ADDITIONAL DRIVERS
Additional driver fee is $10.00 per day.
CROSS-BORDER RESTRICTIONS
No vehicles are allowed to travel outside of the US. Customers must remain within a 200 mile radius, with additional mileage packages available.

FINANCIAL POLICY
We accept major credit cards, bank-issued debit cards no prepaid or online bank cards will be accepted. Cash payments are accepted for rental fees not deposit. There is a $300.00 - $500.00 deposit on a Debit and Credit card form of payment at time of pick up, and cash customers must pay deposit with a major credit card.
LOCAL TRAVELLER RESTRICTIONS
Vehicles are permitted to travel to NJ, NY, PA, CT, DE, MA, RI, MD, DC, VT, NH, ME. within 200 mile radius of rental office
MILEAGE LIMITATIONS
0-200 free miles per day with additional mileage packages available. Price per mile varies from $0.25 - $0.59 per mile.
OTHER
All renters and additional drivers must be 21 or older, have a valid driver's license and a major credit card in their name. Renters between the age of 21 and 25 must use a major credit card and provide full coverage insurance. Drivers aged 21 to 24 will be subject to a $20/day underage surcharge. Temporary driver’s licenses and/or paper driver’s licenses are not accepted. Digital licenses are not accepted. Any driver's license that is mutilated, broken, taped, cracked, or illegible in any way will not be accepted. The driver's license must be valid for the entire rental period. Photocopies of driver’s licenses are not accepted. “Learner’s Permits” are not accepted. Any license that, on its face, restricts the licensee to the use and operation of a vehicle equipped with a form of a breathalyzer apparatus is not accepted. Licenses from outside of the USA or Canada require an international driver's permit. Any non-US customers will be required to provide a passport at the time of pickup.
PICK-UP INSTRUCTIONS
Pick up address is 957 Foxon Rd East Haven, CT 06513 We aren't located at Tweed New Haven Airport. Tweed Airport free pick up and drop off for 3-day rental minimum. PICK UP MUST BE SET UP WITH LOCATION. We do not pick up/drop off BEFORE 9:30 am or AFTER 4:00 pm or On Saturdays
REFUELING POLICY
If the vehicle is returned with less fuel than when rented then the renter will be charged a re-fueling fee of 9.99 per gallon.
RENTER QUALIFICATIONS
All debit cards are subject to a one time $15.00 debit card fee, that is not included in the price and the estimated rental plus a $300- $500 security deposit is required. Major credit cards $300.00 DEPOSIT but no additional fee. Valid driver's license, major credit card, proof of liability insurance, and rental paid in full is required at time of pick up. Insurance can be provided in the form of an auto liability policy in the renter's name that provides coverage for rental vehicles, or through a credit card that provides coverage, or by purchasing our own coverage. Minimum age to rent is 21, and renters ages 21-24 pay a $20.00 underage fee. Please note: Prepaid reservations require that the same card be presented at the time of rental as was used to book the prepaid reservation, and the name of the person making the reservation must be the same as the renter of the vehicle.
