Rental Requirements and General Qualifications

Contactless Policy:
Contactless Pickup is not available.

Shuttle Policy:
This location does not offer a shuttle (or equivalent service).

Additional Driver Policy:

Proof of Insurance is required for all additional drivers.

After Hours Policy:
After hours drop-off is available.

Coverage Policies:
Loss damage waiver is available for $59.00 with a $1,000.00 deductible.
Collision damage waiver is available for $39.00 with a $1,000.00 deductible.
Additional liability insurance is available for $30.00 with a $0.00 deductible.
Renters are allowed to use third-party coverage at this location. Restrictions may apply.

Deposit Policy:
A deposit of $250 is required.

Refueling Policy:
You will need to drop the car off with the same amount of fuel it had when you picked it up.
If you are unable to do so, you will be charged a $45.00 refueling fee per Rental Period.
You will not be refunded for any unused fuel.

Required Document Policies:
Renters are required to have Driver's License at time of pickup. If the reservation is prepaid, this item must match the one used to book this reservation.
Renters are required to have Credit/Debit Card at time of pickup. If the reservation is prepaid, this item must match the one used to book this reservation.

Disallowed Document Policies:
Renters are not allowed to use Expired License at time of pickup.
Renters are not allowed to use Suspended License at time of pickup.
Renters are not allowed to use Learner's Permit at time of pickup.

Young Driver Policy:
Young drivers are renters that fall between the ages of 18 and 24. Young drivers will be additionally charged $18.00 per day.
-A different deposit amount is required if rental includes a young driver.

Extra Fees Policy:
Please keep the vehicle reasonably clean. Do not smoke in the vehicle. Remove any pet hair before returning the vehicle.
If you are unable to follow these rules, you will be charged a $300.00 cleaning fee.
One Way Rental Policy:
One way rentals are not supported by this location.

• No cash, prepaid, reloadable, or app-based cards (Chime, Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, etc.)
• If you have a credit card but prefer to use a debit card for rental charges, your credit card must still be kept on file.
