There you will see our shuttle bus, a free service that will take you in comfort from the airport to our office. You must let us know in advance that you need this service by booking the correct pick-up times. Out of Hours Fee amounts will only be displayed in these Terms and Conditions if your pick-up time falls in the Out of Hours range and the service is available.

PAY LATER POLICYPrice qouted is for reservation only, actual rental cost may vary. Renters, please be prepared to pay total reservation cost, plus deposit and any additional coverages or upgrades at the time of rental.
PREPAID POLICYPrepaid reservations may be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to pickup, less a 5% processing fee. Within 48 hours of pickup, prepaid reservations are considered non cancellable.
ADDITIONAL DRIVER POLICYAdditional Drivers are allowed at 7 € per day per driver, minimum charge is 20€ maximum charge is 70€. Additional Drivers must meet all renter requirements. Maximum 3 Additional Drivers

If you return the vehicle outside ours normal operation hours, please make sure you know the procedure and the location of the key return box beforehand. Also, please keep in mind that you will remain liable for vehicle damage until the vehicle return is registered on the next working day.

You are not entitled to a refund if you return the vehicle early.
RENTAL COVERAGESBasic insurance with civil liability included if not indicated in the reservation. All risk insurance will be offered at counter desk.
DEDUCTIBLE/EXCESS AND COVERAGES
Deductible/Excess on Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) / Loss Damage Waiver (LDW) is from 800€ (regular cars) to 1100€ (luxury cars, +7 passengers vehicles).
Deductible/Excess can be lowered to 200€-500€. These amounts are applied if a waiver is included in the rates or purchased
You can lower the deductible by purchasing additional coverage products (from 9€-14€/day plus TAX).
If you drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs, use the rental vehicle in any other negligent or reckless way, or break the conditions set out in the Rental Agreement, all applicable insurance covers, waivers, etc., will be deemed void and you will be fully responsible for all damage to the vehicle, as well as loss of use and any other related costs.
Only authorized drivers registered on the Rental Agreement are allowed to drive the rental vehicle. Damage caused by unauthorized drivers is not covered.
Coverage does not apply and you are liable for all damages up to the full cost of the rental vehicle if the insurance company classifies the incident as a non-insurance case or as a violation of traffic rules.
Please note that the standard coverage products, if any are included in the rate or purchased, do not cover accessories, such as tires, windshields, locks, wheel caps, etc.
Damage to the roof and to the underneath of the vehicle are not covered by standard coverage.
Damage to the following items is not covered: chassis, engine, clutch, antenna, windows, rear-view mirrors, tires, interior
Damage caused by the following is not covered: any unforeseeable events, vandalism, uprisings, riots, civil unrest, natural disasters,
An empty battery is not covered.
Lost keys are not covered by standard coverage (key lost fee 300€).
Locking the keys in the rental vehicle is not covered (key lost fee 300€).
Loss of vehicle documents is not covered by standard coverage (document lost fee 300€).
Lost/damage license plates are not covered by standard coverage (license plates lost fee: 50€).
Taxi transfer after an accident is not covered.
You are not allowed to drive the vehicle on unauthorized or unpaved roads.
You are not allowed to drive the rental vehicle off-road.
Transporting hazardous goods and materials is not allowed.
If an incorrect type of fuel is put in the vehicle, it is forbidden to drive it. You will have to cover all rectification and repair costs related to incorrect fuel usage.
Towing fees are not covered.
Towing other vehicles or trailers of any kind is strictly forbidden.
It is strictly forbidden to use the rental vehicle in any kind of races or competitions.
It is strictly forbidden to use the rental vehicle for the purpose of attaining any kind of profit, gains, or rewards, such as hiring the vehicle out to third parties, carrying passengers for money, giving driving lessons, etc.
We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the vehicle after the end of the rental or in case of theft.
You are not allowed to cross the border in the rental vehicle to a country other than the country where you picked it up.
Unauthorized cross-border driving is subject to a penalty fee of 950€.
Please note that not only international One-Way rentals qualify as cross-bordering – crossing the border into another country or state and back while returning the rental vehicle to the original pick-up location is also considered cross-bordering.
Please note that if you pick up the rental vehicle earlier than indicated in the Rental Agreement, you may also have to return the vehicle earlier than initially requested. Please contact us directly for details.
Ferry Restrictions: You are not allowed to take the vehicle onto any ferries without written permit. Should you use a ferry and be in any kind of accident, you will be held responsible for all costs including repairs and repatriation of the vehicle. If you have purchased any Additional Cover, all coverage will be null and void if you choose to travel on a ferry. Balearic islands ferry crossing: 9 €/day (min.18 €, max.90 €) if permit granted.

