PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS
After arriving at BFL Airport and collecting your luggage, exit through the baggage claim doors. To your right, you’ll find a large red “Rental Return” sign. Wait at this location for the shuttle, which typically arrives within 2 to 8 minutes. Once you’re at the sign, call 661-843-7866 to request a shuttle. The shuttle will provide a short ride to the Priceless location.
The Priceless shuttle operates during business hours:

Prepaid Reservation Terms and Conditions: Your card will be charged for the total cost of this reservation $ when you reserve your car. The credit/debit card used to reserve the pay now rate must be in the renter's name and must be provided to Rent-A-Wreck at the time of rental. The name on the credit card must match the driver's name. At the time of rental, you MUST produce the same credit card you paid online and valid driver's license in your name. Your card will be charged for the total cost of this reservation $ when you reserve your car. The security deposit for the vehicle will be charged when you pick up the vehicle. PREPAID debit cards are not accepted at all locations, be sure to check with the location. We gladly accept bank issued debit cards. The fee for an additional driver ranges from $5 to $32 per day, depending on the terms of the rental. However, this fee is waived for spouses with the same last name and address on their driver's license and insurance.AFTER HOURS RETURN
Early or Late Drop-Off Instructions for Meadow Field Airport (Fly-In Customers Only):
If your flight departs outside of our business hours, you can leave your rental car at the Meadow Field Airport "long term" parking lot. Detailed instructions will be sent to you via text message before your scheduled drop-off.

The vehicle must be fully covered, either by the renter’s own insurance policy (declaration page should be sent to our email address: bakersfield@pricelesscarrental.com) or by a policy purchased through Priceless Car Rental.
CDW - Tier 1 - $25-$32 USD per day – (Optional when you have your own insurance)
RSA - Tier 1 - 6.99 USD per day – Optional
The renter, additional renters, or authorized additional drivers are fully liable for any loss or damage to the rental vehicle, even if someone else caused it or the cause is unknown, whether due to theft, fire, hail, flood, collision, vandalism, or any other cause, subject to any limitations imposed by the law where the vehicle is rented. This liability will not exceed the full value of the vehicle, plus; actual towing and storage charges; loss of use; diminution in value (regardless of whether the vehicle is repaired), a reasonable administrative fee, pro-rata license fees, all rental charges through the date you report the incident if not returnable or the contract return date, whichever is later, and any other out-of-pocket expenses incurred by Priceless as a result of the loss or damage to the vehicle.
The renter and or any additional renter and or authorized additional driver (and the respective insurance companies of each) is primarily responsible for all third party claims of personal injury, including death, and property damage caused or arising from the use and operation of the Priceless vehicle during the rental. If Priceless is required to provide primary coverage, it shall only be in an amount necessary to satisfy the minimum financial responsibility limits required by law. Where permitted, Priceless does not provide uninsured and underinsured motorist coverage. In those states where Priceless must provide such coverage, Priceless will only provide such coverage up to the minimum limits required by law.
All renters must have verifiable collision coverage for the rented vehicle. The most common method of providing collision coverage is through the renter’s personal or business auto insurance policy. Another common method to provide verifiable collision coverage is through the car rental damage benefits provided by a credit card issuer. When the renter's credit card does not provide rental car damage benefits because the vehicle is “excluded” the insurance verification process must be completed to confirm coverage for the rented vehicle including, but not limited to, renters insurance deductible not being over $500. Renters may choose to purchase the Collision Damage Waiver offered online if is not available at the location where you intend to rent the Priceless vehicle.
CDW Coverage Exclusions
• Driving Violations: Insurance and CDW waivers become void if you:
1. Drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
2. Operate the vehicle negligently, recklessly, or in violation of traffic laws.
3. Breach any terms of the rental agreement.
You will be fully responsible for all vehicle damage, loss of use, and any associated costs.
• Authorized Drivers Only: Only drivers listed in the Rental Agreement may operate the vehicle. Damage caused by unauthorized drivers is not covered.
• Excluded Damage: Standard coverage does not include damage to:
1. Roof and undercarriage.
2. Windows, windshield, tires, rims, or interior.
3. Side mirrors.
• Additional Exclusions: Standard coverage does not include:
1. Dead batteries.
2. Flat tires.
3. Running out of fuel.
4. Lost keys, fobs, vehicle documents, or license plates.
5. Towing fees.
• Road Use Restrictions: Driving on unauthorized, unpaved, or off-road surfaces is prohibited.
• Fuel Usage Responsibility: Repairs due to incorrect fuel usage are your responsibility.
• Incident Reporting: In the event of an accident, you must provide Priceless Car Rental with an official incident report from law enforcement—no exceptions.
• Personal Belongings: Priceless Car Rental is not responsible for any personal items left in the vehicle or stolen.RENTAL RESTRICTIONS
Renters with a major credit card may travel to border states, including Nevada and Arizona. Local renters using debit cards are limited to traveling within California and Las Vegas, NV. Unlimited mileage is offered exclusively to renters arriving by air. Local renters have a mileage allowance of 2,500 miles per contract, with an extra charge of $0.79 per mile beyond this limit. Traveling to other states - Renters mileage allowance = 150 miles per day ($0.79 for each additional mile).FINANCIAL POLICIES

