Arriving customers: All drivers must present a valid drivers license during pick up. The licence must be in roman characters, if not, an international drivers licence is required Our representtive will arrange the shuttle to pick you up and drive you to our main office to collect your vehicle. Shuttles are blue with the Millenium logo. You can also call +52 (998) 234 6130 or (998) 457 8973 for additional pick up instructions.

Location hours of operations: Monday -Sunday from 10 am to 6 pm.

Priceless car rental was a good price . You have to purchase their own insurance so may sure you don’t buy it aheadof time, I also got a car that was standard so just make sure you can drive either or. Overall experience was good and the employee who was there was very helpful.

Worst experience ever. The less helping guy at front desk. The office smells like sh*t. The car was dirty, no gas and lots of damage on the paint. Never again

Great and friendly service, good price. Can totally recommend it. Don´t be put off by the looks of the office. The best: You can leave the deposit in cash! That means you get it back right after returning thr car!!

There was NO CAR there to rent when we got there. There was NO apology for no car, there was no...here is what we cando for you...there was NOTHING there and we had to scramble to find another car.

My friend and I made 2 separate reservations thru Expedia to pick cars up at downtown Tulum on 6/30. Upon arrival, we were told that there's only ONE car available. My friend had no choice but to rent another car from one of your neighbors at about 10 times the rental rate! It's not our fault that you ran out of cars. And, if you do, it's YOURtal EXPERIENCE EVER!
