The check-in process is ridiculous. Having to call my insurance company to verify coverage Etc was embarrassing. The Personnel themselves we're fine.

I have rented twice and both times the vehicles were not cleaned very well, inside or out. There were items and trash left inside the vehicles from the last renters and the outside looked dirty. It was winter time however both times. One time about 10 miles after I picked up the vehicle Iran out of washer solvent and had to stop to buy some andfill it. For the price, the cleanliness of the vehicle doesn't bother me since i have to rent so often. I am much more concerned about overall service and you guys do a superb job there!

It took over 35 minutes to check in at the service desk in Detroit. There were only 3 people ahead on me in line and 2 service clears. Then when I checked in I had to provide additional information like my license and insurance including the newest car on my insurance policy. The car was fueled, clean enough on inside, not it had not been cleaned on the outside. When I returned the car the check in wasquick and simple, but I had to wait over 30 minutes for the shuttle van.

Seat belt buckle broke while car was rented (no the fault of Priceless) Inside of windshield very dirty. Need to speed up rental process. There was only one person at the counter.

Our vehicle broke down so I rented a car online to drive while ours was in the shop. Nowhere on the website did it mention you had to have plane tickets in order to rent. I drove over 30 miles one way just to be turned away. Horribleservice and I will tell everyone looking for a rental to stay away from Priceless Car Rental.

Unable to rent from the company. Made a reservation online and was told once calling to confirm that they only rentto customers coming mod the plane. Also when I called the representative was unable to locate reservation after giving her all the details. Once explaining that I couldn’t rent the call I was told that an email would be sent to headquarters in regards to a refund and a time frame wasn’t specified so I had to dispute charge wot my bank. Not happy! Had to go through Enterprise.
