Rental Requirements and General Qualifications

Upon your arrival at William P. Hobby Airport (HOU):

- Give us a call at (713) 379-2390, and we’ll send our free shuttle to pick you up.
- Our shuttle will meet you at the baggage claim area and take you directly to your rental car at our nearby office.
- It’s a quick and easy process made to save you time.

Must meet qualifications as primary driver

After hours drop off, charges carries on till next business day

Must have COMP/COLL policy that transfers over to the rental vehicle while renting or purchasing CDW at the counter, and may carry deductibles, third party insurance only accepted with round trip flight
Renters under 25 must have COMP/COLL policy that transfers over to the rental vehicle while renting. Non-standard insurance companies are not accepted

$350.00 min* deposit plus rental cost is required, Bank Debit Cards only accepted with round trip flight itinerary that match duration of rental, one way flights are not accepted. Local residents must provide utility bill "Electric, Gas, Water" must be within the last 30 days, not past due, name and address must match the renters' drivers license.

Pre-Paid Debit Cards/Prepaid Credit Cards, such as Chime, Valero etc. are not Accepted!
*Debit card deposit may vary from $350-$1,000. limited to Compact, Economy, Full size, or Minivans.

GAS MATCH POLICY FULL-FULL

A valid U.S. Driver’s License is required.
International Driver’s Licenses must be in English and accompanied by a passport (Canada excluded).
Temporary or restricted driver’s licenses are not accepted.
International renters with an International Driver’s License may be required to purchase optional protection products
Minimum age to rent is 21.
Renters aged 18–21 are only permitted as insurance replacement rentals with proper authorization from the insurance company and will be subject to an underage fee.

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING USING TOLLWAYS:
All of our rental cars are equipped with EZPASS/IPASS stickers, Renters are NOT permitted to use their own toll pass transponder or pay for tolls on their own. we provide the option of Unlimited Toll option for $15/day or $5/toll incurred plus the toll cost incurred.
We implemented this policy to eliminate Toll violations and save you money on missed tolls. please note you will only get changed if you use the tollways, if you avoid using the tollways there will be not charge to you!