To qualify to rent a Priceless vehicle, the renter, additional renter, or authorized additional driver must present at the time of rental a payment card Major Credit Card or Bank Issued Debit Card) in each individual’s own name with the required available funds. The name and signature on the driver’s license and payment card must be the same. Eligible payment cards are American Express, Discover, MasterCard or Visa. (Priceless does not accept the small “key ring” payment cards issued by these companies.)
A. Major Credit Card User – Quickest Rental Process:
The quickest way to complete the rental process is to present your driver’s license and credit card at the beginning of the rental. Bank Issued Debit cards are also accepted, but require a potentially lengthy insurance verification when presented for deposit purposes at the beginning of the rental process.
When a renter, additional renter, or authorized additional driver presents an eligible credit card at the beginning of the rental to qualify to rent, Priceless will perform a review of the credit card issuer’s rental car damage benefits and advise the customer of the card issuer’s damage coverage on the type of vehicle chosen. Most credit card coverage will pay a claim only after the renter’s personal or business insurance has been used. Each credit card issuer has different vehicle exclusions and you should call the card issuer with questions about vehicle coverage. An alternative source of card issuer rental car damage benefits information can be found at http://www.cardhub.com/edu/rental-car-insurance-credit-card-study/. When the renters credit card does not provide rental car damage benefits because the vehicle is “excluded” the insurance verification process must be completed to confirm coverage for the rented vehicle. Renters using the credit card quick rental process may also choose to purchase the optional Priceless Collision Damage Waiver (CDW). At the beginning of the rental, a charge will be secured on the credit card provided, to cover all estimated charges of the rental, plus an additional security deposit amount between $200-$1000. These funds will not be available for your use until after you return the vehicle and your bank releases the funds.
B. Bank Issued Debit Card User - Insurance Verification.
For fly in customers: Round trip ticket from meadow fields airport is required.
When a renter, additional renter, or authorized additional driver presents an eligible checking account debit card at the beginning of the rental to qualify to rent, Priceless will perform an insurance verification with the customer’s personal or business auto insurance carrier to verify that the insurance policy has been prepaid for a minimum of 30 days from the date of the rental and will provide collision insurance benefits to cover the rented vehicle and does not have a deductible greater than $500. If the customer's auto insurance policy fails to provide collision insurance benefits for the Priceless vehicle, the rental agreement will not be processed unless the customer provides a major credit card with verifiable rental car damage coverage.
At the beginning of the rental, a charge will be secured on the credit card provided, to cover all estimated charges of the rental, plus an additional security deposit amount between $200-$1000. These funds will not be available for your use until after you return the vehicle and your bank releases the funds.
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. Security Deposit is $200.00-$1,000.00 in addition to the total rental amount. Credit card renters can take vehicles to states bordering California. Customers using a bank issued debit card are restricted to the state of California (additional conditions may apply). There is a $39.00 per contract fee when using a bank issued debit card. Bank Issued Debit cards customers when not providing full coverage insurance can select from COMPACT THRU STANDARD SIZE UNITS ONLY.
NOTE: ALL CARS ARE AUTOMATIC SHIFTS. MANUAL/STICK SHIFT CARS ARE NOT RENTED BY OUR COMPANY.REFUELING POLICIES
As a customer, you have three payment options for fuel:
Option 1 - Prepay Fuel: You can pay for a full tank of gas when you pick up the rental car and return it empty. However, please note that no refunds will be provided for any unused fuel.
Option 2 - We Refuel: With this option, you can return the vehicle without refueling, and Priceless Car Rental will refuel it for you. The cost per gallon will be higher than local fuel prices, and you will be charged for the amount of gas used but not replaced. $7 per gallon plus $10 refueling fee.
Option 3 - You Refuel: You can choose to return the car with the same amount of fuel it had when you received it, avoiding any additional fuel charges.RENTER QUALIFICATIONS
Drivers under 21 years old are not allowed to drive rental cars.
Renters aged 21-24 or over 75 will pay an additional fee of $25.00 per day.
International driver's licenses must be valid for at least 2 months from the rental date and must accompany a valid country license and return airline ticket.OTHER POLICIES
Other Fees:
• A cleaning fee of $350 will be charged for any trace of smoke odor, ashes, or trash of cigarettes or marijuana.
Cancellation 24 Hours Prior to Pick-up:
• If you cancel your reservation 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time and you've prepaid, you'll receive a refund minus a $50 processing fee.
Cancellation Within 24 Hours of Pick-up:
• If you cancel your reservation within 24 hours of the pickup time and you've prepaid, you'll receive a refund minus a $150 processing fee.
No Show Policy:
• Reservations are automatically charged for no-shows.
• If you don't show up for your reservation, you'll be charged as per the rental company's policy.
Late Pickup:
• If you arrive late for your pickup, the rental period starts at the original reservation time.
• This means you'll still be charged for the full rental period even if you arrive late.
Back-to-Back Reservations:
• Continuous online reservations without a 5-day gap between them are not permitted.
Extensions of Current Rental:
• Extensions of the current rental need to be done in person.
• There is a minimum fee of $30 per day for extending the rental, in addition to the original daily rate.
No Refunds for:
• Unused days: You won't receive a refund for days you didn't use the car.
• Extra gas: If you return the car with more gas than when you received it, you won't receive a refund for the excess gas.
• Early returns: You won't receive a refund for returning the car before the scheduled return date.
Extension/Renewal Policy:
• Any extensions or renewals of the rental must be done at least 24 hours before the scheduled return date and time.
Delinquent Rentals:
• Delinquent rentals that are not paid in advance will be billed at 3 times the daily rate.
• Delinquent rental recovery can incur fees ranging from $500 up to $10,000, which includes various costs like tracking, personnel, document processing, reporting, and collection fees.
