was quoted an additional day,accepted,then told higher price upon return.tried to reach a supervisor,was told someonewill call 24- 48hrs,nothing.Never again,very dishonest business where the customer is NEVER right.

If I can rate this place a Zero I would. I always have issues renting from this company. The last time I went therenobody was at the counter to assist me. I waited over an hour still no one came. My time is valuable so I decided to leave and rent from another rental car facility.

the tires had a lot of miles on them. not good for driving in snow, also the windshield washer fluid was low, I had tofill it myself.

The car we were given was not the car we were told we were going to get. This car was not very clean. Soon after weleft rental place I noticed the tpm light was on. I had to return to the rental place to have air put in tires. Theservice guy was good about taking care of it, but fact remains I should not have to dealt with that. Otherwise I was happy with price and your people were cordial. You were understaffed when we brought car back and the wait for a van to airport was longer than it should have been

I read reviews of priceless online, I was a bit skeptical,Most of them were horrible reviews. Not getting deposits back and poor customer service. When I rented car, gave choice of charger or journey. I chose journey as I have had 3 chargers for rentals this year alone. As far as car, I rent enough to know that they are built as rentals, not same car find on new car lot. No difference between any rental car. Soas far as my experience it was outstanding, both car and service. Thanks

They did not accept the insurance from my Visa, nor from Allianz and overcharged me $59.98 for duplicate insurance that I already had. There was no notification of this before I got to the counter on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. It has been 1 week since I turned the car in and my $250. deposit has not been returned yet. Some bookingagency that I did not authorize charged me $12.06 which Priceless was supposed to refund. That has not happened yet. The passenger seat was stained.

ALTHOUGH I CANCELLED THIS RENTAL I WAS STILL CHARGED. I HAVE CALLED CORPORATE 3 TIMES TO HAVE THE CHARGES REMOVED FROM MY CREDIT CARD. I SPOKE TO CALLINE AND BRENDA IN CORPORATE, YET NEITHER HAVE CALLED BACK TO LET ME KNOW IF IT WAS RESOLVED.
