Inform your customers that you require proof of insurance when they reserve a car. Too much to deal with at pick up. Interior glass needed cleaning.

I waited over 2 hours to get my car. I was in line for wellover an hour and then it took over 30 minutes to get all the paperwork done and then I was outside waiting on my car for another 30 minutes The rental process takes way too longand there were only 2 reps behind the counter and they wereover worked.. You need more reps to help speed up the line and you need to shorten the rental process so it does not take so long to do the paperwork. The car was good but the seats were stained.

This rental car experience was awful with the exception of the shuttle driver who was very nice and accommodating. Wespent an hour and half just trying rent the car when there were only two people in line in front of us. They wouldn’t unlock the car so we could check the interior and then when we left we realized that the car only had 1/4 of a tankof gas. I tried to call back and someone picked up the phone, never said anything, and then set it onthe counter. Never again.

Took us 2.5 hours from the time we arrived to your store before we where able to leave with a vehicle that wasn't what we wanted or asked for missed a dinner date due to your store

I was charged the 250 deposit and had to file dispute with credit card company in order to get the erroneous charge removed.

I will never rent with priceless EVER again. They had by far the worst, most unprofessional employees! Especially themanager. It was disgusting! I had a reservation for a setprice and I had a flight delay so I was late to pick up the car. Instead of helping me and understanding they threwout my whole reservation, gave my car to someone else anddoubled my expected pay amount. They wouldn’t offer to keepmy initial pay and just put me in a different vehicle.They were just nasty! NEVER AGAIN!!

Car was not what was listed. Smaller model. The deposit hasnot been returned and it has been 7 days since I dropped off the car. I did call and it seems that it may get refunded today. I will have to check. The pricing (low daily with lots admin fees and daily charges) actually makes unhappy clients.
