Arriving customers: We offer pick-up from Cancun International  Airport. A uniformed Millenium agent will arrange the shuttle to pick you up and drive you to our main office to collect your vehicle. Shuttles are blue with the Millenium logo. You can also call +52 (998) 234 6130 or (998) 457 8973 for additional pick up instructions.

Drop Off Charges: From Cancun Airport To Playa Del Carmen ( One Way ) $15 Usd; Playa To Cancun Aiport $15 Usd. 

For the other locations is Free

This company was absolutely horrible. They never showed up to pick us up at the airport. We called non stop since we had paid in advance and no one answered any of the phone numbers they had listed. Priceless is the worst car rental company, when I went topick up my rental they didn’t have it so they offered a old passenger van for one day they said, just while they get my original rental, they said they will call me a soon as they have the other car ready so I can do the switch, they never call me or answer the phone, I had to keep that ol they were going to check if they could do a partial refund, again never call me 😡

I was very disappointed when I reach to the location, Outside the airport I call for pick up. the car that I requested was not available, they give a 2008 Dodge van for my8 passenger and that’s not the car that I requested. the van was making a lot of noise tire pressure was low I have to return the car by downgrade to a different car ( 5 p he say no I can’t do anything about it. I think you guysshould not false advertise something.

Rep was over an hour late to scheduled pickup. Was unableto get in contact with rep for status of pickup. Vehicle was delivered to us practically on empty. Had to immediately drive to gas station a few hundred feet away. On drop day location wasn’t even open at 8am. Keys left at Cafenniowith barista. Definitely will not use Priceless again. T

It was the worst experience I had while traveling! We already had a paid reservation with Expedia (including insurance) and when we arrived it was like our reservation didn't matter, you wanted to charged us 6 times what we already paid just for insurance and a lot more for a deposit. All the transaction was fishy because they wanted us to pay in cas their minds. The car we received was in very bad conditions, all smashed and dirty. I won't be using your servicesagain and will tell everyone I know to not use it also!

Flight changed and was difficult to reach company as well as locate them by the airport. Could not find them and communication via phone was very difficult to arrange early pickup. Also long wait time to pick up and drop off vehicle.

The only reason I picked this car company is because it was cheap. I will never pick priceless again. trying to find this lot in another country was so difficult it was basically impossible. The person that answered the phone when I tried to call to ask where the lot was didnt speaks English and when I had a really nice local help me we walked inn’t find the lot. The address is not correct on the website and the phone number is useless. Will never be buying from priceless again

Liars ! I paid twice for the rent cause another insurance was asked by the agency in Cancun even if i took a total insurance pack with expedia when i booked. I am waiting for the refund of book with expedia cause i paid directly with the agency in cancun ! I will never recommand expedia and priceless and i will maid bad advertising ! Dishonnect a
