Renter QualificationsValid US or International drivers' license must be provided at time of pick up. International license must accompany valid country license and passport, all with matching names. Based on the date if the entry stamp, International renters will be allowed to rent a vehicle for up to 14 days. Minimum age to rent is 18. Renters ages 18-24 pay an underage fee of $25.00 per day. Please be sure to have a copy of your insurance declaration page with you at the time of rental. Vehicle must be fully covered with proof of insurance shown at the time of rental, whether by renter's own policy, or by a CDW purchased at the store. Cars must be returned with the same amount of gas as when they were first rented, or the customer will pay $6.50 per additional gallon. Vehicles are only permitted to be driven in the state of Florida. Extra hour rate is $5.00 per hour, and extra day rate varies from $40.00-$150.00 per day. Please note these fees are subject to change at any time and will also vary on car class, season, and other rental requirements.

INSTRUCTIONS
For your convenience, we offer you a VIP service which has a cost of USD 150.00 + taxes, to return outside of our Service Hours at the Airport. We will send you the instructions for the return of the car within:

At the DEPARTURES level and after locating your departure airline on your left you will find the entrances to the parking lots, enter through the ticket office identified with the SUNPASS Logo, this ticket office will give you access to the parking lot.
If this fails, just take the ticket from the machine.
It is particularly important to follow these steps:
1- You must leave the keys, parking tickets and GPS in the front glove compartment.
2- Vehicle UNLOCKED
3- You must take a picture of SPOT where you park the vehicle
4- You must take a picture of the floor number in the rows
5- Take photos or a 360-degree video of your car to document its condition when you drop it off, including the fuel gauge and odometer

To rent a vehicle, coverage is mandatory. Customers must meet the physical damage requirement using one of the following options:

*Vehicles can only be driven within the state of Florida. Vehicles that leave the state of Florida will be charged a penalty of $1000, the towing fee to return the car to our branch, plus the total cost of the rental.
Restrictions: It is prohibited to use the vehicle to provide transportation network services (I.E., Uber or Lyft), food or delivery services (I.E., Uber Eats, Postmates, Instacart), or for any other commercial purpose.FINANCIAL POLICIES
We accept many methods of payment, such as credit cards like Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Please note that the primary renter must be the cardholder and must present a valid card at the counter. We do NOT accept cash, checks, prepaid cards, or gift cards as methods of payment. Please note: Payments with a credit card may require the credit card PIN.
The deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card for 10 to 15 business days after the end of the rental period.
Customers who fail to cancel their reservation at least 48 hours prior to pick up time, fail to show up for the reservation, or do not qualify for the rental will not be refunded. All cancellations must be through the original booking source.
UNUSED RENTAL DAYS. Should the renter decide to return the vehicle to our branch earlier than originally planned, we shall NOT refund or prorate for unused rental days.REFUELING POLICIES
FUEL POLICY. All cars must be returned with the same gas tank level that was received at pickup on a "Same-to-Same basis.” If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, the refueling charges will be payable at return or deducted from the deposit.
For your convenience, the fuel tank can be purchased at the start of the rental at the national pump prices.
- If you do not purchase the Prepaid Fuel in advance and return the vehicle with less fuel than when rented, there will be a $12.99 charge per gallon.
*No refunds for any unused fuel at the end of the rental.RENTER QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee from $25 plus tax per day applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 74 years.
A senior driver fee from $25 plus tax per day applies to drivers aged 70 and above.
To pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit or debit card on a main driver's name, customers from outside of the US may be asked to show a Passport or ID card.OTHER POLICIES

You authorize us to: process separate payment card charges in your name for all amounts due us, including parking tickets, red light tickets plus administrative fee up to $150.00, also for the repair of the damage to our vehicle (if any).
