ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS:

RENTER REQUIREMENTS:
Renters must be at least 25 years old. At the time of pickup, renters must present a valid driver's license And A Major Credit Or Debit Card In Their Name. International renters must present a valid passport. A Valid International Driver's License Is Required If The Driver's License Is Not In The Latin Alphabet.
COVERAGE:
Collision Damage Waiver + Theft Protection - sedans - $38 per day; Collision Damage Waiver + Theft Protection - SUVs - $59 per day. Provided that the renter can present valid proof of Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) coverage issued by a Mexican insurance company registered before the CNSF, the renter may decline the CDW offered at the counter. Waivers or protections purchased from foreign travel websites or credit cards are not recognized as valid insurance in Mexico.
Third Party Protection - sedans - $25 USD per day ($18 USD per day for seniors, military, medical, and teaching personnel); Third Party Protection - SUVs - $45 USD per day ($35 USD per day for seniors, military, medical, and teaching personnel). Roadside Service Plan - $5.99 per day.
All renters and additional drivers must have Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI) issued by a Mexican insurance company. The policy must state the name of the insurer, policy number, validity period, and confirmation that it covers damages to third parties. If valid proof is not presented at the counter, the renter must purchase it directly from the location.
FUEL POLICY:
Fuel is not included in the rental rate. All vehicles are supplied with fuel and must be returned with the same fuel level as at the time of pickup to avoid refueling charges. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel and no prepaid option was selected, a refueling charge will apply based on the rental company’s locally determined per-gallon rate. If you purchased a prepaid fuel option at the time of rental, you are not required to refill the tank before returning the vehicle. No credit or refund is issued for unused fuel.
GRACE PERIOD:
Non-prepaid customers will receive a grace period of 4 hours after their scheduled pick-up time to receive the vehicle. After the 4-hour grace period, non-prepaid reservations will be subject to availability. Please call the location directly for any flight delays or same-day changes in pick-up time.
LOCAL RENTER RESTRICTIONS:
Mexico nationals must present a credit card, proof of Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), and their official ID with their address on it. If the customer's address is from outside Baja California Sur, valid arrival/departure flight tickets must be provided along with a phone number for an emergency contact.
GEOGRAPHICAL RESTRICTIONS:
Vehicles are not permitted to travel outside of Baja California Sur. Requests to drive to other regions can be made at the time of pickup. The customer may be asked to sign a letter to get approval.
