There was not any shuttle pick up spot for priceless at the Airport for Priceless. I had to call customer service and they told me to get on the Executive Car rental bus. I missed the first bus because of this. Also your bus runs once every 40 minutes not once every 15 as advertised ontelephone recording.

I have rented from your company two other times and have been happy, but not this time. I paid for a luxury class car and received a base model Dodge Charger that was filthy and smelled horrible. I was then told that luxury reflects the size not the interior, and that is all they had atthe time. So pretty much the car I rented was not available but I still paid for the “luxury” price. I rent this class with other companies and always get a nice car with leather and upgrades. Very disappointing

I had a blow on the front tire there was no spar tire i had to buy a tire they reimburse me any of the money for the car not clean when i pick it up i was a very bad experience for me and my family

Car was old and had leftover trash in car. The tires were not in good shape and we had a flat tire on road. 47,000 miles on car. We waited 30 minutes at airport for pickup.

Customer service was excellent! Just took a while. The inside of the car was clean, however the outside had a noticeable amount of debris on it. The tires on the vehicle definitely needed replacement as they were nearly bald (seriously, the tiniest amount of tread was left), the vehicle needs to have the alignment looked at as it pulled much more to the right than what I'm used to, finally the car needs to have the gas cap sensor looked at (it constantly kept going off after closing it).

The shuttle experience was the worst. At the beginning wewaited 45 mins. Then at the end of our trip, A young European man driving sat on his phone talking the entire time.No surprise - He accidently took all of us to the wrong terminal! Then he sat talking (definately girlfriend or mom) not helping elders, with luggage. Never moved! No tip for you! He needs to be FIRED. High point was, Devron checking my car back in. He was the nicest guy I'd met in Michigan. Thanked me, told me my hair was pretty and took care of my car. The car was way too big for me but we got in late and the lines were backed up so I couldn't switch. I could barely reach the pedals plus no electric seat controls.

Due to a delay on Delta airline, my PREPAID reservation wascancelled. I did try to call and could not get through; I was instructed by the recording to use email, but I did not have access in the airport. I could not find any indication of this cancellation policy in the rental agreement on the web site. I walked about a mile over to Alamo and rented a carfrom them. I will never use Priceless again, and I have told the same to as many people as I can.

The car we rented had expired plates. There was a $250 *deposit* that was still charged on my card even though I prepaid. It was returned to me, but was still an unforeseen expense that was not disclosed upfront. Otherwise, the people were helpful, & friendly. I took care of everything online and was glad I had the emailed receipt because they weren’t able to find my reservation in the computer withoutit.

The Jeep I was given was ok. The antenna was broken. So, I had no radio the entire time I had my rental. I would havethought I'd get a discount for my inconvenience. Or maybea slight discount on my future rental next year. I was also unable to pair my phone. That was difficult consideringall of the driving I had to do while in Michigan. I will say the staff was fantastic. I will be renting from you again. Excellent prices and customer service!

The shuttle driver told us you were out of cars and go to Budget. There was at least 4 people there waiting for a car.I called Priceless but was on hold for over an hour and by that time I had already rented another car. I finally got someone on the phone once I was in my Budget car and the Priceless person said you had my car because I reserved a luxury. So I paid twice as much for a Ford Focus. Not a good experience.

Could not find my reservation on arrival. Had to create a new one and could not match the rate originally reserved. Returned car one day early and was not given a refund or creditfor the day. Overall, extremely poor service and will not consider for future rentals.

The vehicle in question was suitable for our need. You can tell it was a quick turn around vehicle as we found napkins between the front seats and console. Of course Pure Michigan roads, especially I-94 are less than vehicle friendly but the vehicle we recieved had a very noticeable shake in the steering wheel and a vibration at speed indicating some sort of issue. Upon checking the vehicle in, the vehicle again was prepped for a quick turnaround and we were unable to report that required maintenance was required. The Staff was very friendly and helpful, and customer service was great. All in all we had a good experience with the company but i would like to suggest that they amend their check in policy to include questioning regarding potential vehicle issues.

I was told that the bus comes by every 15 minutes and I waited over 45 minutes. The car was not very clean on the inside as the passenger side floor board was dirty. Except for those 2 issues I was satisfied. Great price and car was fine.

Took free upgrade to the Caravan. It rode like a buckboard. Checked tire pressures, found the fronts to be at 40 psi,rears at 45 psi. Set to spec of 36psi frt and rear. It then rode the way it was supposed to. Shame on you.
