For our incoming BUR Airport customers: On arrival, call 818-240-3710 to alert our shuttle that you have arrived.  Pick up area is outside next to the door marked baggage claim.  Our shuttle driver will call or text you when we are on the way to coordinate pick up.

TERRIBLE and IRRESPONSIBLE! I showed up and called to get shuttle to pick up my car and they said they didn't have any cars. WHAT??? You didn't have a car, you didn't answer the phone and I could not leave a message because the mailbox was full, whenI finally spoke to someone you failed to call me back to explain the issue, and after an hour of waiting, I finallyrented from another car rental place at a much higher price at the last minute because you didn't have a car for me.

This was an absolutely horrendous experience. Waiting an hour for the shuttle, never showed up. Called again was told wait 15 minutes. Never showed up. Called again and was told they actually didn't have any cars for us. I asked if they were just going to have us wait there all day and say the shuttle was on it's way. The guy I talked to then offered me a 2009 car, which I'm guessing was his own and we agreed. He said shuttle would be there in 15 minutes. Shuttle never came,we went with Enterpr

Very late picking us from airport. The car was bad and dirty We refused to rent it and took an uber instead He wanted to charge an extra $350 for incidental then eventuallyput it back on my account later.

As you promised on 9/13/19, please refund this reservation immediately. After I claimed my baggage at the Burbank airport, I called as advised. I was told I would receive a call back in 5 minutes. I called back 15 minutes later and was informed that Priceless was "out of cars". Having a cardelivered "sometime tonight" was an unacceptable solution, and I was promised my reservation would be refunded immediately. When will that happen? Kathy Shinners

When I arrived to the location, no one was there. I called and spoke to someone (who didn’t even sound like an employee the way he answered the phone), who told me that there was no car available. I had just flown in from Miami, and needed to head to Desert Hot Springs. I had to cancelmy reservation due to the inconvenience and when I requested the refund they said it would take a few days to process. More than a week later, the payment hadn’t been reversed. The worst rental company ever.

No car was available even though I had a reservation. I sat waiting at the airport for almost half an hour before they called to tell me it would be up to three hours before acar would be available.
