Arriving from within Canada?
1) pickup your checked bags which are at arrivals on level two of the domestic terminal
2) after you pick your luggage, go to level three, exit out of the building
3) turn right and all the way at the end is courtesy shuttle pickup area.

Arriving from outside Canada?
1) go through the customs and immigration arrivals process
2) pickup your luggage's
3) go to level three, exit out of the building

The Additional Drivers fee is 10.00 per day.
Additional drivers must meet the same age and driver’s license requirements as the primary driver. The total number of additional drivers cannot exceed the number of passenger seats in the rented vehicle. Requests to add drivers must be made at the rental counter during pickup. Each additional driver must present a valid driver’s license and the required documents along with the primary driver for authorization at pickup.AFTER HOURS RETURN
Please park the vehicle in a designated parking area.
Place the keys in the drop box next to the counter.
Our shuttle service runs from 8:00 AM to 11:59 PM and is unavailable outside these hours.
The renter remains responsible for the vehicle and any damages until we reopen.RENTAL COVERAGES
If renting a vehicle in the Luxury/Exotic category, transferred coverage is not accepted.
Inquire at the counter for the rates for insurance.RENTAL RESTRICTIONS
Travel to or within any other state is strictly prohibited. Customers driving within other provinces and/or states will be charged 0.59 Cents extra km for every km driven during the rental.
Customers that fail to inform and clarify of travel will be penalized.FINANCIAL POLICIES
All rental charges are in CAD.
We accept major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, UnionPay, and Discover. Prepaid cards are not accepted. Rentals paid by debit card or cash require prior approval—please contact our office in advance.
At pickup, the primary driver must present a valid credit card in their own name with sufficient available funds for the rental charges and deposit.
Security Deposit
A minimum deposit of $500.00 will be pre-authorized on your credit card at the start of the rental.
• Drivers under 25: minimum deposit of $1,500.00
• Luxury vehicles: deposits range from $2,500.00 to $15,000.00
The deposit is held for the duration of the rental as security against damage or theft. Once the vehicle is returned, the deposit will be released automatically. Your bank or credit card provider typically processes the release within 3–7 business days. The deposit amount does not represent your total excess liability.
Failure to present a valid credit card or sufficient funds may result in refusal to release the vehicle. Payments made with a credit card not in the primary driver’s name may require additional verification or may be declined. In such cases, previously paid amounts are non-refundable.
Reservations & Prepayment
A valid credit card is required to secure a reservation. A temporary authorization of USD $1.00 may appear on your statement.
For prepaid reservations, your credit card may be charged in full or in part at the time of booking. The same credit card used for payment must be presented at pickup.
Prepaid reservations are non-refundable. If the vehicle is not collected at the scheduled time, the reservation will be canceled without refund or credit. A no-show fee of 35% of the total reservation value will be charged. To avoid this fee, cancellations must be completed through the same website where the reservation was made at least 48 hours before the scheduled rental time. Local offices cannot cancel reservations.
Priceless Car Rental may issue a refund after verification in the following situations:
• Flight cancellation preventing travel
• Natural disaster preventing travel
• Illness preventing travel
• Death in the family
• Jury duty
• Inability to fulfill the reservation (e.g., no vehicle available)
• COVID-19 related travel disruption
A handling fee applies to approved cancellations. If you choose to change your reservation dates, the handling fee will be waived, though rate adjustments may apply. To change dates, call 1-877-877-1400. For refund processing or reservation assistance, please contact us by email prior to your scheduled pickup time.REFUELING POLICIES
Please make sure to note the gas level prior to pick up as you are expected to return with the same amount.RENTER QUALIFICATIONS
The minimum age to rent is 19, and the maximum age is 75. Renters under the age of 25 will be subject to a
fee of CAD 20.00/day throughout the rental. (Underage deposit is a minimum of CAD1500.00)
All renters must provide:
Valid Driver’s License
Matching Credit Card (in the renter’s name)
Proof of Insurance (personal auto insurance or credit card coverage confirmation)
For International or Out-of-City Travelers
In addition to the above, please provide:
Valid Passport
Return FlightTicket
For Local Renters:
In addition to the standard requirements:
Gov Issued Secondary ID
20-Year Driver’s Abstract from Insurance Corporation of British Columbia (ICBC)
Please note:
All drivers are subject to a driver’s abstract review and/or a criminal background check before vehicle release.
A physical copy of the license is required. A driver's license that is a class 5 or equivalent is
considered a valid license. A customer who does NOT have a Class 5 Driver's License or
equivalent will be charged a fee of 20.00/day USD. Certain categories require a class 5.OTHER POLICIES
The vehicles tagged "or similar" are displayed with images of similar cars in the same category. Vehicle make, model and color are not guaranteed at pick-up. However, you are entitled to a vehicle with the same passenger and luggage capacity in the same category.
Vehicles are held for one hour after the reserved arrival time. When flight details are provided, we will hold the vehicle for up to one hour after flight arrival. In the event of delays, you may call or e-mail us to advise of any changes in your pick up time. The charges incurred are payable in CAD at the rental counter. Requests for additional service cannot be guaranteed as availability is subject to change.
EXTRA KM Charges for any limited mileage vehicle will be CAD2.50 per km
