My experience with making the reservation wasn’t good. Ireceived emails with instructions that didn’t have correct grammar and left me confused. It would be better to have it automated on a website rather than through email. Getting in touch with someone at the office involved a few phone calls. Once I was able to pick up my car, though, eveon the interior. I’d recommend Priceless if someone wanted to save money on a rental, though

We did not use this car due to the poor and dangerous condition of it. No wipers, grooves or tires flat, filthy in general. We will definitely NOT reserve or use priceless or rentawreck ever again.

The only issue I had was not knowing the correct procedure to report car issues upon return. For example, the car I rented had power steering issues. Also I had no option of bright / dim lights. They were only dim. I tried to report this upon return but the lady in the booth said she was not affiliated with Priceless.

I don’t like that I’m still having mysterious toll charges come out my bank 1 and 2 weeks later, I got on the parkway once and paid $7 CASH! Why are you guys charging me a second time for it??? Then I got charged a toll for road that isn’t a toll road at all 2 weeks after very scam likely !!!
