I didn't rent the vehicle because I didn't meet the rather arbitrary requirement of having a plane ticket. In nearly 40years of regular business travel I had never heard of that requirement before arriving at your reservation counter. If such requirements exist, they need to be clearly stated on your web site. I ended-up driving my personal vehicle on thistrip, as by then it was too late to find another car. Anothercustomer lost to bad business practices...

The car was great, especially for the price. The only thingI saw that disturbed me was there were 2-3 rental contracts in the car from previous customers. As a renter, I don't want to leave this info laying around for someone else to find and potentially get personal info. While the car itself was clean, the trash (contracts) in the center console and under the driver's visor hadn't been removed for at least the last couple rentals.

Too expensive compared to others. Way too long to process paperwork upon pick up of car. $250 deposit is unnecessary. Return checkout was speedy. Improvements are definitely needed on the pick up side if you want to have return customers. One person working. Long lines.. paperwork... initial, initial, initial, initial, initial,..nobody does that anymore.

The waiting time for pickup at the arrival location is muchgreater than 15 minutes. You need additional shuttles to help decrease the waiting time, especially when it’s cool out.

Everything was great except the interior flooring had ice melt/rock salt residue on both sides of the front of the car in fairly large areas.

Renting the car was very easy and the attendants were pleasant and competent. However, we had to bring it back because of a flat tire. The guy that we talked to was very insulting and implied that we were at fault. He said things like what did you run over and did you hit a pothole. We could have called and made them come to us to change it but we’re trying to make it easier.

The price, car and staff were excellent, but as a first time renter the process of picking up was slow and dropping off was unclear. None of my reservation info I typed in online carried over to the computer system at the rental office.

The first time I rented from Priceless they had only been open about two weeks and were still working out the kinks. Just a couple of months later and they have stepped up their game 100%. The shuttle service was the absolute best I've hadin a very long time. Great customer service all around.
