It was a pleasure renting from your place. there were no surprises when i got to the rental car. no additional documents to fill out. It was smooth and effortless. unlike car companies like enterprise who make you jump through hoops. My deposit was returned with in the 24 hours like I was told it would be. Not like enterprise where the take anywheres from 3 days to a month to return your deposit to you.100% awesome for everything.

My experience here was challenging on so many levels. I prepaid for a car and it took 2.5 hours for me to get it. I've already spoken to the owner and she is aware of the situation, but I would never rent from priceless again; even if they were $40 cheaper than everyone else.

I don't like cars with black interiors, especially rental cars. I am already not very familiar with the car and black makes it harder to see and find things in the car. The rental process was fairly easy and went very smoothly. Also, rental cars should have some kind of arrow on the dash so that the driver knows which side the gas cap is on. I would rentfrom them again if the need arose. I am not likely to recommend Priceless because no one is likely to ask me about a rental car.

The tone of Heather and Rhonda were a bit on the rough side. The way they answered the phone, no soft tone-brash and not very friendly. At first made me wonder if the whole transaction was legit. Particularly with everything beingdone over the phone and on line through Docu Sign. When your asking people for their treasured pieces of documents you may want to sound a little friendlier. A more customer service approach would ease customer apprehension.

It is hard to recommend Priceless outside of PHL. I had a bad experience in Newark.

The booking process was surprisingly tedious. Halfway through the booking process, I definitely regretted my decision to give you guys a try. When I arrived, I had to call you folks to get someone to pick me up. The text message did notcome to my phone until I was already on the shuttlebus, on my way to your lot. That was after waiting 15 minutes for the shuttlebus.
