Rental Requirements and General Qualifications

The rental counter is located across the street from Terminal 1, right next to the Multi-Storey garage, about a 3-minute walk from the arrivals terminal.

Additional Driver Fee: 9 Euros Per day / minimum 36 Euros / Maximum 63 Euros

Out of hours service is available for an additional charge of EUR 36 per service. Call location for details.

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
It is included in your rental amount.
Collision damage waiver reduces the customer’s damage responsibility to the excess/deductible amount.
The excess amount for CDW depends on the vehicle groups:
The maximum excess amount for mini (4-5 door) vehicle groups is EUR 700.
The maximum excess amount for economy (4-5 door, manual) vehicle groups is EUR 700.
The maximum excess amount for economy (4-5 door, automatic) and compact (4-5 door, manual) vehicle groups is EUR 800.
The maximum excess amount for compact (4-5 door, automatic) vehicle groups is EUR 900.
The maximum excess amount for intermediate (4-5 door, manual) and intermediate Van groups is EUR 1200.
The maximum excess amount for standard (4-5 door, automatic) vehicle groups is EUR 1000.
The maximum excess amount for intermediate SUV and premium limousine/sedan groups is EUR 1200.
The maximum excess amount for luxury (4-5 door) vehicle groups is EUR 2400.
The maximum excess amount for premium SUV groups is EUR 3600.

Insurance Coverage

Theft Waiver (THW)
It is included in your rental amount.
It reduces the client's financial responsibility for loss or theft to the vehicle to the sum of the deductible.
The excess amount for THW depends on the vehicle groups:
The maximum excess amount for mini (4-5 door) vehicle groups is EUR 700.
The maximum excess amount for economy (4-5 door, manual) vehicle groups is EUR 700.
The maximum excess amount for economy (4-5 door, automatic) and compact (4-5 door, manual) vehicle groups is EUR 800.
The maximum excess amount for compact (4-5 door, automatic) vehicle groups is EUR 900.
The maximum excess amount for intermediate (4-5 door, manual) and intermediate Van groups is EUR 1200.
The maximum excess amount for standard (4-5 door, automatic) vehicle groups is EUR 1000.
The maximum excess amount for intermediate SUV and premium limousine/sedan groups is EUR 1200.
The maximum excess amount for luxury (4-5 door) vehicle groups is EUR 2400.
The maximum excess amount for premium SUV groups is EUR 3600. For every basic insurance, Medium (scdw), Premium (pcdw) they must have police report if something happened. Also, every insurance does not include Tires, Glass, parts under the vehicle, the interior of the vehicle.

Cross Border Travel
Cross border travel is allowed with prior written approval from the rental desk except Kosovo, Albania and Ukraine.
Cross border fee is 48 Euros per rental.
If client go to North Macedonia they must have green card for the vehicle. The green card fee is 30 Euros.
If the client goes beyond the limits and does not notify the rental company, the client will pay additional costs and he/she alone is responsible for all possible damages.
The minimum driver’s age is 21 years and the maximum driver’s age is 70 years.
For Standard, Luxury and Premium cars driver must have minimum 27 years and five years valid driver
licensed.
Young Driver Fee is 10 Euros per day.

All major credit cards are accepted.
A refundable deposit varying from EUR 500 to EUR 3600 depending on the vehicle groups will be held from the credit card until the car is returned.

The vehicle will be supplied with a full tank of fuel and must be returned full. Otherwise, a refueling fee will be charged on your return. Fuel charges are payable at the rental desk unless otherwise stated. Supplier's fuel policy change from time to time, please confirm at rental counter.
Please Note: The vehicle must be refueled within 10 km to 12 km of the return station and the renter must present the receipt from the petrol station to confirm that the vehicle is returned with the same fuel tank.

Driver must present a full and valid driving license which has been held for a minimum of 2 years with no major endorsements. Also, a valid ID card or Passport would be required at time of pick up.
Domestic driving license issued in the US, Canada and Australia is accepted without an international driving license.
An International Driver’s License (IDL) or a certified translation is mandatory is the driver’s license is not in English/Roman alphabet. International driver license or a certified translation must be accompanied by the original domestic license of the driver.
The minimum driver’s age is 21 years and the maximum driver’s age is 70 years.
- Young Driver Fee: 12 Euros per day / Maximum 84 Euros
For Standard, Luxury and Premium cars driver must have minimum 27 years and five years valid driver licensed.

Delivery and collection service for Belgrade is available for an additional charge of EUR 36 per way.
Grace Period:1 hour grace period from the schedule time of pickup is allowed. If the customer comes to pick the vehicle after the grace period the booking will be considered as "No-show".
For late return: 1 hour grace period is for returning vehicles. If the customer comes to return the vehicle after the grace period then additional one day rental will apply.
