You charged me double for the car. I already paid for the rental with Expedia and you didn’t accept that payment and charged me over $200 when I went to pick up car. I had to pay you or be stranded without a car. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had and now can’t get a refund. I havereported this to Expedia.

Car was overbook. Priceless couldn't give me a car

The insurance was way more than anticipated the price online should show how much it costs for the car rental plus insurance so there isn't a additional $500 surprise.

If I could give it a 0 I would. First and worst car rental experience. Never pick up when I call the customer service line. They were never able to provide me with thecar that I had rented through Expedia and just took my money.

The total rental process was seamless and quick. Loud reswas amazing and very good at her job and took care of us very well. I will for sure rent from priceless on my next trip to cabo.

The battery died on the first car we had rented on the first morning after pickup. We contacted the local office and were delivered a new car but due to our location from airport we waited for about 90 minutes.

All the people we dealt with - Lulu, Iris and Gabriel were very friendly and helpful.

Nobody at office. Went in following morning and stated staff I don’t have reservation despite showing them documentation and text message. I will pursue this later. Good Luck

Good service and prompt pickup from airport terminal. Car was clean and the only problem was the brakes squeaked at times but worked fine.

Priceless is a scam. They were not open when we arrived. We tried to call them multiple times, the phone number went to a lady who said she does not work for a car company. Wetook a taxi to the location they were not open. We checked a day later they were still not open.

Total BS on the Insurance that I paid on Expedia and was recharged again at the rental booth. Siad the gas tank was not full and charged me another 10.00 US. Never again.

confusion on pickup from airport, did not have SUV as reserved, insurance prices way too high. After about 45 minutes, manager agreed to provide break on Insurance and waived fuel charge. Mgr Antonio assisted and Lourdes was at counter, was very helpful.

Staff was very helpful and friendly to deal with. Would rent with Priceless next visit to Cabo.

this place was a scam and joke. They tried to force me to buy their insurance for over $500 even though I had alreadypurchased insurance through Expedia online and had a copyof the policy. I refused to pick up the car wasn't going to spend another dime

My representative was great, however, when I received the charge on my credit card, Priceless is attempting to chargeme MORE than the agreed upon amount and that is not OK. If this is how Priceless does business, I will never recommend them to anyone. The charge is currently under investigation by my credit card company.

I was extremely disappointed in the price of insurance and shocked at my total bill.

Canceled my rented. Would like my credit for not using your car. If you want a different answer, credit my account back,