The currency you will be charged in locally is Euro (EUR).
LOCAL DEPOSIT / PRE-AUTHORIZATION
We pre-authorize the security deposit amount of your rental vehicle on your credit or debit card. The deposit is an amount held on your credit card for security purposes. It will be released in full unless there are unexpected charges resulting from, for example, traffic fines, returning the car with missing fuel or in need of additional cleaning. Keep in mind that the deposit amount shown does not usually include the rental cost.
We will book a pre-authorization for the security deposit amount of your rental vehicle on your credit card. Please note that the security deposit may still be required even when you reduce the deductible to zero or to a lower level by purchasing additional insurance products.
A security deposit of EUR 200 is required.
Please note that the security deposit indicated here is an estimated amount. The exact deposit amount depends on various factors, like your rental time, length of rental, applicable waivers and fees, your place of residence and your exact rental location. This means that the actual deposit amount may occasionally differ from the standard deposit amount.
Credit and card deposits are accepted.
If you use a debit card to cover the deposit, the deposit amount is not blocked but charged from the account.
The deposit will be released from your credit card until 30 days after the end of your rental.
Prepaid card deposits are not accepted.
Checks are not accepted for deposit.
Cash deposits are not accepted.
All cards used must be in your name.
Fine processing fee: 45€ (each one)
Damage processing fee: 50€
Charge for not provide the accident report: 90€
REFUELING POLICIESFull to Full - You will pick up the car with a full tank of fuel and you should also return it with a full tank. Additional charges may apply if you do not return the car with a full tank.
If the vehicle is returned with less fuel in the tank than indicated in the Rental Document, you will have to pay a Refueling Fee and for the missing fuel upon returning the vehicle.
The Refueling Fee is EUR 30.00 plus the cost of missing fuel.
Please note that the fuel price per liter/per gallon charged may be higher than the price at local gas stations.
You and all Additional Drivers must present a full valid original Driver's License and the voucher or booking confirmation document when picking up the vehicle. If your Driver's License has multiple parts, you must present all of them. All requirements apply to both you and any Additional Drivers.
You and Additional Drivers must have held your Driver's License for a minimum of 2 full year(s).
An International Driving Permit is required in addition to a National Driver's License if the National Driver's License you or any of the Additional Drivers hold is not clearly identifiable as a Driver's License, e.g., it is in a non-Latin alphabet (e.g. Arabic, Chinese, Cyrillic, Japanese).
An International Driving Permit can be required from those whose National Driving License is not issued in the following countries/regions if their status is not tourist: EU, USA, Canada, Switzerland, Japan.
Residents of countries that cannot issue International Driving Permits may present an official translation of their National Driver's License.
You must present a local National Driver's License of the rental country if you've been in the rental country for longer than 6 months.
You must also present: Passport, Identification card of your country of residence, Proof of home address, Proof of address or a hotel reservation within the country of rental or, if the vehicle is rented on an island, on the same island.
Please note that it is your responsibility to make sure that you have all the necessary documentation, that your Driver's License is valid in your intended rental country and for your intended type of rental vehicle, and that you have the correct immigration documents. The same applies if you're planning to visit other countries in the rental vehicle. Your failure to do so will result in your rental being refused and/or considered a no-show and you will be charged accordingly.
Minimum age limit is 21 y.o. and minimum 2 years driving experience. Maximum age is 70 years old.
Please note that Young/Senior Driver fees will only be displayed correctly if you entered your age correctly in the search criteria. If you add Additional Drivers to your rental and any of them are considered Young/Senior Drivers, you may have to pay both an Additional Driver Fee and a Young/Senior Driver Fee.
Different driver age restrictions apply to different vehicle groups and these are applied automatically to all online rental searches. If you entered your correct age and the online search returned a specific vehicle group, you are eligible to rent it. Please note that other restrictions, for example on Driver's License acceptance, still apply.
A Young Driver Fee of EUR 8.00 per day applies to drivers aged 21-24 (max 80€)
A Young/Senior Driver Fee of EUR 8.00 per day applies to drivers aged 65-70 (max 80€).
OTHER POLICIESGRACE PERIOD
Your car will be held for you for a period of 2 hours after the booked pick-up time. If you are likely to be late, we advise that you contact the local car hire branch directly.
When returning your rental, a grace period of 2 hours between the agreed drop-off time and the actual time the vehicle is returned to the car hire branch will be applied. After this period has lapsed, an additional rental day may be charged (min 40€ + one day rent).
If you fail to pick up the vehicle at the booked time and date or notify us of cancellation before the rental is booked to start, this will be treated as a no-show. If you cannot pick up the vehicle due to insufficient documentation or because your credit card is not valid or accepted by the Supplier or does not hold sufficient funds to cover the deposit, this is also treated as a no-show.
Please keep in mind that fees may apply.
If the vehicle requires more than a usual cleaning, you will be subject to a special cleaning fee of 20€–95€.
Please note that it is strictly forbidden to smoke in the rental vehicle. A penalty fee (50€) will be charged for an odor removal service if you smoke in the vehicle.
Before reaching 2000 km, you have to return to the rental office for mandatory vehicle inspection. The inspection can only be conducted during the regular business hours of the rental office. If you do not carry out the mandatory inspection, you will be subject to a penalty fee of EUR 2.00 per km.
The lost keys penalty fee is 300€
The lost emergency triangle or jacket penalty fee is 90€
The cable charger lost/damage penalty fee is 570€ for Schuko and 750-1900€ for Mennekes
Loss of vehicle documents fee is 300€
Lost/damage license plates fee is 50€
