reservation you may pay on arrival however to make a reservation we will
need a credit card to guarantee your vehicle. There may be an authorization on your Credit Card
statement of USD$1.00
Prepaid reservations - if you have a prepaid reservation your Credit Card will be charged in
full/partially at the time you made your reservation. The Credit Card that you paid for your
reservation must be present at the time of pick up.
A prepaid reservation is a nonrefundable booking. If you do not pick up your rental when
scheduled your reservation will not be modified. If you do not pick up your rental when
scheduled your reservation will be canceled and you will not receive a refund or credit.
Please be advised that a no-show fee of 35% of the total will be charged to the Credit Card. If
the vehicle is not picked up you can avoid this fee by canceling your reservation through the
same website you made it, you cannot call or write to the local office to cancel. You can cancel
only through the website where the reservation was made at least 48 hours in advance of your
scheduled rental time.
For customer satisfaction Priceless will apply a refund for any of the reasons below after
verification;
- flight canceled and customer could not get to the rental location
- natural disaster prevented travel
- Illness prevented travel
- Death in the family prevented travel
- Jury duty prevented travel
- Priceless was unable to fulfill the customer reservation (example no vehicle available)
- Any action due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Please be advised that there will be a charge
of a handling fee for canceling. If a customer chooses to change the date of their
reservation the handling fee will be waived but may be subject to a rate adjustment. For
date change please contact 1 877 877 1400. To process a refund or if you have any
problems with your reservation please email us prior to your pick up.REFUELING POLICIES
Please make sure to note the gas level prior to pick up as you are expected to return with the same amount.RENTER QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum age to rent is 19 and maximum age is 75. If you are below 25 you will be subject to a
fee of CAD 20.00/day throughout the rental. (Under age deposit is minimum CAD1500.00)
Physical copy of the license is required. A Drivers License that is a class 5 or equivalent is
considered a valid license. A customer that does NOT have a Class 5 Drivers License or
equivalent will be charged a fee of 20.00/day USD. Certain categories require a class 5.OTHER POLICIES
- The vehicles tagged "or similar" are displayed with images of similar cars in the same category. Vehicle make, model and color are not guaranteed at pick-up. However, you are entitled to a vehicle with the same passenger and luggage capacity in the same category.
- Vehicles are held for one hour after reserved arrival time. When flight details are provided, we will hold vehicle for up to one hour after flight arrival. In the event of delays, you may call or e-mail us to advise of any changes in your pick up time.
